JCPenney is a good store that has jewelry, shoes, bedding and bath, kitchen and dining, accessories, clothes for kids, teenagers, men, women and even for men and women plus size. There is also Sephora store, beauty salon and photo studio inside JCPenney. Store always has good sales and you can get coupons online. Stuff is nice and can help you. Oh and you can get up to 50- 70 % sale on fine jewelry at Christmas time. I think on other holidays they have good sales on fine jewelry also.

Ive always loved shopping at Jcpenney! I bought their jeans for my son bc they always had them in stock. Here recently, I noticed they had a shortage in store and online. They are changing their brand of jeans to something else. Arizona brand is what my son likes and wears. I asked the employee, what happened and she said the company has now started offering that brand of clothes/jeans. I asked if customers had complaints or lots if returns for defects or not being comfortable. She said not that she knew of and they had just started several months ago. My son has junk in the trunk like his mother so his size is specific. I asked are they gonna discontinue Arizona brand jeans and she said she didnt think so. I wasnt confident in that answer at all. I said I cant find this brand anywhere and it would be sad, as a consumer to discontinue that brand/size when its hard to find. Jcpenney went bankrupt in early 2020. The store shut down and then re-opened. Their hours are limited now. I love this store and I hope they dont try to get different brands to cut costs in bulk. Ill always shop here but even online, I couldnt find it-sold out. I got lucky when I went to the store physically and found a pair for $11 clearance. Thats it. Just 1 pair.

Had just what we needed.My son is so hard to buy long pants for.6ft 2 with a 30 inch waist.This store has been a God send.Associates are always friendly too.

I love shopping for deals at this store. I mainly use the salon but love browsing through. Sorporah is great also.Cheryl Bateman does my hair and I love how personal and friendly she always is.

This store has some great sales, but kinda bare hope they dont end up closing this location, I buy all my families clothes here, including myself..

I did shop at the store in Alabaster and they were not stopped with a lot of things. I couldnt find some bath rugs in the color I needed.

I had bought 50 items and 1 item had a clearance tag on the item that was the same as other items i bought and rang up correctly but the manager said she could not correct the price for me. Not good customer service especially when I spent as much as I did.

This JCP has a smaller store feel. It is only one level but still has lots a merchandise. I prefer this location over the Galleria location easily. They offer all the same things with better service!

The store has a good sale price on clothing. They were very crowded with long lines at the register. Parking was hard to locate but it is the weekend before Christmas.

Love Penneys, usually order online, but I went to the store to buy a microwave and it was deserted, I even asked the sales Clerk were they going out of business, and she said no, they were selling out of one season, fixing to restock on new season merchandise. But love their staff, very friendly and helpful, she went online for me to look for microwaves that I was trying to research. Love Alabaster Pennys.

Great experience! Shopped several places locally but it was JCP that had exactly the sports coats and belts I was looking for at unbelievable prices after sales and coupons. Becoming my go to place!

One sales associate was more interested in talking to her friend than waiting on customers. I found someone else to help me and he did a great job. Theres normally more help and I commented on the lack of help. He explained that they were all in a meeting. Minutes later there was plenty of help.

Went to look for a jewlery box for my wife and instead bought her a ring. The employee (Kelli) was very nice and very helpful. Its always a pleasure when you are treated with respect and kindness. Will return for future purchases.

I wear big and tall clothing and they have a big section for big and tall but not a lot to choose from. Sizes are hit and miss, no one in the department to assist their customers. And the retail market wonders why they struggle except for holiday seasons.

We went in looking for an Easter dress for preteen girl. There were plenty of prom dresses but not really any Easter dresses. We did find a cute outfit, at a good price, just not exactly what we were there for.

This was the first and only stop when purchasing our bedroom sheets. The sales lady was very helpful when asked about the differences in sheets. We picked the cotton 550 thread count and I absolutely love them.

The people at this location are always so friendly and the store is very clean and organized....I just wish they had more selection for boys clothing in the store though. We often have to try on items at the store and order more online (i.e. pants) because they only have one or two items of the same size.

Just had nothing, never seen so under stocked. Wanted to buy watch, nobody there to adjust.

I went in to JCPenney to see if they had a refrigerator I wanted to look at. It turns out the JCPenney in our area is no longer carrying appliances. The appliance section was just a few leftover Appliance is marked as being sold to customers and not picked up yet. I hope they do something with that area soon because right now its really a eyesore in the store

Mens section has some nice dressy collared shirts that are not that expensive for the average sized man. If thats what I was there for, Id have bought 8 of them today.
