We had 2 Lg phones & 2 J7 2017s. Earlier this year there was a great deal of confusion on your end about a phone being charged to My account that I did not & do not have.The 2 LGs were purchased,1 in November 2019 & January 2020. The 2 J7s in 2017.According to your records I had 3 LGs and 1 J7. The number I was buying the phone for yesterday was listed as having an LG with $209 left to pay. That should have been charged on daughters number. As it was wrong I was ineligible to an upgrade without paying the 209. I called customer service, was transferred to Loyalty and, after a great deal of time, I was informed that, although the mistake was yours, there was nothing anyone could do and I was required to pay the $209.To be clear, the $209 is definitely owed but on a different line. As it was set up by ATT it made my line ineligible for a phone upgrade.After over an hour in store and on the phone, I was then informed they could just swap the upgrade from my daughters line to mine.In essence, I spent 2 hours in store for an issue that could have been resolved in 30 seconds by the in store manager. No one on the phone could help me nor did they inform me of any option except to pay the $209 immediately.Mostly, though it was resolved, it was all greatly time consuming and inconvenient, no one seemed to know how to resolve the issue (until 2 hours later and that was a guy that was front of me the whole time) and was related to an issue from 8 months ago that I was assured had been resolved in February.

My daughter is turning 8 and wanted a tablet for her birthday. Derek was awesome, best wireless experience in years if not ever. No wait, Greated us, answered all of her/ our questions. Nice displays in store. I wanted a new galaxy watch today but none in stock. Ill check back when i get the Note 20 in a few months.

Horrible service. I was simply asking a question about my bill while doing some calculations on my phone. Instead of trying to show me the figures as requested, shook his finger at me and my phone and told me to put the numbers in my calculator. I told him I know how to use a calculator and that I wanted him to show me the numbers. You know, provide actual customer service. Promptly ended the transaction and kicked me out of the store. Horrible. Will be calling the manager tomorrow for what good that will do Im sure.

Phillip was exceptional with his customer service. He got 300 returned to my account after having insurance I didnt know about for 3 years. I wouldnt have noticed anything but he said let me look at something it doesnt look right and fixed everything!!! I really appreciate all he has done, really cares about his customers and the veterans !

Absolute top notch service every time I walk into this store. I was there a few weeks ago to upgrade and Shaniqua helped with everything and made the transaction and trade in go so smoothly! All of the employees I’ve dealt with have been great. Store is always clean and the staff won’t let you just stand around waiting, if someone is ahead of you, they acknowledge you and let you know about how long it will be. Super service!!

People (customers) need to do research before doing a contact with at&t or Verizon anywhere yeah the building may say at&t but it’s not it’s considered a sister store these sister stores aren’t the best to go thro at all trust me my parent did go thro a Verizon sister store and all they had was trouble always call and ask if their a sister store no mater what company

I called Derek at the albemarle AT&T twice on 11-27-2019 and he was wonderful and very helpful and honest i had a ton of questions amd he took his time to answer each one never sounded aggervated or in a rush to get off the phone with me. His honesty with me was much appreciated. Was very pleased with Derek he should get a bonus for his customer service.

I received some of the best customer service I have ever had when I visited this store yesterday to activate my new phone. Skiera Coates, the manager on duty was friendly, efficient, and courteous. She was extremely knowledgeable about products and services and my entire visit took less than thirty minutes. Excellent customer service!

Lazy, rude and completely unwilling to provide the customer service she gets paid to.Went in at around 7:20pm on 8-27-18. Immediately was confronted by a female employee who asked what I need. I proceeded to explain I needed help checking out an ATT phone I was purchasing to be sure everything was in working order and get my plan and number switched from my current device to the new one. She refused to be of assistance unless I was purchasing something. I continued to explain that I was a current ATT customer and that I required customer service assistance with my phone and plan. She refused to offer assistance in any form and proclaimed it was her job to sell stuff and if I wasnt buying anything, then she couldnt help me. So the individual with me and myself proceeded to work on the 2 phones ourselves while she watched and offered no assistance. She only talked on the phone to her friends the whole time we were there. No other customers came in or out of the store while we were there, for more than 30 minutes, yet she refused to be of assistance to us and continued talking to her friends on the phone.Complete waste of time visiting this store. Would have received more assistance and better customer service if I had taken my phone to Taco Bell to get switched. No excuse for this employee, just laziness!

I came in with a cracked phone and wanted to get an insurance replacement. Phillip let me know about the promotion and I able to get a new galaxy 9+ and get 200 for my old phone. Also i have a case, liquid screen protector and awesome wireless charger. Thank you so much Phillip!!!Edit- I received my tablet Phillip ordered for me and he helped me get it set up so I can receive text and calls! The only issue I noticed today was the way Skeera I think its spelled was being very rude toward Phillip and acted like she didnt want Phillip to help me, and just ignoring him when he had questions as always it was a pleasure working with Phillip and will only work with him from now on. I deserve to be treated with respect and by someone that truly cares about my concerns and a pleasure to talk too

This is not a real AT&T store... it’s like a third party store, and they will charge $15 for a SIM card, they are $5 at corporate stores and free when ordered over the phone. They can’t help you like a corporate store can or even over the phone with customer service...that was my experience...
