Ramesh is soooo friendly, welcoming, and helpful! My first time visiting his shop on September 26, was a wonderful experience. Ramesh hooked me up with the BEST singing bowl in F note. All of the shops bowls are of great quality, but the bowl he found for me was indeed the BEST! Ramesh played the bowl for me and it was filled with a beautiful melody with a lot of robust tones. As I quietly listened, I felt like a warm bowl of honey. I was transfixed. How beautiful! I truly felt like a kid in a Harry Potter wand shop (Ollivanders), picking out a wand that would resonate with me. I will be back for more bowls and accessories. Please take your time while browsing and shopping. The shop is filled with treasures and beautiful artifacts! What a treat! Thank you, Ramesh, for the great hospitality and help.

Went here with my friend last night while walking around after dinner and stopped in randomly. The owner greeted us and helped me right away and spent half an hour helping me pick out a singing bowl. I used to go for massages where they used singing bowls during the session tuning forks and I found it very helpful for relaxing so I decided to get one for myself. I ended up purchasing the 7 metal singing bowl to help me align my chakras. Very happy with it so far. Thank you for excellent customer service!

I came to this store looking for a singing bowl. The owner is so nice and friendly, and played a variety of singing bowls for me that had a nice pitch within my budget. There might of been 50+ different of bowls to choose from and I finally purchased a singing bowl for $75. I originally purchased a bowl on Amazon but these are much higher quality! I will definitely be back for an upgrade as I continue my yoga path and sound healing.

Excellent customer service! The owner was very kind and helpful when I had second thoughts about a large singing bowl I had purchased. He allowed me to exchange the bowl a few weeks later, and happily took the time to help me find one that I was better connected to. The clothes are lovely and I will return whenever Im in the Bay area :)

Of all the Nepalese or Tibetan shops I’ve been in my life, this is by far the nicest. And the owners are nice and so helpful. I will be back.
