My 7yr old loves game stop. Employees there are always so nice and helpful.

It was awesome, the manager Was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Tried calling this store today didnt get an answer, tried again they answered was hung up on. Tried calling back they answered, got hung up on. Drove to the store I thought they must be really busy. Got there no customers period in the store so I called again and I hung up on her. Tried not to be petty went in the store to buy a controller they had none in stock.

Buying new, ok. Once long ago (funcoland) now a day over priced used game gear

Have some random Pokémon cards not exactly what I wanted but suffice on the products. The staff is helpful and friendly.

They need to either hire more help or learn customer service skills. I have called twice and have been put on hold immediately. Both I hung up at 9 mins. I just had a very quick question and now I will spend my money elsewhere.

They always make me feel so welcome and answer any questions that I may have. They help me to find what I need and they talk to you like theyve known you all your life. My son goes here quite often and as his mother its a great atmosphere to be a part of.

We end up randomly going just to look around a lot. Trevor is an amazing employee, give that guy a raise! ;)

Never have anything you need or want in stock ever

Very helpful staff. they give priority to those who actually come to the store over answering the phone. If they have customers at the counter they will put the phone caller on hold and I as a customer appreciate that.

INSANELY helpful staff!!! The manager there is very knowledgeable and super willing to help. Its not like most GameStop stores where they are only helpful if you want to pre-order something. He was legitimately interested in what I was looking for and helped me pick out some really good games.

If they would ever open on time it would be great! I guess this shop makes its own hours. They obviously need new employees who can open on time.

This year I had a very good time trading in here. Calls may be put on hold a while depending on how many customers there are in the store. That employee, Trevor, the guy who helped me and who was also one manning the whole store at the time, is a hero. He got me all the Christmas savings and my order complete despite a fire that broke out at Walmart’s garden center and GameStop’s purchasing system being sh1t during my visit there. Trevor is THE perfect people person for the job! He knows what he’s talking about. I’m proud that the customer service here has improved since last year. Thanks Trevor!

This is about one of the best Gamestops Ive been to. Its also my defacto GS for when needing to go there or shop for random collectibles and such. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, true geeks and nerds work here and its a plus. They have a large assortment of collectibles and some harder to find things so its always fun to go in there.

The staff members are usually amazing people with alot of character and seem excited to be at work.

Pretty alright place, they have great staff, but...they never answer the dang phone. Which sucks cause Ive had many cases where I had to call, and Ive only twice had my calls answered, other times it just immediatly goes to our store associates are busy
