Customer service is great! Fast, friendly, informative, cares about what you need. I had no problem purchasing a new phone for my son. Then when I went back to pay his first bill they were training a new employee. However, they let me know and were quick with helping me cancel the insurance and make the first payment. I was asked how he liked his new phone and it was true concern.
