Picked up a dozen KK doughnuts for us today as a special treat, but was sorely disappointed by what was in the box. Got 6 (smallish) raspberry-filled and 6 (also small) chocolate-frosted with the white creme filling that were only about half frosted. After my husband ate the first chocolate-frosted with white creme filling, he said there wasnt anything inside. He started eating a second one, only to again find no filling. We cut the remaining 4 of this type in half and found that none of them had filling. The other 6 raspberry filled, while smaller than usual, at least had some filling in them, so they werent so disappointing. I called the store, as Ive done in the past, and got the same results: nobody answers the call, and nobody calls back. The customer service when theyre taking your money is great, but dont expect anything after the fact if you find a problem once youre home. Not the first time this has happened, but it will probably be the last. Theres a new Dunkin Donuts right up the street.

Great place for doughnuts, but avoid their cinnamon rolls. They are tiny, especially at $2.99 a piece.

I am more of a cake donut guy. These are airy and sweet but not much chew. I had a passenger that bought them. She did give me a 6 pack, I ate one but gave the rest to my staff for their kids. Not bad just for someone trying to lose pounds.

Worst 15.99 ive ever spent, 6 horrible old hard custard filled donuts the drink was ok. The young girl at the register checked and rechecked my 20 dollar bill i gave her....like i was going to rip them off. Lost a customer today. They used to be good back in the day, but today PATHETIC!! In the dumpster where they belong!

Visited yesterday and used the drive through, ordered a few lemon filled, custard, a few glazed and some maple glazed. These are great as a treat now and then, but most of the so called filled donuts barely had anything inside, and the lemon had a small dab and that was about it, no real filling. These are at best belly bombs light when they are fresh, way too sweet and sugar-y, but by the next morning, they are hard as a rock. Hard pass, not worth the money, and I much prefer Dunkin Donuts, they have a bit more flavors to offer other than triple glazed, overly sweet belly bombs. Sorry guys, you just arent what you used to be. Dissapointed.

Went through drive-through, asked what donuts they had left and ordered what they had left. Didn’t get what I ordered, had to ask again, saw them dumping the donuts I had ordered in the trash and then got told I could not get what I ordered even after I had paid already, and got told that they were closed an hour before they were supposed to close.Horrible customer service.

Went here to PU donuts for family. Not a frequent customer. They were only taking cash. More of a general statement here. I truly feel for the restaurant and fast food owners trying to find employees in this pandemic. Though serve at most places continues to suffer, I applaud the employees who are trying.

Ive been shopping at this Krispy Kreme location for 8 years, and in all that time, they have consistently messed up my orders. Most times when I go, usually through the drive thru, after waiting in line, I arrive at the speaker to find that my 3 or 4 favorites are sold out. Many times, I have just told them to forget it and I drive away. Their newer flavors are always sold out. Im mean why bother to list them with photographs, if they are never in stock? Cant they make more? Why are the most popular flavors always out of stock? If they are so popular, make bigger batches!Today, I was surprised at the drive thru, that even though they were out of the special monthly flavors, they had all four of my favorites, that is, until I got home and found out she had substituted what I asked for. Add their terribly high prices to this terrible customer service and I am now grateful that a nice Dunkin donuts opened up just south of them on Coors.

They got order wrong and when trying to call and they dont answer their phone. Poor customer service. The donuts are good except I dont care for the dozen otherdonuts they gave me.

Its a quality donut, from an industrial eatery factory, could always do with more nature or cute things inside, but its a fine place, and the parking lot is very nice with the trees and shade.

Always good. Got to share with 7 graduates who were celebrating in parking lot. Way to go Krispy Kreme.

Went for donuts at 6:30 pm as a treat for the family. Got home and opened the box only to discover all of the donuts were stale and some had no filling. We have always loved Krispy Kreme, but will no longer pay a premium price for stale donuts! So disappointed.

Ewww disgusting staff😣🤢 that worked the drive thru on 5/30/2021 around 7:54am. They man working the drive thru window used the same pair of gloves to take the money, use the cash register, make & serve the donuts and the beverages. When I noticed he didnt change out his gloves while serving us, I asked him about it and he got surprised and admitted he was not changing out his gloves regularly. 👎🏽👎🏽Needless to say, we did not buy donuts from there😡 and we went down to the streetto Rebel donuts.

Their website says that the drive thru is open until 9. We went tonight to get some donuts for an early event tomorrow morning. We drove up at 8:20 and they said that they were closed. If youre going to close early then post it on your website. There were three other potential customers there when we were. Horrible customer service!!

Always a favorite, fresh doughnuts and friendly staff. The usuals are great, original glazed, jelly, blueberry. New flavors are okay, Oreo is the best.

Quality isnt what it used to be, but I do like that they are always coming out with special donuts. The Reeces inspired donuts have been my favorite to far. What is not to love about chocolate and peanut butter? Last month I tried the variety of Pumpkin donuts and thought they were OK. The Halloween donuts for this month are cute and look square - which is kind of cool.

Ive always loved Krispy Kreme and theres nothing like a fresh one off the line right after they make it! However this particular Krispy Kreme didnt have half of what they were advertising and they had to substitute mini donuts for the regular ones. Not sure if they were behind in production or just it was poor management but we were very disappointed after this visit.

The team there were super nice and gave excellent service to us from the moment we walked in to leaving. The young lady that served our donuts and got my coffee was very friendly and also included my daughter in the conversation. We will definitely go back to this location for sure!

Delicious doughnuts, but what I ordered wasnt what I recieved.

Why was the drive up closed? The store was very dismal and uninviting! The customer waiting line was not in order, you had to go through the people that were already in line! The only good thing that your store has going for it is your staff!

It’s a Krispy Kreme! The lady at the drive thru was very patient taking our order while we took forever to decide (the good). Donut holes tasted not just a day old, but 2 days old (the bad)! Everything else we ordered was standard KK tastiness and freshness (as expected).

Today I was given the best service Ive had since forever. Literally worth a review. The two young guys who helped me around noon today were so patient and kind. A real gem especially these days. Its surprising how many places havent prioritized their service right now when businesses need their customers. However, these guys blew it out of the park just by being nice.

I waited 40 minutes and there was like 10 people in front of me in line. And what I your protocol for federal discounts? Reason I ask is because iv has no issues in the past with the discount, but today I was told no. So why was the person in front of me given the discount and not me? Discrimination?

DON’T go to this location. Asked for a decaf coffee. No decaf coffee available. They “stopped making it a few days ago”. Okay?Ordered 4 dozen doughnuts for my coworkers. Go to pay for the doughnuts with my gift card. They can’t accept gift cards.Also the establishment is really dirty inside.I will never be back here. Only reason I came in was because of the gift cards anyhow.Would’ve rated a zero. Because that’s what I left with zero product and 15 minutes in my day I can’t get back.

I think they forgot to turn on the Fresh donut sign. We saw it turn on and swung in thrilled by the idea of super hot donuts. The donuts they grabbed off the conveyer, were cold. Such a disappointment. :(

Online it’s says they close at 9pm (drive thru) got there at 7:45pm young kid said we are closed! i responded with the time posted online. He said you wanna speak to the manager? I heard a voice from the back say tell them we are f***ing closed! drove to amy’s doughnut instead! That will be my last trip to Krispy Kreme!

Horrible service. This store didnt have any of the donuts we wanted that were on there website. Waited 20 minutes for 3 donuts and 2 milks at drive through. Got to window, was told they only take cash. No 2% milk and they got donut order wrong. The drive through employee didnt seem to care or offer to correct order! Not going there again.

The quality and availability of doughnuts has fallen short over the last couple of years. Today, September 14th, will have officially been my last visit.Although they had the two varieties of doughnuts I wanted, I also ordered a large coffee with two creams and two sugars. The coffer tasted very old, and sour. It was barely at room temperature, and it also performed a manner of sorcery inside my guts, which led to some unmentionable turrlet time. I assume the creamer had been left out to curdle. Perhaps they will start making cottage cheese here instead?I can no longer recommend this location.

Other than my previous Wonder experiences with field trips, kid treats, and mommy pick me ups, my experiences here have always been wonderful, but todays really takes the cake.I make some pretty big promises when it comes time to shots, and doubly so when both kiddos due at the same time. So when KK was chosen, and it was on the way home I was only too happy to agree. As soon as I walked in the door I was very nicely told that their whole system was, and they were accepting $1/donut flat, cash only. No cash for me, but its 2020; I pulled up their website and attempted to place an online order, the lady behind the counter happily filled the box as I added them into my cart. But, it appeared all of their systems were down, as the website gave me errors when trying to check out. I explained that this was my kids post shot treat and asked if there was anything that could be done for just 2 donuts. The lady said that she was going to give me the whole box on the house for my patience because the previous customers had not been so nice.Thank you for making my kids day!!!

Although they were missing some of my favorite donuts and their line was pretty long, it moved quickly and they got all the donuts in my mixed dozen correct! They were hot and fresh and the order taker even offered me a juice or coffee. At the window I was given a survey on my receipt which I later redeemed a whole dozen donuts!

I ordered glaced donuts ended up with MINI glaced donuts very disappointing since is the second bad experience Ive had here. I guess is time to pick a new location.

I was at this location today and I was turned off at how rude and unprofessional the so called manager was. A young lady entered and was speaking to him, he was rude and condensening to her, not to mention laughing. Im not sure what was going on but it looked intense. Maybe look into some customer service training for your so called managers.

These donuts are awesome we also got to see the donuts being made my granddaughter really liked it 😊

Food was good but a long wait

Last 5 times, they dont have most donuts available. Even the original most times. A place that sells only donuts, not having donuts. Add the bad attitude on top of that,I wonder how this place stays open. Dont bother going here. Rebel Donuts and Amys isnt out of donuts. Because they sell donuts. Who would have thought? You know what happens when you run out of donuts? You make them.

I have gone to this location several times and the doors are locked before closing time, one time 15 minutes early one time 10 minutes early. When I called to ask, the manager was very rude and said well you could come through the drive through. Very unhappy that I drove all the way there just for the employees to be lazy and have the doors locked. 10 minutes is plenty of time to make a box of 12 donuts.

Was thoughtful of Krispy Kreme to give out free donuts to healthcare workers on Mondays, we thank you. Today free donuts for heath care workers in which I did show my badge. Because I am not a doctor nor a nurse, the two older ladies at the register refused to honor what the news and website advertised, shame on you! Keep in mind, doctors and nurses are not the only ones that run a hospital. Be nice and God Bless!

Terrible ran out of all creme filled doughnuts

Krispy Keene is a welcome change to albuquerque/Rio Rancho area. I like their donuts but I can only handle one or two with coffee because theyre so sweet.

The people here do not understand ethics they forced a PREGNANT WOMAN WORK she was lifting boxes that where too heavy the employee are overwhelmed with work tell Krispy Kreme to look at their work practices

Went to this location last night at 7pm, they close at 9pm, they had 2 donuts available for purchase. They were making fresh batches at the time and had many many racks of donuts in front of us but would only sell us 2 that had been sitting in the case all day. I spoke to the manager who refused to sell anything but those two. They have lost my business, Dunkin donuts are better anyway.

I love Krispy Kreme but this location is the worst Ive ever been to. Ive gone four different times and one time they were closed in the middle of the day the other three times they only had original glazed and said they werent making any more for the day. Sorry Krispy Kreme but Ill never go back to this location its a bummer because its the only one in the area Ive had to switch to DD

We called Saturday morning before mothers day to order a dozen donuts delivered as a mothers day present since we live out of town. They took all the information, address, credit card number, e-mail address, etc. After the time the store closed they sent an e-mail that they had cancelled our order. We called several times but no one at the store answers. We then called corporate headquarters. They dont answer their phone either. Next time we will use Dunkin Donuts.

Came through the drive through to order a dozen doughnuts for my co-workers. Horrible experience! The doughnuts were stale and the filled doughnuts I ordered had the hole for the filling but no filling whatsoever. Don’t waste your time here, hit up Factory Glazed, Rise and Roast or Rebel Doughnut for a far superior breakfast.

This location has a great team of employees, their manager was very competent, respectful, very friendly and had the best smile, and took take to listen to me complain, great customer service made up for the long wait definitely will keep coming back!!!!

This location makes me sad. They’re friendly enough (mostly), but never have hot donuts during peak times (Saturday mornings), and I don’t know... we’re from Texas, and back home, every location passes out a free sample hot donut, because they always have a steady stream going at all times.Krispy Kreme is about hospitality and hot donuts... neither of the two ABQ locations have either.

Online ordering did not work, could not go in lobby to pick-up, either. Drive through was super backed up. And worst of all, NO MORE LEMON FILLED....NOOOOOO!

Come here at least once a week and they are always out of something. Last week it was large cups, week before it was whipped cream, this week it’s Latte mix. How can you be so unprepared so often.

Customer Service is Excellent!Having the doughnuts I want is hit or miss. I have had a couple of issues getting the correct doughnuts, but the service with a smile makes up for it. They apologized today and gave me a free doughnut and coffee. The management has hired or trained considerate employees which shows the management has a certain level of competence in what they are doing.

Great donuts for a sweet tooth. Remember that when you order frosted donuts that they are actually a frosted layer on top of the glazed frosting. Might be really sweet for some people. The cake donuts are amazing.
