Ive had 2 vehicles repaired here. The quality and backing warranty are second to none. Prices are high but when you look at the variety of models they service along with the level of service provided to each... I think its worth it.

Amazing service. They set up the tow service with Justin at hooked towing. Great server through them as well. The detailed reports and texts from the repair shop was fantastic. Everything from dog food in the filter compartments, brake fluid discolored, and more. The pictures showed all.Furthermore, they have subscriptions to jeeps proprietary service so they could diagnose and perform updates! I cant stress this enough. The dealer (only other alternative) was over 3 months to get seen, but christian brothers got me in next week! Service was completed in a day. 10/10 will go back for any of my car needs.

They were recommended to me. The check in process easy. We discussed the work in detail and they informed me of the labor and materials required and I left with a good idea what it was going to cost. A few hours later when it was done, the work was correct, the bill matching the estimate even though the job took an additional small part. Ill go back to them in the future.

The clutch went out on our 1999 Jeep Wrangler while visiting the balloon festival in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Matt was very nice on the phone and when we meet in person, Matt was very helpful with our problem. Went over everything and the cost before they started to work...called us to give updates on when the job would be finished. This was my first time going to Christian Brothers in Albuquerque. I went in for my 6-month checkup. I dealt with the manager who was both very personable and professional. Not only did they take great care of my car, but they also surprised me with a generous discount! Christian Brothers is definitely going to be my car place for all my future needs! Had my timing belt and water pump replaced. They were a little bit more expensive than other quotes, however they used OEM parts, and the warranty coverage is exceptional. The account rep was great to work with - immediate responses and frequent updates on progress. They included a full, prioritized inspection listing legitimate issues needing work and provided quotes for repairs but absolutely zero pressure to perform those services. Will return!

The staff and mechanics are very professional. The work is done well and in a timely fashion. I like that they keep you informed via email and text and provide a detailed inspection report with photographs. Their work warranty is better than the dealer will give you. It’s the only place we take ours and our son’s cars.

They didnt try to pressure us into anything we didnt want or need, and even took our vehicle for an emissions test to ensure all repairs were done successfully. Place tries to take advantage of people. Dont let their great hospitality fool you. They recommended I get new brakes and rotors right away, took it somewhere else for a second opinion and they said my brakes and rotors were fine and that they were scamming me. The place I got the second opinion (brake masters) didnt even charge me!!!

Absolute liars. Went in for a simple repair that should take 1 hour max and they ended up keeping the car for days. Racked up 3k worth of stuff they recommend “replacing immediately” or else the car will break down or be “not safe”. Said brakes are at zero, when I checked myself the worst pad was at least at 5mm. Said the “timing belt needs to be replaced” when the car has a timing chain. I could go on but honestly done wasting time on these clowns. Don’t go here they will rip you off especially if you know nothing about cars. Call themselves “Christian Brothers” hahahahaha

My check engine light came on and I took it to Christian Bros. They said that it wasn’t my engineer or anything concerning my engine, they said it was my transmission that not only needed a new transmission but a separate transmission fluid cooler and it would cost $6000. I took it to another shop that specializes in transmission and they said there was nothing wrong. It cost me a diagnostic fee at Christian Bros. Nothing at the other shop. So much for honest Christian Bros.

I brought my Toyota into CBA to have the belts checked. I had heard a high pitched noise starting my car a few times. These guys saw that the belts were still new and made the adjustments to tighten the belts they had replaced earlier without charge. They stand behind their work. Updated at diagnostic stage with good, bad, urgent issues and forewarned of potential difficulty getting parts. Free bibles and high speed wifi in the waiting area, but not much seating nor quiet. No apparent additional attention to cleanliness/sanitation (e.g., protective covers for steering wheel, floor mats, headrests, keys etc.), but who doesnt carry extra hand san these days? Clearly over the top niceness is part of the program. Overhead a guy saying the lady calls something a whatever, then its a whatever. Valpak coupon saved me a bunch of money on an alignment but pricing seemed fair, regardless. Told upfront service could take 1-2 hours and it did. I appreciated that they offered the option of having a thorough multipoint inspection, which I declined since Id just been to the dealer. They did one anyway and reported back with minor suggestions. All around good experience. Ill go back.

They fixed my car 5,6 time and the engine light and electronic throttle control lite never stopped going on they promised it was fixed and it would not have performance trouble and then I took it to Rio Rancho Christian and they said also it was fixed and its broken now worse than ever Im just not sure why all these certified mechanics can not figure it out 2500.00 later all with in a 3 month period

Wonderful people who know their trade.

We took in our vehicle to have suspension work done that was recommended by our dealership. Christian Brothers told us they could do the work for a lot less money. After we picked up our vehicle the suspension was creaking really bad and there was also a knocking noise coming from the front end of the car, that was never there before they worked on it. We took it back and they fixed most of the creaking but they didnt address the knocking noise. We took it back yet again and now they want another $1200 to fix the knocking noise that was never there to begin with. In the end we realize we would have fared much better if we would have had the work done through the dealership. Lesson learned!

So far, so great! Christian Bros actually represents their faith well by being incredibly affordable ($35 oil change!), flexible (I ended up being 15 minutes late and they were very accommodating), and hospitable with a very comfortable waiting room. Ill be coming back!

Couldnt ask for more kinder, more caring and knowledgeable service...They treated this frustrated old lady with a 2013 Ford SUV with such understanding and listened to my concerns.......they explained every detail and then answered all my questions (even explaining more than once)......they found the problem and fixed it and had me back on the road, smiling ( and that was after I paid the bill!!!)

I took my daughters 2002 Ford Escape in for an oil change and just to make sure everything was good. I have done that at other places and they made you feel like if you drove your car home, you actually might die on the way. There was just one replacement part needed that was minimal. I trust them to be honest.

Another maintenance shop had indicated almost $3000 worth of work needed to be done on my moms car. I brought it here to the people I trust and sure enough, it didn’t need near any of that work. They treated her with great respect and professionalism, fixed the few minor issues and stood behind their work. Christian Brothers, Matthew and the entire crew can be completely trusted not to do unnecessary work. They do a great job and can be trusted to take the right care of your vehicle.

Took my car in last Friday and they were able to successfully repair the initial issue that same exact day unbeknownst to them that my engine light would come right back on almost as soon as I turned off the lot. I called immediately and they told me bring it back and theyd look at it again come Monday (it was closing time already which I understand). Yesterday they called me and explained that they found the new issue, explained it to me in ways that I could actually understand without mansplaining might I add or pandering to me being a woman, and best of all they fixed the issue!! Told me to drive 75 miles before the emissions test so I took my car that was previously barely able to make it to the shop up to Santa fe and back and then passed emissions and renewed my registration with no issues whatsoever, FINALLY! Ive used 4 different shops in abq in the 4 years Ive lived here and these guys are by far the best for so many reasons. Highly recommended.

These folks were Awesome! We broke down just outside of Albuquerque and got towed to their shop. They worked us into their busy morning and got us rolling out of there is under two hours. It was a Huge blessing to have these honest professionals get us back on the road! Because of their work, we made it safely to our destination without any trouble! I only wish I was local and could recommend them to locals, these guys rock!

I had a very positive experience with Christian brothers and replaced an engine for me in the old vehicle. I couldn’t avast for a better relationship than what I have with Christian brothers. I’d recommend them to anybody.

I left my stock Ram 2500 there for two full days waiting on them to diagnose the issue with loose/worn steering components. After they were unable to find the issue they simply gave up and told me to take my truck elsewhere. I took my truck to a shop down the street and within 2 hours they found the issue with my trucks steering, ordered the parts and had it fixed within one day.

My car was had white smoke coming out of the exhaust. They looked at it thoroughly and advised me that I would need an engine replacement and a couple other things. Although I couldn’t afford to do the repairs I did trust them and their assessment. I will continue to go back to them .

I took my 2009 Malibu in for a burnt out headlight. This particular model requires pulling the bumper to get to bulb. The Matt who answered the phone knew exactly what was needed. I also asked to replace the air filter and attach new wiper blades. While there, they also ran an inspection and posted the results.Christian Brothers is professional, courteous, capable, experienced and did not pressure at all for other services to be done! That in itself is such a relief! I dropped it off the next morning and the work was completed at the time I was quoted.Christian Brothers will forever be my go-to mechanics!! 👍🏼

Brought my 98 Subaru Outback to CBA for new fuel pump. It took 7 days for the repair to be done. When the part arrived from Subaru they called and told me the mechanic was super busy working on 3 different cars at once and they would start fixing my car the next day. Four hours later I get a call from the Ventura store that my car is done and fixed. I go and pay over $1000 and get to my car, which had oil spilled on the hood sitting in their parking lot. Get in the car try to start it and it stalls. They look at, drive it, say it fine. Next day at home, I get in my car and start it up and the check engine light comes on - with in 12 hrs of the repair. So I call Christian Brothers to bring it back in and they tell me, we have a lot going on and maybe we can look at at by Friday, telling me this on a Tuesday.They did not repair my vehicle properly, didnt so the work right and then the doent offer to fix it first thing the next day...People dont waste you time and money at place like this.

This has been a year of blessings, challenges and lots of obsticals. I am so grateful for Christian Brothers automotive being there for me when my car needed special care and service. I am handicapped and never had any difficulty getting my car delivered to the shop or picked up. Because of the incredible friends I have made I was helped through every visit in a very caring way. Service was impeccable and very fast. I recommend them to all family and friends and to everyone who wants an honest organization.

Extremely disappointed with the service provided here. The lack of any sort of accountability regarding the staff was honestly quite shocking. I came here for a stud replacement on one tire after Discount tire accidentally stripped the stud. I dropped off the car at 10 am and was told it would not be ready until the late afternoon. I found this highly unusual given the ease of the repair but I chalked it up to them being busy.6 hours passed and I did not hear a single word regarding the status of my car. I called and was informed that the vehicle was ready for quite sometime. When I arrived and confronted my service provider Greg about this, I was given a limp excuse saying that he definitely tried to contact me with the number on file. Even after showing him my call log and proving that he definitively dialed the number wrong, I was given a shrug and was told that he did his best and it was essentially not his problem.If this is the kind of attitude given to me by the front facing staff, I can only imagine what is going on behind the scene regarding more serious repairs. I would highly recommend that you truly care about your car, you should visit any of the other local mechanics that offer a higher standard of service. It is clear that at the end of the day, they will chalk up any failings as them doing their best.

Its not often that a business exceeds my expectations, but thats just what Christian Brothers Automotive did! I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff, and the fact that they constantly kept me informed as to the status of my vehicles repairs. I have used CBA for over a year, and I am very pleased with them. I feel very comfortable an reassured that I am not being ripped off. They have a very nice and clean waiting area for you to wait in. If you don’t want to wait they will give you a ride and will come pick you up if you need a ride. I tee recently had my car in for thermostat problem, they sent me pictures of the problem and let me know in advance what the charges would be. I definitely would recommend CBA.

Outstanding! Greg communicated the job quickly and professionally, then communicated with me throughout the job giving progress updates via text as the technician completed tasks. The texts included pictures so I had visual updates on their diagnostic conclusions. All in all this was a great experience. The cost was fair, and the customer service was on point! Sadly, it isn’t something you see much anymore in the automotive repair industry, but CBA is bucking the trend and doing it the right way in my opinion. I will definitely return to them for my future automotive repair needs!

Honest, great price estimates. Staff is friendly, eager to serve customers. They put in a new engine and all the parts that go with it. I just took my truck back to get a free oil change. I had a tempermental lock. They solved the problem.

Complete brake service performed in January however late February-March started hearing rubbing noise coming from back brakes upon turning and using the breaks. . Took in at 11M for free warranty brake evaluation and nothing was done to my car until late afternoon when I was called in to accompany technician to identify the noise. Was told that given how late In afternoon my car would not be able to be serviced because would involve several hours to dismantle the brake system and a new appointment would need to be scheduled. Total waste of my time Now I have to find another day to take my car in and hope that it will get attention since it’s a warranty job.

Took my truck in to have it aligned because the tire shop told me it was out of alignment. The people here check the alignment gave me proof everything was perfect and didnt charge me a penny for it.
