This place is great. My favorite service station. Theyre super helpful, and reasonably priced. For any major repair Ive needed they have quoted me prices that are 10% less than other shops I checked at. They also seem to have knowledgeable people who can get things done, not some kid who just *thinks* he knows it all.

Very professional service from Adam and team at One Stop Auto Care. I took in my daughters 2010 mini Cooper which needed a new AC compressor. Very well priced - I shopped around. Professional team of guys, everything done on time and on price. New AC compressor and now now very cold air. I highly recommend these guys and will be coming back as this was my first time there!

Heard from a previous customer that Steve could probably drive my van and diagnose what was wrong. He did exactly that. After a hair-raising trip to Denver and back with the wrong shock absorbers, I now can confidently drive the van anywhere I like. He also suggested that the gearbox be adjusted to tighten the steering a little bit more and I will be even happier with how the van handles. I would also like to mention Adam, I spoke to him quite a bit on the phone and was often at the front desk. I hope he’s being paid well because he is delightful and knowledgeable and very willing to coordinate and organize whatever the customer might need. I will be back in the future with whatever else the van needs or decides to do. I am happy I found this auto shop and team of knowledgeable mechanics. Thank you all !

These Guys No What Their Doing! They explain to where anyone can understand what issues their car is having. Reasonable and Very Knowledgeable!

They tried to charge me 650.00 bucks to change starter its only about 300.00 plus part... I since then have talk to someone and they called and said the desk guy Adam was wrong and they gave me the money back for the diagnosis.The place could be great but the front desk needs to learn how to price. The mechanics are great tho!

Excellent service for a fair price.

Needed work done on the ac and other usual maintenance. Was provided a reasonable quote and my car was ready in about a day and a half. So far everything I had done seems to be holding up great. After having my car for a couple of days I received a call and was told I was overcharged by about $32 and was immediately offered a refund or a free oil change. I never would have noticed the overcharge so I greatly appreciated the honesty and will be back in a few thousand miles for a free oil change.

The wonderful people that work here not only squeezed me in to fix my bumper but gave my car an oil change and a thorough look over to make sure Id be safe for the remainder of my journey. I found this place years ago. My husband usually works on our vehicles, however, when he’s deployed I will drive across town to this shop for any services I need. They’re really helpful and I appreciate that they don’t gouge you on prices. I’ve always had great and professional service despite being a sporadic customer.

I contacted them through their website when my dads van started leaking pink fluid. They were quick and response through email. When he brought it in for them to look at, he said they were polite and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable and it did not cost more (actually a bit less) than they quoted us. We will 100% be going back when the van needs more work.

I tried to set an appointment through RepairPal...they did not get it, so that was terrible.But when I called to make the appointment, Ray was super helpful and we scheduled it over the phone. They checked out the car and made recommendations with a written report and photographic evidence. I talked to Ray, who was super helpful and gave an estimate over the phone for the recommended work. They did a great job and answered my questions. Transparent, friendly, honest, fair pricing, good work! Highly recommend!

I tried to make an appointment from One Stop for the 40-point vehicle inspection offered by AAA. After making an appointment, Steve calls me the day before the appointment and says that they wont do it for me because Ive given them bad ratings in the past. They shouldnt be showing up on the search results for AAA if they dont want to do the service. Apparently, they only want customers that will give them good reviews regardless of how their work is? Stay away from this shop.

Very unprofessional never even got a call to see what the check engine light is on for..I have had too call twice now I cant believe it has a 4.6 rating

Recently brought in our 2006 Trailblazer which needed a lot of work. This was not our first time in since weve always been very happy with their service. My son and I were on our way home from a Grand Canyon hike to Mobile, Alabama. We had work and appointments pending. Our car had a total clutch failure while going through Albuquerque (there were signs of failure were prior to the trip). We had the car towed to One Stop Auto Care. They provided a verbal estimate pending physical confirmation (which allowed us time to ponder options). They promptly brought the car into a bay and and physically confirmed the issue. They immediately searched for the rather rare clutch (manuals not very common), found the best price and immediately had it shipped. Car in at noon and clutch ordered by 3 pm! They included a complete and through inspection of mechanical and body components which pointed out issues attention. The car was ready the next day 3 hours before estimated time of completion and 10% below original estimate. Our vehicle made it home with a fully responsive clutch and the highest gas mileage since buying the car 6 years ago. I hike the Canyon every year. They were not just competent but also friendly, helpful, reassuring and professional. I am an old goat but a place like this is very rare. They are easily a 6 star rating but I can not give more than 5 stars. I plan to stop in for maintenance here on my annual travel through the area . There is not a better place between Mobile Alabama and One Stop Auto Care!

I chose One Stop because of their participation in the Costco auto program. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. Steve listened to my concerns and provided me with a full diagnostic on my vehicle, including pictures and video, that same day. He explained everything and made recommendations but honored my requests when denying specific services. There was still a lot of work that had to be done, and it was not cheap, but their prices are not unreasonable and better than I would have gotten at the dealer. The work was finished the next day, which I couldnt believe. It usually takes the dealer at least a week just to figure out whats wrong. All the issues my vehicle was having are now fixed and the work is well documented. Needless to say, I was impressed.

Service here was absolutely great, I couldnt be happier with everything. Ray is first rate! One thing that is really important and lacking in so many shops is good communication. With One Stop, the communication was excellent. Its been a few days now since they fixed our brakes and theyre working perfectly, the cost was fair to both parties, and they were quick, thorough and knowledgeable. I used to work as a auto service manager (years ago but....) and really recognize and appreciate good service.

Always a positive experience! Steve and Anthony always go the extra mile to keep my truck in good condition. There is always something with an old truck, but they help me prioritize what to fix now, and what I can hold off on, for my 2005 Ford Ranger. They went above-and-beyond to make sure I could safely make a road trip with my work truck. All went smoothly and I truly appreciate it!

The great thing about this shop was the staff are great at customer service and reasonably priced and I was able to get my vehicle back in 2 days. I took my wrx sti in and it had a turbo coolant line leaking, they fixed this and other problems they found in the engine area. aligned the four wheels, flushed and pressure tested coolant system, also had them change transmission fluid . I already have recommended them to others . They even called me to see if it was running ok

Reliable and competent vehicle maintenance and repair. Excellent warranty on their parts and labor. No hassle for honoring their warranty. They keep excellent records in their state of the art computer system. An excellent feature: they perform a thorough inspection and as soon as that is complete I receive a text message with a link to a detailed inspection report. Included are photos of any trouble spots such as leaks, worn parts, etc.All our vehicles are serviced there, including new cars still under manufacturers new car warranty. Local, small business, with deep roots in the community .

I have been using One-Stop for years, and am well aquainted with Steve (the owner) and Ray, the shop manager. They do everything by the book, and as a result, my 94 Ford F-150 runs better than it did the day I bought it (used). They are not a discount repair shop, but you get what you pay for. They have VERY high standards for honesty and integrity, and have always come in below the estimate on jobs they do for me. You CANNOT find a better shop than One-Stop Auto! Thanks, Guys!!

Multiple times they’ve helped me diagnose and advised me on how to fix it myself for cheap without charging me. Also gotten work done and they have done a great job with fast turn around. Won’t go anywhere else in town.

Great, reliable service, competitive pricing and friendly. I chose One Stop based on other good reviews and have not been disappointed. They finish the work when they say they will and their free auto diagnostic has saved me money that another mechanic said I needed done. I now take my vehicle in for basic oil changes as well as other repairs (replaced a power window switch, battery, and soon new brakes.). The only downside is they arent open on Saturday, but they say they will make appointments. Ive been able to work around it, however.Ive had my share of poor experiences with other auto repair shops, but One Stop is the one place I can say I actually trust!

Outstanding auto shop with down to Earth employees. Had fender flares and rain guards installed on my truck after the original parts were of cheap material. Steve and his mechanics took care of ordering and installing everything without question or complaint. Will definitely be bringing my truck back for regular service along with my BMW!

These guys are pretty good. I called them about an issue with my truck. It was close to closing time, but the allowed me to keep my truck in their gated yard without charge. The next morning they looked at the truck, told me what was wrong. They gave me a quote at a very reasonable price. When they finished up later that afternoon, they called me to let me know that my truck was ready. The total bill was actually less than that of which the quote was. Which I was very thankful for.

I have been taking my car to One Stop for years, and have always felt that the service was first class, and that the advice that I have gotten is clear and honest. I also have compared the cost of repairs with other shops and have consistently found One Stop to be as low or lower than the other shops. I also do not feel that I have ever been steered into repairs that were unnecessary . This is a shop where the advice and the work can be counted on as being the best available. I have been coming here for 10 years and never have had a bad experience. I have had mechanics treat me badly in the past because I am a woman but have not had that happen here one time. In fact, I have found this to be a place where they go out of their way to be honest with me. They are personable and nice to my son as well.I now live 90 miles away but still come in for service here because I know that I can trust them. I can’t say enough good about this place and everyone who works here!

Fantastic service and personnel. I had just bought a used RV from out of state that had a E450 Ford V10 on the front and was passing through Albuquerque and they were confident that they would be able to find what was wrong quickly and get my family back on the road. We worked with the owner, Steve, and Chris, one of the Techs. They correctly diagnoses the problems in 20 minutes and had it fixed within a couple hours and we were back on the road. (I had taken it a Ford Dealership before our trip and they had installed parts incorrectly and these guys caught it right away.)We stayed in the waiting room the short time we were there. All the Techs were extremely competent in their work and personable. Steve seemed to be a trustworthy and ethical owner who his employees respect.I would take all my vehicles here if I didnt live out of state.

Took my vehicle in twice now because the screen (which controls the A/C, heater, Radio) has some kind of short and only turns on when it wants to and the heater doesnt work ever. Yet One Stop says theres nothing wrong with the vehicle. Then why does the heater still not work and the screen turns off whenever it wants, like on very hot days and very cold days, rainy days etc?! That doesnt sound like theres nothing wrong with the vehicle. And why do I have to pay for a diagnostic fee to just be told theres nothing wrong with the vehicle? Yet the same problems still exist? Not a satisfied customer at all.

Friendly staff my husband broke the oil dip stick off in the engine. The guys at one stop took me in as a walk in and got it out right away and was very affordable for them having to pull a bunch off the engine to get to it and then put it all back together.

My husband waited 5 hours for a simple oxygen sensor replacement. Philip (sp) #manager told me that it takes HOURS for a diagnostics test. Anyone with any knowledge of cars knows it takes no longer than 2 hrs. I asked for compensation for the prolonged wait that was unnecessary and he refused. Well not be taking our business to them again... too many choices with better results.

They are very bad at diagnosis, and do mediocre work.We came in to the shop saying truck drifted right while driving, and pulled right under braking. They replaced our tie-rod ends, but found it still pulled right under braking... but blamed our shocks which they said were blown. They also tightened our rear brakes.Another shop in town got suspicious when we asked if they had shocks in stock and taking a look identified that we had a worn tie-rod end. Taking it back to one-stop they opened the boot and found our rack was broken (arm was loose), and replaced the rack... Truck *still* pulled right under braking when they gave it back.Were now in Durango Colorado, and a shop here is actually fixing our problems. One-Stop overtightened the right rear drum, causing it to veer right under braking. They also missed that the lower A-arm bushings (supposedly replaced by a previous shop, but not actually) were worn... and they never did a temperature test on the front disks, which would have found that the left brake wasnt grabbing.Not catching everything is understandable, but ALSO overtightening ONE side of the drum brakes tells me they do shoddy work.Find a better shop. Especially if you have suspension/steering issues. I recommend Mavericks, who figured out the tie-rod end in

I was in ABQ visiting grandchildren and family and needed an alignment on our jeep following an incident on the road requiring front-end alignment. After an extensive online search, found One Stop Auto Care and made an appointment after seeing they had next to zero negative reports, were a NAPA supported operation and were recommended by Click and Clack, the tappet brothers (Car Talk on NPR, one of my favorite radio programs). The shop appeared exceptionally well organized and it was apparent that cleanliness was important; this is often an indication that it is a serious professional endeavor. Their equipment is state of the art and they applied it to my problem, without fanfare, and I have found driving the vehicle and towing it 780 miles home to California with exceptional results. I highly recommend this shop to any resident of Albuquerque, NM, or traveler who might find him/her self there with need. By the way, the two guys in the front office are Tom and Ray and very friendly and helpful; too good to be true...
