The cashier at CVS, Santa Clara Ave., Alameda, Ca. was Awesome yesterday! Her name is Mia and she is wonderful with customers! I had been holding for the IRS for over an hour and of course they finally answered right as I got up to the counter. I dont like being one of those rude people who is on the phone while doing a transaction, but because it was the IRS I had no choice. I whispered my dilemma to Mia, and rather than ignore, judge, or dismiss me in any way, she instead showed understanding and whispered back, its fine. Then while I gave my ID info to the IRS person on the phone, while trying to multitask through the cashier transaction, Mia just completely lightened my load, and took control. She counted up my numerous coupons, made the money exchange easy, and quickly gathered all my items, and packed them carefully in bags...all without having to ask me too many questions (which I couldnt have answered at that moment). She just lightened my load so much, right when I had to turn my attention away from the register so that the IRS wouldnt hang up on me (you know, because theyre not always very patient). It may seem like a small thing, but to me, what Mia did was everything, and I appreciated it so much! She didnt shame me, in fact she did the opposite and stepped up to help me, and I left CVS feeling great for this kind and considerate interaction with Mia :) :) Its rare to find this kind of thoughtful customer service these days, and when you do it makes all the difference in the world! Thanks Mia@
Today April 29/2021 Santa Clara, Alameda Ca.I went to this pharmacy and I love going to cvs because they always treat me super well, but today Bryan was so aggressive and rudethat I cant understand why there is such a person in a place where people go sick and we dont deserve that they treat us like this.Bryan is uneducated, he doesnt know what respect for privacy is. he exposed the medication that I received and that is very delicate. I dont want everyone in the pharmacy to know what medicine I am going to take and what it is for. It makes me sad that people like that give such a bad image to a good company. CVS is good company but BRYAN is a very bad employee very disrespectful, irresponsible with a bad mood and bad manners.
I rarely shop there but when I do its an easy, quick stop with reliable products. Saturday I went in and a young man named Yohan who was incredibly helpful, overheard my friend and I talking about what we were looking for, he escorted us to our first destination and directed us to our second.Hands down the best experience Ive ever had as a shopper!!!
The two clerks were great but the manager in the plaid shirt with glasses Alan has very poor customer service. Was more worried about the Nyquil bottles being straight than helping me with a locked case. Get a new manager hes terrible.
05-14-2020 Thursday evening at 7:45PM during this pandemic I went to purchase surgical mask and Alcohol but the female Asian clerk Showed unprofessional and unethical behavior with me. I know I ran out of mask I know I need to wear em’ but I didn’t have none. So I came to purchase it; I made social distancing of 6 feet from rest of the people. But she was really rude. She asked me to get out of the store. But the other employees helped me and asked me nicely to be aware next time. But the Asian lady she was racist and I had baddest experience ever in my life with this cvs.
Closed down
People have always been helpful to me. Good sales on coffee. Close to Dans Produce with great produce and fish
The store and staff are great. BIG issue with the parking lot being abused. About 40 cars in the lot but only five people in the store. People park and leave cars to go hang out on park st to avoid paying a fee at the actual public lot right next door. customers can not find a open spot so I dont bother shopping there anymore.
This is a busy place. That being said, these guys do an awesome job helping their customers. They are great at politely handling the more challenging customers without impacting people who just want to get their prescriptions and get out.
Great customer service
Very nice staff here. Its also not too crowded when I go.
Says they close at 2300 went there at 2209 cashiers were a liitle rude and shooed us away like little kids. Get hours of operation right.
With notable exceptions, most cashiers are unpleasant to deal with. Shopping here is something to be endured, you have to psyc yourself up for it.
HEB was only $4 bucks for the same antibiotic CVS charged me $12.00, could have gotten both scrpits filled had I of went to heb
Helped me to reduce my co-pay by getting 3 months versus one month at a time.
Always out or low in stock sub par prices and lines
Google web site shows the the hours are 8AM-11PM M-S and that is incorrect.
