Was the most unprofessional experience at a dealership I’ve ever dealt with. First experience at this particular dealership as well. I brought my vehicle in for one issue at 9 am the start of the business day and left at 6 pm the end of their business day with nothing actually being done to my vehicle. I missed work and my entire day due to their lack of professionalism and communication with the warranty company. The service manager Mark Franklin blamed it on me as I have a third party warranty company, as if it’s the first time they’ve worked with one. Told me that if I would’ve just paid cash it would’ve been resolved and I wouldn’t have been there still talking about the issue at that moment. They kept sending the incorrect informationto the warranty company as well as the prices. Prices were quoted one thing to me and another to the warranty company. I had to be the mediator between the dealership as well as the warranty company because the dealership had no clue what they were doing. The manager literally told me he just wants to get paid for the diagnostics test, which is covered by my warranty. But how do you expect to get paid when you aren’t sending over the correct information? Long story short I wasted an entire day there and my car is still not fixed.
***Edit***The truck was sold to us as a working 4x4. The 4 wheel drive did not work. Had to take it back to be fixed. It was fixed but we did not receive any updates. We had to call. Was sold to us as having remote start. It in fact does NOT have remote start. It appears that it was installed by Ford after purchase and then partially removed. This is not the fault of Garcia but when it was inspected it should have been noted. This is our 6th car from Garcia Group. We have always had a great experience. I think this was just a one off. We will continue purchasing from Garcia Group.Very nice salesman. Showed us what we wanted to see. Very nice customer lounge. Had water, pop, and coffee. Plus some snacks. Clean restrooms. I wish Garcia Volkswagen would freshen up the Santa Fe lounge. No working AC, no pop or snacks just water and coffee.
The very best car dealership with which we have ever dealt. The very best car buying experience!! Mr. Brandon Pierce and all the staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. All subsequent visits have been the same!
Patrick is a terrific sales person, dealership was great as far as not making you wait forever to sign the paperwork like elsewhere. Justin was a very friendly and helpful in Finance. Highly recommend!
Purchase experience was great. Brandon & Ken were super helpful. Will definitely be back for any future purchases!
Leonard was awesome. An absolute professional during my recall and window repairs. Thank you. Much appreciated.
Great and friendly people. Service was exceptional. We will definitely buy from Garcia Infiniti again.
Customer service was great. Even had a follow up call to make sure we were 100% satisfied!
My purchase experience was great! Fair vehicle price and great discounts on extras while not feeling harassed or pressured! I like the professionalism so much, I will strongly consider asking the staff to find my next vehicle even if it not an Infiniti!
Fantastic beautiful cars! And great service! Ask for Julio! Im glad I did. :-)
Let me start by sayin garcia infinitig infiniti makes a great vehicle but this dealership and the Garcia family really make you feel like youre part of the family when you establish a relationship with their establishment! Couldnt be happier when purchasing a car from any garcia dealership!!!
Garcia INFINITI doesn’t know the meaning of providing any level of customer service, I purchased my Q40 out of state brought it here for basic service was turned away due to no appointment. I drove 5 miles to a competitor got me in right away work was completed in under 2 hours and was on my way.
I booked a service appointment on line and when I got there, they had no record of this appointment. I did have an email confirmation too. I rescheduled for a week later. Services quoted one price for service then text later in the day with a price more than double the original quote. Their customer service is poor. After talking with the manager I realize the service is only as good as the manager gives, and he was not that great either. I will not return to this Infiniti location.
Nice people that take good care of us, just pricey for service so only 4 stars
I’ve been a customer with Infinity for a long time and I get service with a smile every time. I love that they have a rental ready for me as soon as I get there. There’s no waiting around until my vehicle is finished I get on with my day.
Over the years, Ive taken my cars to Garcia Infiniti for service because theyre supposed to represent the brand and be a team of professionals and experts. So when the engine in my M56 misfired and they recommended the spark plugs followed by a $5k engine repair, I approved, because I was given no reason by the service department to think that following a $5k repair, my engine would still have serious problems. Well following the repair, it would turn out my engine did have serious problems and needed to be replaced. When I talked to the service manager, he assured me these types of things happen sometimes. They go in to repair the engine and other internal problems arise, especially with cars over 100k miles. Since it appeared he was well aware this outcome was a possibility, I asked him why I wasnt informed of this before the repair. From there, he attempted to talk around in circles and not directly answer my question.Since he couldnt answer my simple question face to face, I have a few questions for Garcia Infiniti here in this review:Is Garcia Infiniti a team of experts or not?If youre not experts then why dont you inform your clients and customers of this before any deals are made?If you are indeed experts then how do you not at all mention in any way that $5k could be spent to repair an engine only for it to still have serious problems and need to be replaced?Again, are you the experts or not?Did you have no idea this was a possibility? Rhetorical question because the service manager knew. Now back to the question of why I wasnt informed this was a possible outcome before the repair?Did you see a guy lose his transportation which often leads to desperation and decide to exploit him? While people are struggling in this economy, contrasted by the booming car business, did you want the $5k so bad you were willing to say and omit whatever information was necessary to get it?Why was I then treated like my business wasnt valued and I was looking for a handout when I asked the sales and service managers to right this wrong before I purchase a new car from Garcia Infiniti? Why was I told Thats not the way the world works. by the sales manager when I suggested the dealership absorb some of (or all of) the service bill as I sat across from him while about to buy a new car from the dealership? Is that the expertise Garcia Infiniti prides itself on, reminding its clients of the way the world does and doesn’t work? Are the sales and service managers representatives of just Garcia Infiniti or the whole Garcia group? Also, do they represent all of Infiniti?Until its proven those managers speak for themselves and dont represent the larger organizations, those organizations will never get business from me again. From my experience, they’re willing to withhold information from clients for gain. Ill be contacting every consumer protection agency and law group necessary until this is fixed and more people cant be taken advantage of in this way by Garcia Infiniti or its affiliates.
We just moved to ABQ from SoCal and received a notice from Infinity on a minor recall item. I called Garcia and spoke with Lawrence Cohen. He scheduled the appointment and followed up a day before to confirm they got the part in. My wife arrived this morning. She was immediately checked in and was on her way with a loaner car! I spoke with Lawrence briefly about resetting our navigation system for our new ABQ home and we were pleasantly surprised that it was reset for Albuquerque on the without another word about it! We are used to 5 star Mercedes Benz level of service and are quite pleased with our experience today! Thanks again Lawrence. We will be back!
I’m very disappointed! I took my car to come Here to get inspected! After I was told there was a leak by Valvoline Oil service so I called Garcia Infiniti to have my car inspected and see where that leak was assuming they are the professionals and they should know these vehicles like the palm of their hands! Waited almost 2 hours and was informed there was no leaks in my car. I don’t know how many times I stressed I need it to have the car checked correctly because I was traveling that next day if not I can do other arrangements (maybe rent a car) The guy A shored me with an attitude” BTW! that my car was fine! Well ?GuessWhat¿ the very next day my car was leaking in front of my own eyes well getting ready to leave on the road trip with a nine month old bby on our way to Phoenix stopped the car immediately and was told by a *private mechanic* after he did his job and inspected my vehicle my radiator gave out! Needed to be replaced! Shame on you infinity Garcia for putting my life and my families life at risk for not doing your job you had one job was to inspect my vehicle and therefore that cost me to cancel my TRIP And because of your incompetence! I could’ve blown my engine And stranded in the middle of the desert! Don’t come here save your time and money these people don’t care about you or your car!
I will indeed be a returning customer to Garcia Infiniti, they provided easy and excellent service and I was treated like a valued customer. The entire process from scheduling to driving off the lot had no issues. Thank you!
Most of the people working there seems to think that not wearing a mask is ok when customers are waiting on service in the show roomVery bad.
Great overall experience from this dealership! Purchased 2 vehicles from them and continually use the service center for oil changes, tire rotations and other needed repairs. Prices are great and Jesse is the only SA we trust. Just purchased a set of tires for our 2017 QX80 and they were better than discount tire. Warranty work is done right the first time and they go over everything that is done and what is recommended now and what can wait. Never push you into anything, always let you think it over.
I recently moved to New Mexico and this has been by far the worst service that I have ever received in terms of car maintenance.I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for an oil change and tire rotation. This is something that I expected to take about an hour, unfortunately this took nearly 4 hours of my time.I was never updated on the time that it was going to take as well.I love Infinitis cars but I was severely disappointed in the service provided by Garcia Infiniti
Requested a quote online. Got a call within minutes to explain the process and how to put an order in. Patrick Hornef was good and friendly at that point. Arranging my car pick up was critical and on a tight timeline. Was informed it could be done and I was more than happy with that. Waited several hrs and called back to see if I could get an update. Patrick proceeded to tell me that my order was received but it would take at minimum 1 day to 3 to find a truck to transport my vehicle. Was rude and impatient that I called back so quickly. After the call I called other companies and they said they could find me a car within a few hrs. So I called Patrick back to cancel the order since I was on a very tight timeline. Patrick Hornef was very rude on this call and snarky that I shouldnt expect to be helped on my timeline. He offered no more assistance and hung up very rudely. Patrick Hornef was very bad sales agent stay away
They were very helpful with my key fob issues. Got it fixed, turns out it just needed a better battery. They prefer people set up appointments for diagnosis and repairs.
Lawrence Cohen exceptional and trustworthy service representative.
I had a great experience with my Infiniti. My Q50 was smelling like gas inside the car, and so I called to have the service department take a look at it. They were able to get me in very quickly. Lawrence was very helpful, said it was probably due to a recent recall, and said they should have the car back to me samed day. I got my car back in the afternoon, they had washed it, and it no longer smells like gas. It was a great experience.
Lawrence and Diego went out of their way to get us back on the road. Great team, very customer oriented and responsive.
Every time my car needs fixing, Leonard has the answer. Thanks Leonard you are the best. If I could have him as an employee, I would. He knows the facts, he understands the big picture and should be the CEO. He is that talented and honest.I know my car will have quality service at a reasonable price.
We just got our vehicle back from a very unexpected serious repair. Our rep Leonard took very good care of us when we immediately took our breaking car in. They called the service manager out to take a test drive with us to see our problem. He was very honest and said there is no way he would let us drive it anywhere else. It turned out to be a major repair and they had our vehicle 2.5 weeks. Normally this would be upsetting but Leonard made sure we had a loaner vehicle identical to ours and kept us updated during the repair process. On top of the repair, they did a very detailed inspection of our vehicle to check for any other issues. We are in the shop once a month for service as this is our business vehicle and Leonard always goes out of his way to make sure we understand everything and that we are completely satisfied. Overall, the entire team appears to work well together and cares about their customers.
Just bought my 3rd Infiniti from Patrick at Garcia. Patrick is great to work with and has also been very fair and honest to work with. You will not find a better and more trust worthy person to deal with. I have also always had incredibly good service from their service department on my other cars and will continue using them on all my needs. Definitely a 5-star organization.
Everyone we dealt with was just wonderful. They really treated us extremely well. This is the fourth vehicle we have bought from the Garcia family. They truly know how to treat you like family. Mr. Garcia even took the time to come and thank us personally for buying from them. If you want a great experience when it comes to purchasing a vehicle I highly recommend going to the Garcias!!
As expected, another GREAT experience in the service department. We have the pleasure of working with Leonard who is always friendly, professional and knows how to read his customers. This is an important ability in my opinion. I also think Leonard knows our vehicle as well as we do and can tell us the problem with the vegist description and there is never any additional surprises later. This visit we had our brakes done and to my surprise, Leonardo was able to give us an unexpected discount. Now that is customer service and keeps a customer returning. Thank you for everything Leonard, The Parson family.
Our experience at Garcia Infinity was so excellent, we ended up getting a second car from them, 5 days after our first. Patrick R., P.J., and Matt are wonderful to work with! They go above and beyond, ensuring every step in the buying/leasing process is as stress-free as possible. We’ve already recommended GI to our friends and family, and we’ll definitely be back when it come time for our next one!
My experience with Garcia Infiniti Good Car Company was great! My sales associate was Patrick Hornef. he was attentive and kind and seemed very knowledgeable in the car buying process. There was the loan specialist and he was also great! They were able to find me a car that fit my wants and budget and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend them when looking for a car.
Ive been doing business with Infiniti for years. They are super friendly to do business and once they have your business how they treat and talk to you completely change. Completely rude. So happy I am fixing to do business elsewhere. Never again.
Excellent customer service, and repair center. Leonard helped me out with some work on my 2007 Infiniti M45, and it came back in excellent shape. Highly recommended!Evan
I have had my Infiniti for just over a year and have 32,000+ miles on it. Love the car and the sales and services has been great. Patrick Hornef is my service advisor and is always pleasant and very efficient. I will most likely replace my Infiniti with Infiniti when the time comes. Recently had to rent a Camry for a couple days and must say I feel my Infiniti is a more solid feeling vehicle and much quieter on the road. Overall very impressed with both my vehicle and with Garcia Infiniti.
Jon - July 28, 2011. I just had my first service experience with Garcia Infiniti for my 2010 G37x. This is a vehicle that was not purchased at Garcia Infiniti. From parts to service this was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. They kept me up to date on parts status without having to contact them and kept me well informed on the day of scheduled service. The level of customer service they provided makes one very happy to be an Infiniti owner.
Good people to know when you need automotive repair or to get a new car.
Patrick are the best. From the first phone call with Patrick to leaving with my car I could have not been happier. Patrick was courteous, attentive and not pushy. If it wasnt for his I wouldnt have even purchased my car . He made the whole experience easy and hassle free. I will be back when I purchase my next car and will ask for Patrick! He’s a keeper!!!
Great experience at this dealership. Chad did a wonderful job describing the features on my new QX50. Patrick was very fair with the offer they presented. And, Carlos! Carlos did me a huge favor and was very kind to my husband. I feel like I got a great deal from a LOCAL dealership with super customer service.
Great costumer service! Thank you Patrick and Matthew for working with us and sticking in our price range. I would recommend going to Garcia INFINITI...
Go to car shopping
This dealership is the perfect reason not to have an Infiniti in Albuquerque, this is the only Infiniti dealership in NM.Went in for a recall, the service adviser said the car wasnt bought from them and they had paying clients waiting for more important work. Finally they agreed to perform the recall on the dash, but they didnt install the steering wheel correctly so the cars traction control would activate on its own after regular driving and almost caused us to get in a wreck.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have never given a review before so bare with me. My husband and I took in our car to just get the steering checked (diagnostic); never been to a dealer in my life before so not knowing how everything is suppose to go.It took them over 4 hours to tell us our car is fine and then when I go to get inside my passenger door has a huge scratch on it I brought it to the guys attention ( long blackish older hair man) and he told me NO that looks like it has been there I kindly asked to speak to a manager (older light grey short hair) and he said no it looks like it’s been touched up and they don’t have touch up paint there. I showed him a photo of our car since we just bought it used and he still wouldn’t believe me. I am honestly so upset because I have never had a confrontational situation like this especially with a place that looks so nice. I hope whoever reads this keeps that in mind and doesn’t go here, I would hate for this to happen to you.
What a great car buying experience. Very knowledgeable staff, never pushy, just answers.... highly recommended.
Back in February I noticed this dealership had a used MX5 Miata for sale. I spoke with Patrick and we discussed a deal from 400 miles away. I drove from Denver and to my amazement I got the exact deal as discussed. Says everything about their integrity. The best experience with a dealership in 40 years of buying cars!
We recently moved from Texas to Albuquerque and it is most fortunate for us to have bought our first car in New Mexico from Garcia Infiniti. Tosh treated us with utmost respect and courtesy the entire time my family was there. To date, we have taken our car in for service multiple times and each time the service team is very professional. Overall, a great fuss-free experience.
My husband and I recently purchased a QX80 Infinited from Garcia and I must say it the best car buying experience Ive ever encountered. I am currently having my daughter contact them now to purchase a vehicle. New or used I know she is in good, honest hands!!! These people truly do have your best interest at heart. They will do their best to meet your needs! They were awesome and I would recommend them to anyone.
The service department is the absolute worst! They are completely rude! I made an appointment for a service engine light, which in itself was drama. When making the appointment I asked a simple question, something like how long would it take to check out my car, to which I was told that I had not developed a relationship with them yet and therefore he could not give me any information until I PROVED I OWNED THE CAR! Just to make an appointment!!! I dropped my car off first thing in the morning of my appointment day and at 3:00pm it still had not been looked at. After expressing in a professional manner that I was upset that my car had yet to be looked at when I had made an appointment, the Service Manager became irate! I asked when they might get to it and when it would be repaired and I ended up being yelled at and told that I was new to them and had built no relationship with them and they didnt know me. When I asked to speak to a manager this guy said he was the manager and when I said that I wanted to talk to someone higher up I was told no and that he would not give me the name or number to anyone higher up. After about 20/30 minutes of the service manager going absolutely crazy on me I hung up on him saying that he is refusing me service and to come get my car. Then the Service Manager took it upon himself to call my husband and tell-on me!! Which of course my husband who knows me knows that half the stuff this guy said was not true to how it was said! I ended up calling the dealership back and talking to someone else, they worked up an estimate, which I had to go in and look at because they refused to tell us over the phone what needed to be done. Their estimate was a good $5000+. I picked up my car and took it to another mechanic who fixed it by 1:00 the following day for ~$200! I wish there was another Infiniti deanship here because Garcia Infiniti is horrible!
Everyone at the dealership is great, especially Mark Franklin he goes above and beyond to help
I went there today to buy my third Infinity, they are great cars and the dealership is fantastic and my salesman, Patrick, is the tops.
Good work and good customer service. However they found numerous items they wanted to fix, which would have cost some $3000! Most of the items to repair were not necessary, and certainly not at this cost!!!.
Love the service department here!!
Our experience with Garcia Infiniti was superior. The sales and service team helped us choose a car that fit our lifestyle and our budget and then serviced the car smoothly and conveniently. Patrick Hornef in particular was an expert and assuring resource for us as we moved through the buying process. Honest and knowledgable. We love our two cars!
Patrick Hornef has been our salesman for years and we couldnt be happier with him! We have leased 5 vehicles from him and have had a great experience with him every time! Hes very knowledgeable and relatatable. Hes always willing to go the extra mile for his customers! He treats us great, best salesman weve ever had!
Love, Love, Love this dealership!!! Tosh from the sales department is outstanding, he has always gone out of his way to ensure that I am satisfied with the Infiniti Product and has always been available to answer questions after the sale.
Friendly staff and amazing service. Our salesman Matt was a pleasure to work with.
I have purchased two cars from Patrick Hornef in the last 4 months and both times we were helped by fabulous. He makes things so easy. He always responds to emails right away. The first car we purchased was a 2013 and the most recent was a 2017 infiniti. Both times I have just emailed him what I was looking for and what price we wanted and he made it happen. The second time I did not have time to go shopping for cars, so he just emailed me certain options as they came in. It made it so much easier for us, because my wife and I are both very busy. I would recommend Patrick to everyone.
The service department is great
I took my car to the Garcia Infiniti in my area to have it checked out. Patrick Hornef is the very good sales representative who always help me to select the right now of many cars. They made arrangements to have it towed to their showroom and have it rechecked. They found a bad cooling fan, thermostat and a oil switch. The vehicle has been fine since then. then i asked my sales person patrick he is very responsible and kind and gave me free of cost to all services.
They did a great job with my car for a recall on a part and washed my car when they were finished.
A while back my parents were in the market for something new and luxury but they had no clue what they were looking for. Their eyes tend to glaze over when I talk about cars, but I try to help them every couple of years to find what theyre looking for. After some other stops we ended up at this Infinity dealer and Patrick helped explain to them the features in a way that I could never do. He got them into a new set of wheels for a pretty decent price and theyre happy with how things went, which isnt usual - theres almost always some weird hassle or someone forgot to send in some paperwork, but not this time.Since I dont have to hear about how terrible the whole thing was, and I was treated pretty well as a 3rd party interloper, Ill give it 5 stars. Professional sales staff, modern and clean building, and it lives up to the idea of Infinity as a luxury brand. If I ever win the lottery...
I went to a couple of other dealers, but I like the deal that we made at Garcia Infiniti. Theyre pretty good and the value and condition of the car that I purchased is good, so far. Their sales team mainly patrick hornef and financing department are always there when I need them. And so I’m trying to recommend a friend of mine to buy a car from them.
Alan Alfano is top notch!! I was searching for a replacement for my beloved 2012 G37 totaled in a recent traumatic car accident. My husband, Richard, and I called on Al, and it was the best decision. He worked tirelessly to find just the right car for us, answered countless questions, and took Richards many phone calls. After finding the right car, a beautiful 2015 Q40, he worked to make sure every follow-up detail was completed. The manager, P.J., was very professional and helpful as well. We have spread the word among our friends. Thank you, Alan Alfano!! Thank you, everyone at Garcia Infiniti!
Patrick Hornef great seller seller i love him, his dealing is very very good i got the new infinity with outstanding rates.
Operator girls have no common courtesy and are rude and not professional at all, they need to be trained to say please hold and not hold on on a rude tone
Actual service work performed was acceptable, but customer service is awful. I have dealt with this dealer on three occasions; on one occasion customer service was acceptable but last two were just downright bad. I compare them to two other Infiniti dealers I have dealt with. I have taken my G Sedan to Peoria Infiniti in AZ and Mike Ward Infiniti in CO; both were great in addressing service and overall pleasant to deal with. Service at Garcia has been awful. I had an issue with the trim wearing abnormally and they refused to replace, although still within the warranty period and an obvious defect. Peoria Infiniti took one look at the issue and was willing to replace on the spot without argument. Garcia has also ordered parts for my vehicle only to have them return the parts without contacting me that they were in. This was followed by them refusing to reorder/service for one issue and wanted me to bring the car back to reconfirm the issue on another, although they documented the problem and ordered parts the first time. But overall the worst part is their customer service in their service dept. I have dealt with several people there who were pleasant to do business with, but overall my experience has been awful. In explaining away concerns that I brought up, they have been downright rude and I have wondered if they even had a mechanic/tech look at them. On one occasion when there was an irrefutable issue, well within the Infiniti factory warrant, I was told that they would have to see what they could do. Infiniti expected more loyalty from their customers and since I don’t service (oil changes, etc.) my car there, it is difficult for them to get the work done under warranty. I was floored that a comment like that would be given straight to my face. I live over 3 hours away from this dealer and even if I did live next door, their prices for routine services aren’t the greatest and work done has been acceptable, but not outstanding. The comment above isn’t the worst I have been given by this dealer and similar statments have been the norm.We have only used Garcia Infiniti for service on our Infiniti as it is the closest dealer to where we live so I can’t comment on their sales section. I now take my car 5-6+ hours away to Colorado for any service I need done at an Infiniti Dealership.Bottom line: Need Infiniti Service? Steer clear of this dealer.
I am usually never one to judge a place based on just one visit but Garcia Infiniti SUCKS. They might provide you with the best service in the world IF you buy a car from them. I purchased a brand new G sedan with the Platinum service package from another dealership that they considered a rival and despite all my efforts to convince Garcia Infiniti to match the offer that their rival was offering, they wouldnt- so end result was me purchasing the exact same car from another dealership to save myself money. (Seriously, who wouldnt?).Apparently, they found out what I did during my first service in Albuquerque and put a discreet note in their system to never let me get a loaner vehicle for any service. Ever since that day, Ive been treated like crap by their staff. Ive had at least 6 services done now and even though maintenance is done according to Infiniti standards, the service has sucked every time. They promise me a loan vehicle when I schedule a service over the phone but when I show up, they magically have no loaners left. (To prove they were lying, I walked around the back each time and lo and behold Ive seen several loan cars parked in their lot). At times when they dont have a loan car available for me, they promise a turn around time of one hour but I end up waiting 3 hours for a bloody oil change. The owner himself said I would not receive the same level of service if I bought my car from another dealership when I was shopping around. The sales manager refused to sell me a maintenance package because You purchased your vehicle from a rival dealership. I will not sell you any package so youre better off calling them. Ive complained to Nissan Consumer Affairs but to no avail. Ive tried to talk to the service manager to rectify whatever issues exist but that didnt help either. These guys are crooks. DO NOT hope to get good service unless you buy a car from them. And if youre shopping for an Infiniti, look in neighboring states- youll save a ton of money because these guys simply cannot match bigger dealership prices. Since theyre the only dealership in all of New Mexico, they think they can get away with whatever they want. They WILL treat you like royalty, but at what cost?
Awesome got my car from here I recommend
If I could give this service department a zero I would Jesse and the service manager do not honor there word and way over charge
Incredible experience with new purchase my sales Patrick F Hornef helps me a lot, proper and to the point guide
I just called Garcias service department, my QX30s moonroof stopped opening after a few months, the gentleman said push the button that was his answer! Kelly Shepherd
Everything went fine. Patrick F Hornef was great, he got me in the car what I wanted.
Patrick and the staff here are very helpful, we have two cars from here
Got my Ipad, my Iphone charger and a toy stolen wile in service, the response I got was that I probably miss place it . Make sure not to leave valuables in the car at this dealer, unfortunately for all of us is the only infiniti dealer in the state. The service manager have some people skils, he know how to say you probably lost it your self and now you want to blame us in a very nice way. All I can say is they have a thief, my stuff was in the car at the time I took it in.
Lawrence Cohen provided legendary service. I will be back when its time for a new Infiniti. Thanks Garcia Infiniti.
Outstanding customer service! Jessie was outstanding!
Patrik Hornef is great car seller i really love there attitude and services
I took my Infiniti to Garcia Infiniti dealership for the same repair 3 times of a timing belt. It was never done correctly, and I was left stranded several times on the highway.. Finally had to have the repair done elsewhere, even though under warranty. Mr Mellone was not helpful in resolving this, and neither was Tony. I have to agree with other reviewers, that NM Garcia dealership does not represent the standard in Infiniti dealership care. Im tired of the run around and lousy service, delays, and overcharges. this is not a good place to go for good service or safe repair.
I came in here today at 445pm looking for info on the new Q60. I looked at the car by myself, inside and out, for about 20 minutes and had no one approach me so I left. The receptionist didnt even say hi when I walked in or ask me for help as I was looking at the car right in front of he desk.
I left the Acura dealership next door after a terrible experience with a salesman, walked into Infiniti 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday evening, and Patrick Hornef and Carlos Garcia not only kept the dealership open late, they treated me like a VIP. I could not be happier with the product or the service at Garcia Infiniti. We have sent friends to them and every one reports that they have never had a better experience buying a car.
Expensive but efficient. Good customer service
I recently visited Garcia Infiniti, my sales associate was Patrick Hornef, I bought a 2016 Infiniti QX50 in March of 2016, my experience at the dealership was awesome, in mid July I had decided the QX50 just was not the right car for me, great car, very versatile and fun to drive, it just was not me, I called Patrick he assured me he would do everything in his power to make it easy. I met Patrick on July 28 and let me just say. not only did he make it easy for me, I left in the industry leading Q50 Red Sport, what an amazing machine and outrageous customer care!! I have bought multiple cars from the Garcia Automotive Group and 2 from Patrick in less than a year, Patrick is very passionate about what he does, the excitement he displayed over the Red Sport was what closed the deal. I have been driving the car for a few weeks now.....again let me just say, If ypu are in the market for a sport luxury sedan, there is NOTHING in the industry that compares WOW lots of car for the money! Thank you Patrick. Cathy will be in to upgrade her ride soon and we will surely ask for you!
The moment I walked into Garcia Infiniti, I felt welcomed. I did not intend to purchase a vehicle that day, and I had made that clear. I was, at the time, ruling out the JX35, as I was in the market for a new mid-sized SUV. I asked to test-drive the vehicle, and Pat, one of the salesmen, was more than happy to accommodate me.During the test-drive, Pat didnt hesitate to tell me all of the great things this vehicle had to offer. I found him to be quite knowledgeable, and was able to answer my many questions. I had done research on the JX35 in my quest for a SUV, so I knew quite a bit going in. Pat, however, was able to clarify much of the technological aspects of the vehicle, which helped me with my decision in the end.I did decide to lease the JX35. I had never leased before, so Pat and a few of his co-workers took the time to teach me about its benefits. I found the entire process of the lease pleasant, with NO HINT of pressure.I needed to come back and sign some papers the next day, and I was again greeted with smiles and handshakes. I felt like they really cared about my experience, and were genuinely concerned about my feelings toward my new SUV. Thank you, Garcia Infiniti, for making my experience a positive one. I can hardly wait to pick out my next vehicle from you!!
Garcia Infiniti is great, Toshiko Hoshino has sold us 2 flawless G sedans, couldnt be happier with their customer service, quality of product and honesty in all financial dealings. Best dealer in New Mexico, hands down.
Great experience. Mr. Navarro is the best!!
Great job Patrick Hornef at Garcia Infiniti of albuquerque new mexico, best service I ever had at a dealership. Patrick was nice, up front, honest and to the point. Went in at 9 am traded in 2017 Infiniti Q60, drove off at 11:30 am in a Aug 2016 Infiniti. If you looking for a car go to Garcia of albuquerque new mexico and ask for Patrick, he gets the job done with a smile.
Thanks for the new car great sales person patrick hornef
I finance a car from them 2 weeks ago and since I signed the paper work, they have been saying that they ordered it and since then thats all Ive been hearing its coming, its coming; in the meantime I have to drive the vehicle still. Seems to me that all they are concerned about is making a sale (even a salesperson patrick hornef lied about the real price we had to put down for a down payment) and not concerned in the follow up on a CUSTOMER. I plan to be a thorn in their side cause they crossed the wrong person!!!!
Ive purchased an 06 FX35, a pre-owned 99 I30, an 09 G37 Sedan, and most recently took my buddy there for his 11 G37 Coupe.Every experience, from buying to service repairs, has always exceeded what you would expect.Ive dealt with Carlos Garcia, Shane Dolinski, and even Tosh Hoshinski. All great guys to work with.
After reading the last review I was a bit skeptical. Needed an oil change n had the Elite maintenance package. Only infiniti dealer in nm. Got to dealer early at 8am. Was greeted by a service personnel. Told him we were passing thru town n was due for an oil change n had the elite program. Didnt have a problem at all taking it. Took about an hour as car wash was done as well. Car was washed all nice n shiny. Loved the service n professionalism we received. ABQ is just a fabulous place with wonderful people. Will recommend n use this dealer the next time I am around. Thx Garcia infiniti!!! You guys made our trip home that much better!!

Great service...happy to join the Infiniti family!
The owner does not care about customers feed back. Called to complain on a employee, and never got a call back. Should have listened to the employee he stated that the owner could care less on what I had to say.
