I was hoping to have a good experience all I did was make it through the front door and was shoved right back out of not how you doing but no appoint point get out worse place of business I have ever been to the person that meet me at the door was not a good representation of a company I would be involved with worst experience I ever had while looking to buy a new home

Very rude homes inside not completed

Met we believe the long time owners who were so helpful and full of information for all of our questions. We were in from out of town and needing to know what the process would be for relocation into their homes. So friendly.

Been here twice. First time they told us they would email us price lists for options, etc. Never heard from them. Next time, Mike Erb, was just unfriendly, pretty much downright rude, and even more so when we said we had our own financials worked out already. I assume he must get a big cut from the loan officers he uses and doesnt want to lose that.We wont be back.

Selection is small but the sales people try to sell it.
