Car cut out on freeway and so I took it to Firestone they said I needed a new engine assembly and quoted me a whopper of a price! Took it to Hyundai they informed me about some recalls and looked into a recall regarding my engine. Got ne approved to get the repairs at no cost to me. The time it took to fix was much quicker than expected and they took care of my care! I am gonna start going there for al vehicle maintenance from now on!
Prepaid maintenance performed as scheduled. In and out on time. Good professional communication. They even rotated the tires this time. =)
Everything went well. I always wait when I take the car in for an oil change. And, I always ask for a car wash which adds time to the wait. I was out in 2 hours, which I think is very acceptable.

I bought a vehicle here salesman was very nice. But inexperienced and unable to return any phone calls called management called finance had a bunch of questions at the end made a bunch of promises to return my phone calls never did it’s been weeks later still haven’t returned a phone call or heard anything back very disappointed this place is very shady don’t buy a vehicle hear you’ve been warned
6/7/21: Professional customer service in Service Department. They took my car in right away which I was happily surprised about. Everything regarding my car was explained in a timely manner. So glad I had an extended warranty that took care of the slow acceleration issue. Loved that one of the technicians is a friend that I was unaware that worked there. He (David) came out and greeted me. Would definitely return.

The times I have come here for an oil change, I am never explained my MPI and I don’t receive a copy of one either. I have to ask what was performed besides the oil change because it is never explained. I’ve never been recommended the cabin or air filters so I don’t even have an idea of how dirty they are. I asked the advisor if they did a rotation and he said “I’m not sure let me check” how can the advisor not be sure if they write up the RO’s. The only reason I have such expectations is because I’ve been a advisor myself and there’s many things I’d do differently to give better customer service. I come here for my Service because they’re free for a certain amount of time, once the time is up I’m headed elsewhere.

Paid lots$ for extended warranty to them and then they now decided to ignored it. And constantly made excuses why they wont honor it. Said by service mpeople I ve never seen or talked to before.
When Mike Ortega showed up for his appointment I had made 2 weeks ago, he was told there was no appointment scheduled for him!! However the Service manager was kind enough to squeeze him in being that he drove in from Los Lunas. The service being done was putting a sensor in the computer to warn us of knocking in the engine…a notice we received in the mail saying to take the car in.
So helpful and everyone was so nice and accommodating. I have always had positive experiences with the service department!

I find it distressing the quality of service and feedback are degrading due to lack of competent employees.
I took my car in for a recall to replace a part. They called 2.5 hours later & told me they didnt have the part in stock! Why didnt they check to make sure they has the part the day before my appointment!? I had the appointment made for a week - they should have made sure the part was in stock! Very bad service!
Ongoing issue that has never been resolved since we bought this 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. Corporate and service departments no longer any help at all.

Southwest Hyundai on Lomas in ABQ has always provided the best customer service, especially Shawn at the service desk and Jose the shuttle driver. Its expensive using the dealership but I have built up a trusted relationship with them.
