The lady here clearly does not have much concern for customers nor the know how to perform her job effectively. I was told I would have to go to another site to return an item because she couldnt with what she had available. Therefore, I visited another T-Mobile store and the guy at the second store said the that this store with the incapable woman does have the ability to return items and he proceeded to process my return in the way the lady at the this store should have. Dont expect much from the people at this store. They dont want to be there and dont care about customers.

After 23 years with Sprint I will switch companies and never, ever do business with T-mobile. Their associates like to disrespect customers, they dont like to help Sprint customers and the managers are even worse. The worst treatment ever at Alabaster. Very disappointing.

Typically I have no issues but today, my son and I went in to order him a Pixel 4aXL. We walked in only to be first asked about wearing a mask, which is not an issue and we had ours. Not a Welcome to T-Mobile or how are you. There was only 1 customer and she was getting assistance. There were 3 other employees standing around. Not 1 of them acknowledged us and we were there for about 15 min before deciding to leave. I have been a loyal customer since the VoiceStream days(20yrs). This was not a good customer service experience.

The sales associate Jamaica I think her name was is inconsiderate and rude. I understand there are guidelines now but customer service is still key. I went in to look to get some airpods and a ipad and had the money to get them but turned around and walked right out. I’m honestly going to be switching my Phone plan to Verizon now because of this customer service that I just experienced. Get some better people.

They blamed everything on Covid, and did not provide proper instructions. When we went back we got nothing but double talk and contradictory advice. Not what we needed for helping my elderly parents.I will go back to the Patton Creek location, and use 611 for everything else.

T-Mobile location Alabaster AL - WORST customer service Ive seen in a long time. Went in to see about moving all data from my old zte phone to a much newer phone my son gave me. Was told they could not do anything because they didnt want customer to stay in store too long. Was told I needed to download iTunes app to the new phone. HOW CAN YOU DOWNLOAD AN APP TO A PHONE THAT IS NOT CONNECTED TO ANYTHING. Was told you just download it. Totally rude and clueless employees. Am switching to Spectrum mobile.

After 12 frustrating years with Verizon wireless I finally decided to make the change. Working as a designer in the communications industry, I know firsthand who has the quality devices and superior LTE network and who’s turning up 5g first, setting the bar. Guess what ... it’s T-Mobile, by miles. I also realized my iPhone 7+ was more than all I needed and decided, no more freaking contracts, no more spending thousands of dollars for a simple handheld computer with mobile phone capabilities.From the moment I walked in the store I was treated as if I were the most important person in the neighborhood. I explained to Oscar what I wanted to accomplish. To my amazement, Oscar did not try to upgrade me or up-sell me anything. He did however, listen to my concerns very carefully and follow through with exactly what I wanted. I was truly, and very happily, shocked.I’m now a loyal TMO customer for life simply because Oscar took great care of me. Thank you very much Oscar, I really appreciate your help sir. I’ve given this location and Oscar five stars, because there is no option for twenty five stars.Every review I write is very accurate and always totally honest, just FYI.

Has been a HORRIBLE experience switching to TMobile from Sprint. Not honoring the Promotion stated when I changed, and STILL have not seen the Payoff for the lines I transferred...Up to $600 per line for qualifying lines to switch. Lines qualified...month later, still no payment. They took my I phones and have not paid off Sprint or sent me a Check. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a Cell Phone Carrier!!!! Beware, you were warned!

Nice store with just 2 employees in the front, and few hidding in the back. Im a new customer and the first visit with Oscar was A+, the second visit took 2 hrs and the transfer of my data was incomplete D-. The staff is not trained to handle hard questions and they dont know the different type of plan.

Very rude, ugly, and disrespectful; Jamaica kept asking why we even bought that phone. I am 70 and this is my first experience (my daughter got my phones before). TMobile advertises senior plans so I erroneously assumed they would help us. Was I ever wrong.

Awful! They are well going to give you the wrong information having you pay twice as much as you owe and let you wait for it! They told me that they could not get my bill fixed until July and my money could not be refunded by THEIR mistake! Also screw my mom up as well ! They called the “help line” to tell him that information but I believe he probably was talking to his mom by the information he gave me. I gave T-Mobile a call for myself and they fixed everything gave my money back and got my bill fixed for June.

Worst T-Mobile dealer around! AVOID !!!!!!The folks working there are quite nice, but they are not trained properly and will provide misleading information that will cost your lots of money.I switched over from Verizon on the get out of the red program, they assured me that T-Mobile would cover what I owned on my phones with Verizon up to $650 per line. I also took a BOGO (buy one get one free) offer on the S8 . I later found out that they were supposed to have filled out some information at the store, which was NEVER done. I did that myself, but as it turns out the Get out of the Red and Samsung BOGO are not eligible together. I called Tmobile support and they told me the store should honor it and for me to go to the store, I went to the store, ALL of them admitted for misguiding me and gave me some directions on what to do next, I tried it and it didnt work.I went back to the store and spoke with Jamaica, she also admitted that they mislead me, she called the store owner who basically told her that Im out of luck and there is nothing he can do, I asked to speak with him, and she said he was busy but would give me a call. He NEVER called me back.So long story short, STAY AWAY from this location, they dont deserve anybodys business if they cant take care of their customers. A BBB complaint is on the way.

Unbelievable experience at the store and with T-Mobile as a whole. I would never recommend this company. I am writing corporate this week and move to the next level and get an attorney if I have too. Bad treatment don’t care about the customer or the effects of there mistakes.
