The store only had one person working there and they did an awesome job with our orders for six people! I just want to say thank you to them because its a hard time right now and doing that was very nice of them! Also the order was pretty good I got the All fudge up it was with brownie bite and Cheesecake bite very good!

We went to icicles in hopes of finding a good place for sweet treats. Our expectations were pretty high. I will say that the ice cream tasted great and lived up to those expectations. We got the Oreo blast, nutella one, the fudged up and a vanilla shake that were very good. There was no wait when we went in but was starting to get busy as we left. The expectation of this place fell short because of the customer service. In this case I had wished I was able to pay after our treats were made. I tipped well and honestly felt like my $10 tip on the $35 purchase was not earned. It felt like theyd rather be anywhere else. We will definitely be finding somewhere else to try.

Its a little pricey, but definitely a great healthy dessert! Had never tried rolled ice cream until we came here, its very good! Loved the fact that we could put whatever fruit, our other toppings on it, which was included in the price! Well definitely be making another trip back there!

The ice cream is delicious. The kids love to watch the making of the icicles. Unfortunately they are always understaffed making it a long wait to place an order and then pickup the order. The pressure put on the employees might be why they are not very friendly.

This is the best ice cream in Albuquerque and ive been to several different shops. They could definitely use more employees because it seems like theres only ever 2 and its always busy when I go. I say definitely raise your wage and hire more people. I highly recommend this place for shakes, boba tea, or rolled ice cream!!

Gourmet ice cream with a weird after taste for 8$ I was in the mood to try some bougie ice cream so a friend and I went to this location with our toddlers. We both had 2 different flavors and felt a weird after taste similar to that of french fries cooked in old oil. We threw ours out and went to Dairy Queen to buy less bougie ice cream. This feels like an isolated incident because the employee was super sweet and it appears this place has a following, however we did not have a nice experience.

Who doesnt love fresh rolled ice cream! Sometimes there is only one person working so just remember be patient and dont go if your in a hurry! Perfect ice cream takes time😉My personal favorite is the bravocado Mmmmmm they also have all the toppings one could want but a roasted marshmallow makes me weak and always coming back for more!

The cheese cake bites tasted like freezer burn. The ice cream there tasted so bad we went to the dairy Queen right across the parking lot. Thats sad when I was hoping to have found a new place for my granddaughter and I to go to. Unfortunately it was our first time and last.

Took kiddo for a treat. Music was so loud the person in the back didnt see us & I had to get her. Instead of stopping right away to help us she finished her chore in the back, which was weird. Verrry slooow & we were the only ones in the shop. I think well stick to Menchies.

Delicious ice cream rolls and great customer service. $7.50 a cup but damn good cause u can choose as many toppings as u can fit. the crew is very good at following safe serve standards. Tho it was a little wait it wasnt as bad as I was expecting. We will return.

I recently discovered this treasure and visited on my birthday. They make the ice cream right in front of you, chopping your choice of ingredients into the freezing cream, then scraping it into rolls. Then you can add unlimited toppings to your freshly made ice cream. I had the banana & nutella, and my friend had avocado with blackberries; we were both delighted. The prices are very reasonable and they have nondairy options as well. We took it as carry out, and they also have delivery thru grub hub. Highly recommend for a unique and beautiful ice cream experience.

We went to one of Icicles locations that said it opened 1. But the sign said it opened at 2. We went to a different location at 2:45 ( which also was supposed to open at 2) but that was closed too. The door was locked though there were lights on and music playing inside. We knocked but no one answered. So 2 stars for the difficulties.

My 2 besties took me to Icicles for the first time and all I got to say is that the ice cream and the toppings are dope AF! The service is also very good. I highly recommend Icicles and I’ll definitely have to get rolled ice cream there again! :)

Im OBSESSED with icicles, I probably get the fruity pebbles cereal killer roll with white chocolate drizzle and fruity pebbles on top once a week. Sometimes two. I adore the keychains, I have 3 of each !🍨🍨

This is some of the best ice creams Ive had. I usually get the butterface which has a unique flavor. Fun experience for the kiddos. They have a lot of good flavors and toppings. Kinda pricey for ice cream, but it is really good, you can it is a quality product. We dont get it often but this is a go to place for my kids when they want a celebratory treat.

A really long wait but worth it

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. We had been wanting to try it for awhile. The guys working were rude and unprofessional, the ice cream is overpriced, over half the toppings were out of stock, and the ice cream is flat and flavorless. The rolling process is cool to watch but that’s it. This place is a waste of time and money.

Excellent ice cream and they really go all out on the toppings! The toasted marshmallow is literally a marshmallow on a pretzel sticks that they toast with a torch. Fantastic!

This place is so cool! They roll the ice cream right in front of you. There was a bit of a wait but it was only like 10 minutes and goes by fast if you watch them roll ice cream. The ice cream was delicious, they only have one size though and neither one of us was able to finish it. Next time we will definitely share.

I love this place, the ice cream is my favorite. I’m not impressed with the service though. I came on a Friday night after checking to make sure they closed at 11:00pm. When I came to the entrance the door was locked and all the chairs were up at 10:40pm. I work in the restaurant business so I understand coming in last minute but 20 minutes seems like a reasonable time and it was all locked and closed. I was just disappointed with the unprofessionalism.

Best ice cream in town! Best customer service ever, they really try to make you experience enjoyable and pleasant. The ice cream is so smooth and creamy. Not to mention super fresh toppings. I was a little bit disappointed they do not have the Honey Dew flavor at this location. That was my only complaint though. We tried the bravocado that was excellent. Also the its a Rasp with raspberry is very good.

The employees take pride in their jobs! They were extremely knowledgeable since it was our first time! They made us feel very welcome and the end product was just amazing! Even with the weather getting colder, we will be back for our treat in the best rolled ice cream place in town!

They have all kinds of different flavors and toppings (the Matcha Green tea is my favorite!) and the way its made is neat to watch. The staff is helpful and patient (a must have when youre letting people pick their own toppings and flavors) and the place itself is nice and clean. I would recommend Icicles to anyone who is in the mood for something sweet and cold.

The ice cream is excellent and its fun to watch. The only downside is there was no place to sit inside (raining outside) other than a bench. With seating I would give it 5 stars. Maybe even 6. :)

Oh goodness delicious ice cream! My favorite was the honey dew. It was so delicious and fresh. I wish they would keep that as an official flavor. I would be there all the time if they had it on the menu.

On our first trip to Icicles I was expecting a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised that it was short and sweet. The service was good and our ice-cream was also. Having said that, I dont think we will return anytime soon. The $7.50 per ice-cream price tag was a bit much. Granted, you get unlimited toppings for that price, but it still feels like a bit of a hit to your wallet. Again, the wait was short (Monday afternoon) and the ice-cream was good but overpriced.

Great ice cream! Employees were working hard and gave great service. Only waited for about 30 min total so not too bad considering the wait was over an hour opening week. Would only suggest some chairs or a bench inside while waiting to be called.

They were meticulous with our groups dairy allergies and had good procedures in place to prevent cross-contamination. Great flavors! More expensive than most ice cream shop, but included is getting to watch them make your ice cream frozen teppan-style and unlimited toppings. Be aware that the procedure for allergies takes extra time but is worth it for their thoroughness. Employees are all friendly and customer-oriented.

Took my daughter here for dessert on her Birthday. The wait was slightly outrageous, but the line grew even longer once we were inside. The ice cream, however, was amazing! I will certainly come back once the initial rush of the new business dies down; the product is excellent!

I loved the atmosphere of the shop and how it gave such a good vibe. Also very satisfying to watch the process of making the ice cream. But on top of that the ice cream, in my opinion is way better then Baskin Robbins. Also it may seem like a long line, but the workers move fast and you will get to order swiftly.

Music blaring, hard to focus. Not for small children or the elderly. Cashier was pushy and impatient. I understand a new job is scary, but you don’t have to be an ass. Limited flavors. Out of almost all toppings. Nowhere to sit except the cold outside. Just go to Coldstone or 31 flavors.

Diego and “Oz” (sorry I couldn’t spell his name) did an amazing job. They got slammed close to closing time and kept working hard. They smiled the whole way and were very polite. Some of the customers were impatient but they stayed professional and did their best. Very professional! Looking forward to coming back soon!

This place is really fun and the staff there was very friendly. However dont do like me and mistake it for Thai rolled ice cream, it is not. This is heavy and ultra sweet ice cream not the light wonderful Thai rolled ice cream. Still fun and yummy, just know what you are getting.

Place is still new, but the nice employees seem to have the techniques for creating the rolled up frozen treats down. Ours (Strawberry Fantasy and Berry Squad) were delicious. When first opened, the wait looked to be long, but we only waited a few minutes.

Icicles was a total surprise and exceeded any expectation we had. What makes this place different is how they make the ice cream. It is a MUST TRY.You order from a large menu of pre-perfected combo flavors. The pour un-frozen cream into a super-cold platter. Then they add the toppings to it. It looks like melted ice cream on a plate. But that’s when the fun begins.They mix and spread the concoction all over the plate. It begins to freeze. They keep mixing and spreading until it freezes into a thin layer.They scrape the ice cream into a roll (similar to how thinly prepared chocolate would be at a delicatessen). It’s delicious!One ice cream is plenty for two people, so take a date and share!

The ice cream is great!! The toppings and the rolls themselves are awesome! Though, I came on a Sunday afternoon and they were understaffed! I waited in line for about 40 minutes and just had to leave before I even got to the order counter.

Great service, delicious ice cream. I got the TEAsMe (matcha + Thai tea) and it was delightful. Not too sweet, even with a drizzle of condensed milk, and it stayed frozen to the end - no melted ice cream! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and it was clear they were following safety standards. I went on a Sunday night and it was fairly busy, but I got through the line and had ice cream in hand within 20 minutes. $7.50 for ice cream means I wont come here frequently, but for a special treat, its at the top of my list!
