Great people and he worked extra hard to make sure we got approved and moved into our new home in the time frame we had.. we will definitely come back in the future when we are ready to upgrade.. Absolutely the best place you can buy a home from. After looking for months my husband and I visited their lot and instantly knew it was where we would do our business. The staff is so sweet and professional and Caleb Eason is the best! He goes way above and beyond for his clients and has the most charismatic personality. Too many punch list items. Trouble with response. Siding issues remain with total lack of response. Siding buckles due to improper fastening and there is no vapor barrier. As of this follow up on 6/08/21- I was promised attention to my concerns, nothing yet, this problem was pointed out from the beginning, January 2020. Follow up, 9/3/21, no response, I guess their resolution is, ignore the problem long enough it will go away.

A great and friendly place to purchase a new home

After a lot of looking and comparing we chose to go with Wayne Frier Albany. We were shown all models that had our requests and never got steered toward any specific model or anything. Caleb was very patient is allowing us to talk thing out among ourselves while showing us around. He just took a step back and let us do our thing, then he went to work! When we decided what we wanted he was very helpful in walking us through each step and was very proactive in getting things done! He never pretended to know everything and if we had a question that he was unsure of, he made it a point to find out the answer quickly!!! Wonderful customer service. The one in Tallahassee, Florida is the best one to go to. The only thing is that they need to give you time to look and think. Some customers like to look before asking questions.

Good customer service

This has been the best experience a person could ever ask for. When you walk in the door ask for Caleb Eason. This young man went above and beyond to make all of our dreams come true. We have been turned down so many times but caleb walked us through all the steps and got us financed and got us into our first home. He spent so much time answering all of our questions and if he didnt know the answer right away he went and asked others and got back to us with the correct answer right away. I would not go any where else and am so thankful for Caleb and all of the Wayne Frier staff for welcoming us and helping us purchase our new home. Good old fashion friendly service

Basically a shop for yourself location, homes were not displayed well. Their office was filthy and smelly . Came in to get prices on 2 homes our presence was not even acknowledge. Sales person shoved us off on a look for yourself. Homes looked cheaply built.

I will start by saying they had some nice stuff, from the 2 homes the sales guy was willing to stop texting on his cell phone and show us. Higher prices than anyone else in the area. From the moment we walked in the door this man barely greeted us. I dont think he ever stopped texting on his phone or even looked us in the eye. We drove from florida for hours to look at homes here so we were dressed to be comfortable, not to put on a fashion show. We instantly got the feeling that he judged us by how we looked and figured we didnt have any money and couldnt afford anything, and he pretty much couldnt wait to get rid of us. This man should not have a job as a salesman there. Because of him, we took the money he thought we didnt have and bought 2 homes from another dealer. At the other dealer we were greeted by the owner, who was incredibly friendly and a pleasure to do business with. He patiently showed us every single home he had, we never once felt rushed or like we were being judged unfairly. The man at wayne frier of albany looked down on us bad, but that is ok. I am glad we ended up doing business with someone else. We got better quality for a MUCH better price anyway, and the service was top notch. Do NOT shop this location.

Dont use them, they do not do what they say they will. They told me they would add a section of wall for me and Im still waiting three years later.

I am biased because I manage it but selling over 100 homes a year is not from bad service. Have a BLESSED DAY
