This the absolute best place in town for cabinet and door hardware, hard to find items, and various specialty tools. And the service on tools and compressors is beyond compare. Great friendly people and very reasonable prices for what you get.

The only place in town that had the exact part I needed to fix my sliding barn door. Also, really nice selection of cabinet door drawer pulls and knobs. Great customer service.

Oh my gosh! The lady working here was SO NICE! I had to wait for over 30 minutes to get information on what exactly I needed and she was so patient and understanding. Patrons arent allowed in, but you call in what you need and they bring it right on out to you. She was a life saver. Thank you 🙏🏼 for making a frustrating situation so much easier.

I cant believe how many HOURS Ive wasted at Home Depot when this team was able to answer my questions, give me options AND show me how to replace my ancient hardware brackets, until I can replace my kitchen cabinets. Worst customer care ever!!!!! I dropped off a couple of buffers for repair about 4 months ago and every time I call they have no clue what Im talking about. Last call was about 2 weeks ago and he said he would call me back because he thought they were sent to the manufacturer for rebuilds but wasnt sure. Today I call and the lady on the phone cant even locate him in the building. She said she would have him call me but i four months of leaving messages he has never returned any calls.*****Save yourself the headache of dealing with this place.********

Taken two of my Dewalt tools to them to fix - first tool took almost 8 months to get back now they have had my other tool for over a month and not even a call to let me know what is going on with my ticket they gave me. Worst customer service I have received from a hardware store.
