Only giving 2 stars because of Jacob who was the property manager years ago. He was very professional & when things needed to be fixed, he made sure it got done then and there! There was NO LOUD MUSIC PLAYING when he was the property manager. Oh BOY have things changed! Misty who is the property manager now just wants to keep the homes occupied. U-Hauls are normal vehicles in the neighborhood. The ANTS are atrocious! The LOUD MUSIC IS RIDICULOUS! It can go on until 2 AM sometimes. Teenagers are out at 5 AM sometimes screaming and playing smh. It was such a beautiful hidden jewel neighborhood but more and more younger people are moving to this neighborhood and it’s getting worse by the day. Save your money and move elsewhere. Homes are good but the property manager and people will make you leave. People literally move out every other month.

Look like a very nice place to live

Roads are newly paved. Entire park is clean and well-cared for. They have moved in a number of new trailers in the last few months. Owner seems to be very interested in keeping the park in good condition.

Quite park, I love living in a loving and caring environment. Everyone look out for each other. No one bother you or no one else. This park is family friendly we take great proud in our kids.... Please dont bother our children............
