I wish I could give them 0 stars...they are really rude and unprofessional...I ordered the kitchen 6 weeks ago I called them back they told me they didnt even place an order 😡😡😡 i wont recommend this place at all.

We used Davis for our kitchen and bath cabinets when we built our new home as well as a kitchen remodel in an older property. Working with their designers was a pleasure and their installers were exceptional, making fine adjustments for a perfect fit. When issues arose (a marred door from the manufacturer, a cabinet that didnt quite fit, and one door warping after over a year) they happily corrected the issue at no additional cost. Very professional and highly recommended.

Total install time from order date: 3 monthsTotal install time of the cabinets themselves: 31 daysI used Davis Kitchens for cabinets on a DYI for a small kitchen and laundry. I went with them strictly on their reputation. I understood it would be much more expensive than big box stores. The cabinets themselves are high quality, however my design and install were not. I worked with Melissa ( owners daughter). I let Melissa make the entire design of both kitchen and laundry.Design issues1. There was 9 inch gap from kitchen transition to the start of the cabinets.2. Kitchen sink drawers would not open based on having two lazy Susan cabinets on either side. The Cabinet had to be sent back to resize.3. Crown molding extended into the recessed lights to 16.5 inches. I was told any lights installed past 12 inches would be acceptable.Install issues:1. Was told the install would take 2-3 days at most even with design issues it should not have taken 31 days.2. Base Cabinet height varied greatly from wall to wall requiring shims placed on top of base cabinets so that counters could be level. One cabinet was so off I personally had to reinstall it during countertop install.3. Tower cabinet that was moved into kitchen from laundry to make up for 9inch gap was supposed to have shelves in it. They were never installed.4. Due to the removal of crown molding I was left with a two inch gap.5. Fridge was supposed to be boxed in but additional skin was never ordered or installed.6. Trim was missing on multiple cabinets.Throughout all these issues Melissa/Davis kitchens were never proactive in communicating. Even to be refunded for the crown molding that was unusable was a struggle. For install days I’d be given less than a days notice most of the time.I’m only writing this review to help someone else avoid similar aggravation, disappointment and excessive cost.To fix the 2inch gap and other fixable issues; I did use Larry Garcia of All about cabinets and he did a great job and at half the cost of Davis Kitchens.

Purchased cabinets a few years back...spent well over $10,000..had my new kitchen flood on Christmas Eve this year and needed 3 cabinets replaced. Couldnt even get a response back for repairs. Once you buy cabinets from them, dont expect them to ever be able to assist you with any future problems. Worst customer service! Will never recommend.

Id give ZERO if I could. Horrible business ethics and customer service!!!Terrible products (thats manufacturer though), horrible repairs by business on the broken pieces...its like having refurbished cabinets when you pay for brand new!Also the owners are terrible to their employees, and overall rude people.

Great showroom and staff

I understand it takes time to get the cabinets in and time for an installer to be available. The cabinets are attractive but not really the medium gray as in the showroom. The installer was pleasant & did an acceptable job. BUT when a slide out shelf was found to be warped Davis Kitchen fell flat!! The installer took the shelf back & 2 weeks passed without a single word. When my husband called no one seemed to know anything. 5 days pass & he calls again. It is being ordered but due to ship time & installer availability our cabinets will not be completely finished for an additional 3-4 weeks!!Really!! We should have received a conciliatory call apologizing for the inconvenience & assuring us they were on top of the situation. It will take less than 5 minutes to put the sliding shelving in place!!This is not the way to treat customers if you value their business. We need more cabinets in other areas of our home but Davis Kitchens will not be getting our business next time!!!

Update: the owner of the company has come to out home twice now to help resolve the issues. I am happy to report he has been professional and helpful. We are scheduled to get everything taken care of in June (due to my schedule), for a low cost to my husband and I. I will definitely update my star rating once all is said and done. I do want to say I appreciate the time he has taken to come to our home and meet with us.

Beautiful new kitchen followed by beautiful new bathroom and dressing room! One more bath/dressing room to go, and Davis will do that one, too. The time and financial investments were well worthwhile. Davis management, designers, and contractors were unfailingly responsive to our needs and questions throughout both projects. My only negative impression is based on front desk staff who typically are minimally pleasant in person and on the phone.

This place rocks! If you dont find what youre looking for, you probably dont know what youre looking for. Professional personnel to measure and suggest multiple possibilities with quality cabinet systems to accomedate any theme or preference.

Front desk was rude when answering my phone call. The place was big with no price tags on anything. I walked in there with no sense of what I am looking at & the differences in pricing or materials. The designer didnt really take time to explain the cabinet differences & got really short on answering any questions related to pricing. Not very happy with this place!

Been doing business with Davis Kitchens for years. Great Company.
