Excellent from top to bottom! The sales lady was patient as we chose the right carpet. The owner and carpet fitters were extremely courteous and considerate as they catered to our needs and time constraints. Even while having to reschedule due to the snow.We would recommend this company to anyone considering installation of carpet. Exceptional!! I wish all contractors were this professional! From the in store personal touch to the installment and great price, every single step we had someone with us. The salesmen kept in touch before, during AND after to make sure we were satisfied. The contractors showed up on time, were courteous and kind (every single one) and finished the job earlier than they said they would and left the place spotless! I’d recommend them to anyone!

Not only did we find the perfect carpet for our new house here at a great price, they gave us an amazing deal on some top of the line vinyl flooring as well! Super friendly and attentive service, it felt like we had our own personal assistant the whole time we were there. Even the guys they sent to our house to install the flooring were awesome and did such amazing work. Will absolutely recommend this place to anyone shopping for new floors in New Mexico. And you can support a local business while youre at it!

If there were more stars to give i would! Enchantment Carpet & Flooring was more than helpful working with us to get carpet installed very quickly. I called Damon and explained our carpet delays with another company and he said come in and hell show us what he has in stock. We went in and picked an in stock carpet and he was able to schedule us the next day for an installation. The install turned out great and we love our new carpet! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the future. Also would definitely use Enchantment again. Their customer service and helpfulness was close to perfection.

The two men who installed my new carpet did quality work and were professional and respectful of my home and me. There was a minor hiccup in scheduling but Damon addressed it immediately and took care of it.. I highly recommend Enchantment Carpet and their installers.

We had our house prepared for another carpet installer to install only to be left high and dry because they had mismeasured and did not have enough carpet. Out of sheer panic, I did a quick search and came across Enchantment carpet and flooring. Damon assured me he had plenty of carpet in stock and would be able to help us. We picked out a carpet, and he measured later that day. He worked his magic, and the installers were there the next day to start the job. The installers were respectful of our home and skillful in their work. Don’t make the mistake I made, choose Enchantment carpet first, and save yourself a headache and money!

They were friendly, helpful, responsive, and did quality work when the time came to replace our carpet, at a very fair price for the overall experience. Even in these difficult times they were (responsibly) accommodating. All the other good reviews are well-earned.

This store is amazing. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The selection of flooring was vast and time was taken to make sure I got the product that fit my needs. I needed tile in the bathroom and they used tile that was left to me by the original homeowner. They were able to coordinate a tile install along with the carpet and everything went smoothly. They went out of their way to help me when I needed to use the manufacture warranty. Their installation staff is superb. The install was perfect, they cleaned up after themselves and made certain the furniture was where I wanted it before they left. This was much better than any big box store experience. Excellent customer service. A+++.

I have been wanting new floors FOREVER! Damon at Enchantment Carpet helped me to locate the perfect flooring for my home. When I was finally ready to move forward with the installation I was accommodated right away. Francisco who did the install was extremely professional and quite the hard worker. I recently visited Enchantment Carpet to purchase some carpet padding for a customer of ours, however, I was a little side tracked by the abundance of beautiful carpet they had in their showroom. I recently had an addition built on my house, so we have been in the process of looking for a trustworthy company to go through for a good quality carpet. I might have failed to mention earlier that I own a carpet cleaning company, so i guess you can say Im very meticulous about my flooring; mainly carpet in general. Anyhow, I picked up the padding I needed for our customer, which by the way, was practically a steal compared to the company we used in the past; but furthermore, I picked out some esquisite top notch quality carpet that Low*s or H**e De**t wouldnt even think about carrying. None the less, we paid a fraction of the cost compared to the same quality and brands from other flooring companys my wife and I had been to. Take it from a professional whos been maintaining and giving recommendations on carpet maintenance for the past 16 years here in Albuquerque, these guys are the BEST...they definitely are very knowledgeable In their field of expertise. They know everything that one could only possibly think about knowing about carpet. In all my years In this line of work, Ive never met such informative staff.
