Very professional bike mechanic who was able to quickly fix up my bicycle. I used the website to request a quote and Willie emailed me back the very next day. Do not be dismayed about the location, as it’s inside of an apartment complex. The mechanic is knowledgeable and friendly. I will be bringing all my bicycles here from now on!

Will is a rare gem in the bike repair world. He’s smart, courteous, energetic and personable; you will immediately like him.I was convinced that only a new rear derailleur could fix the shifting problems I was experiencing. Rather than try to sell me a new Shimano, Dura Ace 7900 rear derailleur for around $600, Will asked me to allow him to diagnose the problem. After spending much time eliminating all the obvious culprits he found the hanger was bent so he straightened the hanger and tuned the front and rear shifters so the bike performed like new.I’ll take my bikes to him from now on and recommend Will to all my biking friends.

This is a great shop to add to the Artisan apartments. I was able to exchange my old bike for a newer upgraded bike. The owner was very professional and also made sure his bikes were in good shape before sending them out to their new owner. Highly recommend in price compared to other shops here in Albuquerque. I came to On-Site b/c my bike was having an issue, but I mentioned that I was interested in trading in my bike anyway to something more aligned with my needs. Willie was super helpful in showing me some different options and setting me up with a good fit for my life. On-site has a very friendly, laid back feel.

I called On-Site Bicycles today as they were about to close for the evening, to see if I might bring my Street Strider bike in the next morning to fix a problem with inability to pump air into one of the tires. This was the first time that Id ever called this company. Willie answered the phone and we chatted briefly about the problem. He immediately diagnosed this as a probable valve core problem - easy to fix. He said that they were in the process of moving to a new facility and asked if Id like him to drop by my home near by to fix it. I was delighted. He showed up a few minutes later, wearing a mask of course, and was one of the nicest people Id ever met. He obviously loves bikes and fixed the problem easily and quickly, and what he charged was absolutely reasonable. He will be my go-to guy for any future problems. No hesitation to give him a 5-star review.

Willie is the Bike Wizard. He took an old (but good) Peugeot frame and built me a custom hybrid bike ( part mountain/ part cruiser) with all new parts. Love it. Also repaired my husbands bike. Our go-to guy.
