The service: It was great; no complaints! It was an all around delightful experience. Thank you. 🙂The food: The fact that everything is Gluten Free really took the guess work out of what I could have and allowed me to focus on what I wanted. I haven’t been able to do that in a while, so this in particular made my heart sing. I had a blueberry muffin and honestly, couldn’t tell it was gluten free… Yes, it was that good!The coffee: The measure of a good coffee place is how well they can make something like a basic latte. It’s easy to hid sin beneath a mountain of sugar. The milk was steamed with care as to release its natural sweetness and was a beautiful accent to the flavor of the espresso. It was magic. 🤓

Lackluster street view but cute inside. Couldn’t tell the difference between regular latte and the Apple Caramel Latte, both over $4. Delicious Egg Bites, had 2 of the jalapeño and Turkey sausage bites warmed up. Cranberry scone was not dry and pleasant cranberry flavor. A few tables placed on the wide sidewalk in front of shop. Not crowded inside with most people making to-go orders.

I love their coffee the coffee they roast and the coffee they have I got a simple pour over and it was great! They are always very nice and helpful🙂

Great coffee (unique flavors) milky way, hubby says delish. My Chai Tea Latte with Soy was great too. Small muffin size frittata was tasty. Did it have cream or whole milk in it? Lovely mid morning on the sidewalk outside. Definitely would go again.

Cool vibe shop however prices are pretty outrageous for what you get. Coffee is tasty and staff is great. Little vanilla bean coffee with espresso shot will run you around 7$. Support local but prices are big deterrent.

Place is located next the the Sprouts but dont miss this place if you love coffee. They have some excellent coffee with some great staff. Drinks took a little while to come out but were awesome. Place was comfy with a mix of cafe height and normal height chairs and lounge chairs. Good light coming into the space with a nice clean modern feel. Highly recommended.

My grand daughter and I decided to go to Whispering Bean Coffee Roasters instead of Starbucks. We were very pleasently surprised. The frapps we got were delicious and the crew was quick, efficient and very nice. And the price was a bit less than Starbucks. We will go back.

We were on the road and in need of GOOD coffee, and this little gem was nearby. The very first thing we noticed when we entered was the attitude of both of the employees. One was dealing with an elderly lady very patiently and respectfully, the other called out to a customer by name and asked if they wanted their usual. That struck me as unusual, both employees were happy and respectful. My wife ordered a Lavender Coffee, while I tried a nitro brew Chai. I personally wouldnt order it again, but next time Im in Albuquerque well deliberately come to that side of town for more ☕.

Excellent local coffee roaster. The shop front functions as a small coffee house that can craft the standard espresso drinks one might expect. There is usually a small menu of changing food items as well. I typically order a medium latte and have yet to be disappointed with that drink.

This was a great little spot for picking up some nitro cold brew and taking it easy on the outdoor seating for a few minutes. The folks that helped us out were very efficient in getting us our order AS we were ordering and the space itself was very clean and tidy. I recommend checking it out if you haven’t yet!

This is a great place to come. Im on Keto and they had stevia and slpenda and have unsweetened almond milk and butter for my coffee. The coffee was amazing and the even had some egg bites I could eat. Will definitely be coming back again! I Recommend everyone come and try this place out.

As a former Starbucks employee, you can imagine Im very picky about my coffee.. I know exactly how I want my caramel macchiatos, when a bad shot is pulled, and when the coffees gone bitter. Ive lived in multiple states from west coast to Gulf coast and havent found a coffee shop that Ill enjoy more than my go-to drink at Starbucks, until now. The whispering bean SERIOUSLY knows coffee and has amazingly mastered the art of making a tasteful drink. Every coffee shop I go to I always add 1-2 extra shots, and adjust the sweetness because the drinks are always too weak and too sweet. But here Ive never had to add an extra shot because theyve got a great espresso and know how to make a good strong bold and balanced shot. (& their iced small comes with 3 shots I believe vs starbucks that only has 1 for basically the same price) I do however get less sweetener in my drinks, but Im not too big on sugary things.Also! They are SO kind and loving and genuine. They play positive uplifting music in their store, and their values are good! My two toddlers go with me whenever I go, and each get an Honest Juice Box which is only around $.59! Try to find something to please a toddler at Starbucks for that cheap. Cause you wont:)Thank you Whispering Bean for making my coffee life a little brighter:) youve always got a loyal customer!!!

I heard about this coffee shop at the Chocolate and Coffee festival a few years ago and I am SO glad that I did!!The coffee, atmosphere and staff are always absolutely wonderful. Their selection of breakfasts treats are jaw dropping, all local and with many different options for people with dietary restrictions. I love this place!

Ordered a maple nitro brew and a cucumber rose lemonade today at the Whispering Bean coffee shop on Corrales Rd and Alameda, next to sprouts and wild birds unlimited.The maple nitro brew is awesome, I had a little cream added to mine which in my opinion added just a hint of sweetness to the coffee.The cucumber rose lemonade tasted extraordinary with its subtle but well-done hint of cucumber flavor sneaking in with the lemon in this refreshingly cool drink.The staff here were quick and knowledgeable about how to make these drinks, even as to go so far as to ask if the maple nitro brew wanted cream.All in all I would have to say that the experience was as awesome as the first time I came to this tucked-away coffee shop. A must, recommend, place for all you coffee drinkers out there.

Whispering Bean is an ideal of a small, independent coffee shop.They make a mean cappuccino with properly foamed milk (hard to find at chains), have a nice selection of seasonal specials, and get deliveries of mouth-watering Whos donuts! They also have solidly good breakfast burritos, not the best in the city, but superior to the mashed potatoes and manufactured eggs youd find at fast food chains.During the summer they have some outdoor seating, although its on a concrete walkway next to a large parking lot, so the ambience isnt amazing, though you can frequently spot balloons in the morning.Indoor seating is cozy and varied (sofa, tall chairs, bar) but limited, with only room for a dozen people or so. However, its rarely crowded, as many just get drinks to go, or if sticking around, head outside for company and conversation.Highly recommended to try out for friendly employees who know your name, along with excellent technical caffiene skills.
