This was an amazing dealership the manger was very courteous and honest got us out the door as fast as possible made paperwork easy and effortless and even stayed past close to get me in the truck that night with a fresh wash, the vehicle detail was great and lasted weeks shout out to him. The icing on the cake was we noticed a deep scratch on the front windshield a day after we bought it. I’ve been looking for a new car ever since I sold my Jeep, I’ve been to dealership after dealership and no luck. I’ve worked in dealerships before and know how the people are but this was NOT the case at A star! We happened to stop there by chance because if I’m being honest I never trusted personally owned dealerships either but from the time we got there it was nothing but EXCELLENT service. Scott helped us (shout out Scott!) he was very friendly, listened to what we wanted/needed and we didn’t feel any pressure from him to buy. We didn’t feel trapped or obligated to stay or agree to a price or car right away. He let us leave and think it over, letting us know that the price quoted wouldn’t change if we decided to come back and it didn’t. Honestly the whole experience was great. Scott and Aaron both took such great care of us down to the littlest thing! (The car had been detailed very thoroughly but Aaron noticed a tiny spot on the carpet in the trunk so before we left he had them take it out and clean it but it wouldn’t come out so he literally just replaced the WHOLE CARPET!) I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone over the big dealerships, they care about their customers and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and safe buying a car from them!

My boyfriend and I went to A Star Motors to buy our first car after the old family truck died on us. We were expecting to have to argue a lot with people because were young and so people try to treat us like we dont know what were talking about. We were pleasantly surprised when that wasnt the case! Dennis, the man who helped us, made it so that we drove away in our new (used) car very satisfied. He let us test drive it, explaining various things about the car as we drove. When I asked about a student discount (Im a university student), he gave us $500 off on a car that was already reasonably priced for a 2014 car with less than 50,000 miles on it. He was very transparent about the cars history and the application process for financing and got us a great deal for first-time buyers! The warranty deal is also more generous than you can find at other dealerships. Paid for the emissions test and registration as well. I would highly recommend coming here if youre looking for a good deal on a used car, especially if youre a first time buyer who needs help getting through the process like we did. Just recently purchased a lifted Dodge Ram 1500 a few weeks ago. The guys over here were amazing! Treated us like long time friends and really worked hard to get us what we were looking for. They didnt give me unrealistic options that I couldnt afford, but gave me options that were what I was looking for. They dont treat you like another wallet walking on the lot. Had a small issue caused from the previous owner but they took care of it right away and made sure it was done right,even offered to drive it down to me at work when it was finished at the shop. Overall GREAT, AMAZING group over here who ACTUALLY care and want you to be happy with your purchase. I literally have told everyone I can possibly think of to go over there and get their next car or truck from them! We absolutely will be going back! So happy!

First off I called on a Friday about a vehicle posted on several sites including Car Gurus and the dealer site but was told vehicle was out for inspection and I would receive a call on Monday with an update. The entire week passes by with no call and when I attempted to reach out no one answered (The business phone is owner Aaron Flores personal cell phone). During that week the price was increased by $1000 and when I finally received a call back he stated it was because he had to make repairs. First off a vehicle shouldnt be listed until ALL inspections and necessary repairs are complete. Secondly the car was worth $5500 at best, which it wasnt in its best condition but he marked it up almost $3000 in an attempt to take as much as possible from the consumer. Aaron Flores is arrogant and unprofessional, I would stay far away and go to a reputable dealer before trusting his vehicles.

Steve not only told us all about the vehicle, but even pointed out several cool restaurants and hiking trails which we really appreciated since were new in town. Minimal haggling and ended up getting an excellent price. We had a nightmare trying to get a loan through our credit union, but Steve and the team went above and beyond to get us financed at a great rate. Was dealing with a new employee who seemed like a nice guy. We then proceeded inside and were looking at numbers (trade in value and final car price) then the employees boss came to meet us to discuss the details. We spoke for less than 5 minutes and he basically told us not to waste his time. The whole thing took no more than 10 minutes. He told us to get out. Extremely unprofessional. Dont waste your time trying to negotiate because they lack the required skills and professionalism.

Purchased a vehicle . Second day it broke down. Took it back. They kept our vehicle for 6 days. Fixed a few things on the car. Sent it back didnt do alignment. As he promised he would fix the alignment.That night the car felt weird. Checked tire pressure. The front tires only had 10 psi and the back had 80. Could have caused a major accident driving vehicle home. Next day had to take the car to have a tire fixed. Had s nail in the back tire. Also we think the front tires were switched out while A Star Motors mechanic had the car for 6 days . They look bald. When calling to see if car was ready Aaron was very unprofessional he totally ignored all my calls. Left him messages. He never returned my calls Never will i do business with that company ever again.

I went to purchase a truck and was told I was financed. I went to pick up the following Monday and was told the bank told me I had to find a new year truck. They pushed to put me in,something I didnt want I was looking for a diesel. Needless to say I went down the road to a different lot and found what I was looking for newer truck and am driving it today. The sad part is I got the letters to the bank that they were going trough and found out the finance manager was asking the bank for 3000 more than the sticker price of the truck so they were asking to finance me for 29,000 dollar truck that was a 2005 when the truck was 24,850 so becarful when you buy from them cuz they hike the prices to the bank and your paying for it

These guys hassled me about it and wouldnt fill my tank unless I did a positive review for Thier business. I did it.THEN.... A few 500 miles later. 👎👎👎STARTED TO HAVE ISSUES WITH MY VEHICLE. They honestly stated they just changed the oil. I changed it myself .5 quart low. I told them there is a shake when brakes are pressed, but this didnt happen till my 500 miles was over. its their 500 mile promise that everything will break afterwards I changed the brake rotors and new pads. Rotors were shot. Than the TPS (TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS) STOP WORKING. IVE CALLED AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Took it to discount tire, they ended up charging me like 40-65$ per sensor. I bought new tires after, dropping a hefty down payment for my new used car Its like if I had a money tree in my back yard. $$$....I, Gotta SAY THIS IS A GREAT HONEST AND PRIVATELY OWNED DEALERSHIP.I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. if I could do it again I wouldnt. Where to start? I was looking for a used BMW 335i or BMW 535i, came across a used BMW 335i at A Star Motors. Test drove it on a Monday and spoke with Tyler the sales man (nice guy) there were a few things questionable about the vehicle. However, the owner Aaron assured me if I was to buy the vehicle they would fix EVERYTHING wrong with it within 30 days or 1,000 miles which ever came first of purchasing and would let me take it to my mechanic to have it checked out. He also gave a VERBAL agreement that if the mechanic had problems with the BMW i could bring it back no questions ask (Headlights needed cleaning, cup holder wouldnt coming out of dash, windshield blades needed to be replace, noise coming from brakes). Note: my mechanic couldnt take a look at the vehicle until Saturday. The next day (Tuesday) Tyler called and said they had fixed the cup holder, cleaned the headlights, and bought me new blades to put on. After we agreed on a price for the vehicle I went in to sign the papers on Thursday, with another VERBAL agreement that if my mechanic on Saturday saw problems with the BMW I could bring it back. I went ahead and signed for the car (Mistake #1). Left the dealership Thursday and on my way home the Check Engine Light came on, called Aaron and he assured me that they would have the vehicle fixed and not to worry about it. The noise coming from the brakes was a sensor according to Aaron which my mechanic and Hans Wittler confirmed that could be the possible problem. Come Saturday my Mechanic that Ive known for 15 years who had no reason to lie to me about the vehicle, said that it looked like the front passenger strut needed to be replace and oil had spilled into the turbo and he would take the vehicle back. After telling Aaron what my mechanic had said and that I wanted to undo the deal, he told me my mechanic didnt know what he was talking about and that nothing was wrong with that vehicle, to bring it back and that he would have his mechanic take a look at it. Arron called me on Tuesday saying that he would fixed the ONE strut and would the problem with the Check Engine Light. However, thats where we bumped heads... My mechanic said you dont just replaced one strut, when you replace struts you replace them in pairs. Example both front or both back at the same time. The mechanic he was using at Hans Wittler Automotive told me you dont replace one strut at a time, you replace them in pairs. After getting into several heated arguments with Aaron, he finally agreed to have them both replaced. However, he didnt have Han Wiltter or my mechanic replace the strut (still dont know who did). Six months later, theres a popping noise coming from the passenger side (where the strut was replaced), the noise coming from the brakes is louder (FYI-wasnt sensors had Hans Wittler take those out to see if that was the problem...NOPE) Wouldnt have written a review but this was a awful experience buying a car, and now only six months later im having problems with the BMW. Wish I had a better experience with this guy, because theres a dodge 1500 on there lot id like to trade this BMW in for. However, Ill never buy from them again.
