What customer service?I stood @ the counter for 20 minutes until 1 of the 3 workers emerged from the break room /office. He didnt have proper training. Had no idea about natural & synthetic brushes.Good prices & clean store.

They are personable. There to help you with every decision. NOT pushy but knowledgable and ready to assist in every way possible. Did you know there are warm and cool colors? I didnt. I now know myself a little bit better because this was explained to me.

Knowledgeable staff that can answer questions you have about paint, products, stain - and probably anything having to do with Sherwin Williams. :) Also, the price is higher for paint than the Big Box stores, but the quality is so much better. When youre taking a lot of precious time to paint your home, you want really good products to work with.

Sherwin-Williams paint is the best. Dont be tempted to purchase the cheap Big Box paint. Its so worth your time and money to purchase SW paint. Paint is not just paint!

I am a woodworker and I use some of the professional Sher-Wood line of products. If you need to talk to someone who is knowledgeable about these then Sharon is great!

I had the most wonderful experience here. People were really nice and knowledgeable.Especially the manager...They helped me with everything I needed and werent hassling me or trying to sell anything I didnt need. Way more personal and knowledgeable than homedepot or lowes.I would recommend this place to anybody. Check it out for yourself and get your own opinion.
