My kids really like the shoes from here expansive but worth it @ least they last with there shoes then take care of them & intill we can buy another pair for them?

Back at Coronado mall Foot Locker the staff were pretty quick to help me unfortunately didnt have my size. Prices looked good and as I said the staff are quick to help. Friendly as well. Check it out.

This store was extremely organized. They were having a great sale on air max. The staff is nice and friendly.

Music in the store is way too loud, checkout process was disorganized, employees were mostly attentive. Good selection.

Wasnt 8npressed after look for 2 pairs of same shoe dodnt have for either 9f my kids at 250 a pair you think they cared bout me standing their the kid just proceeds to help someone else instead of bothering to tell me that 5he6 didnt have so 8 asked the guy u0 from who was checking store count some one finally comes and helps I ask can they orde3 again these sizes sold out. so I then asked for gift cards and are so rude making comments as to like fraud Im really bugged bout them but like I said bad service I guess I didnt look like I could be spending 500 in their store.

One of the best places to get a good deal on a good sneaker. I went in with a friend of mine not wanting to buy anything and left with some new Kyries. Very convincing store, dont go in unless you are ready to swipe your card.

Picked up the Air Jordan 34 during my lunch break. Customer service was very responsive and attentive. We talked about the upcoming releases as well.

Nate and all the workers were amazing during my visit I bought the vapor max plus in black. I highly recommend the store to anyone that is unsure of what type and style of shoe to purchase.

The Manager Cristi was so rude and arrogant, I’ve never had such a poor in store retail experience. I hope the district can get managers that learn how to keep their emotions at the door! She told me inaccurate information that I confirmed was inaccurate while being on the phone with a footlocker Supervisor. The other associates at this store were wonderful and treated me with the utmost respect, which is why it’s so ironic for the manager to be so disrepctful right in front of everyone. Expect a formal complaint as well. Her ignorance is what was most upsetting, it’s sad that as a customer I know and understand the stores procedures better than the MANAGER. Her demeanor was disgusting and she tried shooing me and my fiancé out of the store when we were not done shopping, I proceeded to ask her why she is giving me so much attitude and then she threatened to call security on me.

Would be nice if they actually picked up the phone after calling for about an hour straight so i dont have to drive 30 minutes just to get told theyre out of stock.

Nothing against FL stores in general, but this location is bad. The selection was poor, and what few styles they had werent available in my size. The staff wasnt helpful and couldnt tell me what was good/bad about any of the shoes.

Not enough stock

Came in with a party of 9 to make reservations. They told me it will be a 15 minute wait and we waited we got sat and got an attitude with the female sale assoiate. I asked for a water and to look at the shoe menu and she rolled her eyes and took her 19 mins to get it. We asked for the manager and she gave us attiude as well my family and I got up and left. Poor customer service never again.

Got some new shoes so five stars

I went today to got look at some shoes with my dad, and we were just checking out and my dad was getting a veteran discount. The cashier told him to verify if he was a veteran even after he showed her his vet card. I think that it was rude of her to ask for proof if he was a vet even though he showed his vet card. And he was told to go online to a third party verification. It a shame to question a vet and his service.

They refuse to pick up the phone and are terrible human beings in person. I believe the only reason they still exist as a business is because they are lucky enough to be in the mall and to have a Foot Locker affiliation.
