My mom was excited about her new floors. The sub contractor did a horrible job. Broke a antique table. Absolutely ruined the baseboards. Didnt replace the laundry room doors. Didnt clean up and left mom with a unused box to move to the garage. Shes 83 yo. I wouldnt recommend this company . Be careful.

Representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice selection of affordable durable carpets . I picked out a nice carpet for my parents, set up delivery time and install. Everything went according plan. The installers were in and out with in and hours and half. You guys have happy employees, they were very nice. My mother loved the new carpet when she came back form her trip.

Worked with them all weekend after picking a carpet and then figuring out the measurements. I was about to come back in to buy it and they sold the carpet they told me was reserved for me... big waste of my time. But I found out similar carpet and foam is much cheaper and same quality at lowes so maybe it was a good thing.

Do Not shop here. They came out and measured. we bought nice carpet. They came out to install it and were short on both carpet and pad. They had already ripped out my old carpet and threatened to leave the job unfinished unless I paid more money. They are liars and cheaters. This was the more horrible rip off ever! They are scum.

I agree customer service is not the best. Flooring is ok but only after a few weeks the transition strips starting turning white from brown. Had to have some of the flooring adjusted as they were very loose and spongy when stepped on but had to fight over that and while here they replaced the strips. But now again unless than a year I have white transition strips. We have called them several times and are told they’re not sure what or why and will call back. Needless to say they haven’t called back. After spending thousands of dollars on flooring I don’t believe those strips should be white. Looks like cheap painted plastic with paint wearing off. We really liked the sales girl who helped us but surprise she’s not there anymore.

I have not dealt with their installers in over 8 years, but they have great prices on really nice tiles and carpet
