Nice dealership. I’ve owned many Porsches. I’ve never bought one from this particular dealership. I’ve visited over the weekend, and was treated very well. Unfortunately they didn’t have the exact car I wanted, but because of the kind and generous way they treated me I will definitely be back in the future. This is the way a high-end car dealership should do business. Gold standard.

Never getting my Porsche serviced here again.I scheduled a servicing a month out because I needed a loaner car. I pay $500 (3x more than Hans Wittler charges for the same service) because I expect good customer service. I showed up thinking I would drop off my car and get the loaner and zip out like I have in the past. Instead for the loaner they asked for license, credit card, and insurance. I presented my insurance which has full comprehensive. This wasnt good enough, so I had to dig into my policy to show them I was covered for the loaner. I showed them the language and it still wasnt good enough. They wanted me to call my insurance company and get an agent to prove to them the loaner would be covered (which, by the way, my Panamera is 4x the cost compared to their used A3). The insurance company was backed up with a 10 minute hold. At that point I asked for my car back and left to Hans. They were able to get me scheduled and the work done for 1/3 the cost. I paid the Porsche Premium for customer service and instead I was given customer abuse.

I have owned Porsche’s for 35 years and have used some of them as my daily drivers- I now live in SW CO and the nearest P dealer is ABQ- Recently my Macan GTS Air conditioning stopped working, it turned out to be an pinched Freon line- the part had to come from Germany- It was turning out to be an unfavorable experience which was caused by supply line shortages and service tech illness- Porsche ABQ/ Travis Nau really worked hard to turn it into an acceptable outcome with a loaner car and help in delivery of my Macan -Kudos for them stepping up, and keeping true excellence of the Brand- Thank You. Stop....Please dont buy any car at this dealership. The whole car buying experience was horrible. At the time of purchasing car I signed all paperwork provided by them. Then two weeks later they sent me all paperwork again saying they made some mistakes in original paperwork. Then after two months later I received paperwork again saying they again made a mistake on second paperwork so they sent me paperwork third time after two months. When I received my first invoice from Porsche financial it showed I have three months payment past due with late payment fees, all because dealership screwed up my paperwork three times over 2 months period. We are not done yet after almost 3 months from my purchase date I got a call from Title company that works with dealership saying that they have not filled for my car registration or license with DMV & I need to pay VIN verification fees, smog test fees & additional amount for car registration even though I negotiated out of pocket deal including vehicle registration, license & any other fees. When I asked dealership General Manager to pay all these fees as they supposed to pay all those fees part of the deal he says either I pay all the fees or he will go to collection to collect all fees. So here I am without car registration & License after three months & disputing fees with them. To all car buyers out there in Albuquerque area I strongly recommend not to purchase car from this dealership. I hope this review helps you making your decision whether to purchase car from this dealership or not.

Took my Macan to them for service and to solve some issues. Things were a little complicated and Nile kept me informed throughout the process. Communication and service was outstanding. Considering it is a Porsche dealership prices were not too bad.

Absolutely appalling experience. Tried to make appt for a test drive. Told I didnt need one. Came and had me wait about an hr. Tried every line in the book after to deny the test drive, and finally agreed. Then the salesman says he gets car sick. Horrible experience overall. Would buy from another dealer if at all possible.

We purchased out of state through eBay and Josh and the entire dealership delivered on everything they promised, going above and beyond including delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle arrived in immaculate condition. The transport company that Josh chose was extremely efficient, keeping us updated on the progress of the transport every step of the way, including ensuring our satisfaction after delivery. The driver of the transport, James took time to explain the features and how to operate the vehicle. He was also amazing. Although we purchased out of state and never personally met the staff at Porsche of Albuquerque, they made us feel as though we were valued customers. Nile went above and beyond in taking care of my service issue. The glass repair company caused an issue with my car and rather than having me pay for the repair and letting me deal with trying to get reimbursed, he called them and got them to pay for it directly. Bought a brand new 2019 Porsche macan 3 months ago and the purchase experience was wonderful. However, after having the car for about 1 month the brakes began to squeal and the dealership pretty much said it is the way the car is designed. I cannot believe that a premium car brakes squeal so horribly. I have another Porsche and the brakes don’t squeal. Porsche corporate and the local dealership refuse to correct the issue. Horrible experience.

I called about a used car that sounded perfect online. The salesperson was very up front and told me it had a smoke smell from past cigarette use. Since Id planned to buy it and ship out of state without seeing the vehicle, I was very appreciative of his honesty.

Walked in to view the automobiles. I already own a 2017 Porsche, just in the area for business. Waited in the lobby and no one assisted me. In addition, no one spoke to me (with the exception of a man who looked like a mechanic). Poor service. Racist people.

I would like to thank Niles at Porsche of Albuquerque. I ran in with a dead battery at closing time, and Niles made sure I was taken care of. He grabbed the battery, took it to the back for testing, then saw to it that I received a new battery. Yes, even I was sure the battery had died. Although they were closing, he treated me well and my car was up and running for the weekend.

I just purchased a beautiful Porsche Macan S from Porscheof Albuquerque. The entire experience was great. The first day I came in and was immediately introduced to Robert Garcia. Two words describe Robert. Knowledgable and patient. For 2.5 hours I peppered him with questions, looked at every SUV within 3 blocks and test drove a Macan and Cayenne. At the end of the day, I left and made no commitment. I was not pressured in any way. Rare in my car buying experience.The next day I returned and decided to buy the Macan S. Dave, the Sales Manager handled the purchase details. He was personable and knowledgable. Again, there was no pressure. No haggling. Only a fair price based upon research I had done earlier.The paperwork was handled by John Fresques. Again, nothing but a class act...and fast.I have purchased many luxury cars over the years. Use to be great, now my wife wont ever talk to the costumer service rep Nigle again says he treats her like dirt or worse. I cant believe it could be so bad I guess nobody cares about what customers think. So I now have to travel to Phoenix to have all my work done and they are great at fixing all the mistakes that were done to my Porsches. They are managed much better over there .Call them and see if you think that the rep is a blundering idiot!Good luck

They put the wrong clutch in my 2003 911 and wont honor their work and fix it. I had to have someone else fix it before my engine was destroyed. I got no response when i asked them to fix it.
