It is a nice clean place I am only 16 going on 17 so I dont know much of what they were saying because I did not pay attention but there gesture towards the customers and the singular individual was good and they came up to you so you dont have to go to them and they are pet friendly.

Great service as always. Friendly, courteous. Wouldnt buy a car from anyone else. Have used them for all our family cars over 30 years. Local owners with that good hometown service, by people who really care.

I dont drive, my brother does. But we needed a small part replaced (the clip for the sun visor to hold it still) and stopped by. They did have it in stock, it was under $6, and took only a couple of moments to replace, so they didnt even charge labor and we were on our way. Very nice and efficient.

Garcia Honda sales staff were pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and seems well organized. Parking, as with most dealerships, is less than obvious. I didnt visit the service side, but they seemed busy and had decent places for folks to wait and even big windows so you could see the service bay.

Very friendly service, reasonably priced. They really car about their customers. I havent bought a car there, but I use them to service my Honda. Cant reccomend them enough.

Whats the point of making appointments if youre going to take two hours for a 15 min diagnosis. 2 hours to tell me an O2 sensor is bad. Promised car wash, promised speed. Didnt deliver on either. What a waste of time and money.

SUBARU EAST is the most outstanding service department I have ever been to, since I purchased my Outback 3 years ago. The employees are wonderful. I particularly look forward to getting a ride on the courtesy shuttle to work and back. Ray the driver is a hoot! Love his personality!

Great place to buy a car, or to get maintenance done on your vehicle! Very nice people in the service department and Steven was a wonderful salesman. I just went in to look at the CR-Vs and ended up coming home with one. A beautiful car! I highly recommend Garcia Honda for any car purchase or maintenance needs!!!

Normally a great place to shop for a car. We dealt with the same Sales person as the first time. Yet unfortunately the sales person was not interested in working to get a deal on the new car. Sometimes to get a sale, as a sales person. You need to give up some profit to get a deal done. We were not shown any figures to see where we standing. If this is the way the Garcias do business, I would advise to look elsewhere.

Dropped off our Odyssey for warranty work, and they gave us a loaner to drive until its ready. Very professional, and Dave knows how to take care of his customers.

Good visit, still looking, but promising, need to do more research.

The sales department is nice, ask gor Josh.The service is not so nice. My wife was treated rudely some months ago. This week the treatment was better. Be ready to stand for what you believe is right and dont allow them to push you around.

I have bought several cars from here the sales people are always friendly and really know the cars. I just found out from a friend that worked at one of the other Garcia Dealerships that the survey they contact you on after you buy the cars are part of the pay and if you dont give them all high marks they dont get all there pay! Really expecting a survey to find out how much you make on your check!! Sad that they dont just pay a wage!!

I bought a car and I love the car and I love the service department

Ive bought way too many cars here in the last few years. I love Hondas and we have owned Fits, Civics, and CRVs. Test drove the HRV and hated it. Ive also tested the used cars. Used cars go through a rigorous check, so you know youre getting good options there. I dont feel the pressure to buy here like I do at other car dealers, and have actually left with a copy of my credit report to take elsewhere and not have to have my report pulled again (only to return). The sales team is great.I take all our Honda cars for service here as well. They added a new service area last year, which makes wait times much lower. Service team is helpful, but does try to sell you on other options. We need new wipers, and they let us know you can just replace the rubber on Hondas for much less than buying new blades after market.

I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze from this location on a Monday. On Wednesday it wouldnt start. I was informed they would replace the battery for me. They came out, jumped it and left, (did not do anything to change the battery). On Thursday it wouldnt start again. I called several different times, left numerous messages with several different people, before finally getting ahold of someone who told me they would replace the battery but it was my fault for not bringing the car down there after they jumped it even though I was at work at the time at a different location than the car. When I asked how they were going to make it up to me because I had to spend money riding cabs to and from work because I had a new car that did not run, I was literally laughed at. Do NOT purchase a car from this dealership! You will regret it! Do not spend thousands of dollars at a place that does not appreciate their customers.

Service Dept. itself is good but phone system to access service is for ALL Garcia dealerships and it is MISERABLE. Cant reach Service and VMs not returned. Worst dealership system Ive ever dealt with. Must have used old Bell Telephone as a role model.
