Some of the sweetest staff Ive ever met. Give them all a raise! They deserve it! My only complaint was that I didnt get the chance to try every flavor they had ;) Pistachio with white chocolate was super good! Definitely also recommend taro and the pumpkin spice when in season. Very worth the price. And they dont skimp on the chamoy!

The fresas con crema is delicious!!! I like to add granola as well. The staff is so nice and friendly. Nice clean place. Definitely recommend if you are craving something sweet in this summertime.

I was blew away by this place. Nothing Ive seen like it in Las Vegas. Las Vegas Nevada that is. I am so use to Asian inspired desserts and this is a nice change. Locals had this place hopping. Dont sleep on this place! Enjoy.

Not anything line the real deal. I’ve traveled extensively in Mexico, Central, and South. America - I bought 1 doz assorted flavors in order to fairly assess….2 or 3 were average or better…the rest nor so much. There are better Paletas in Albuquerque!

New treat store gaining some clientele. Fresh cool drinks and pops. This isnt my favorite location but they are all just as good. Create your own treats with many goodies to choose from.

Amazing service and interesting setup.My first time here......You choose your paleta, then your toppings. I chose avocado (do not judge) with half dip dark chocolate,and pistachios. My friend chose coconut, full dip milk chocolate, and almonds.

It’s good! Any combination is going to be good. A little bit of a wait because they were busy and place but worth it. I didn’t like they charge full price for a cup of regular water.

Our first paleta experience was a great one! The staff explained everything to us and let us sample some of the bars. The bars were delicious, flavorful, and affordable. We will definitely be coming back!

Simply. Amazing. For chocolate lovers I would recommend cookies and cream or pistachio dipped in milk chocolate and covered with M&Ms. But this isnt just a place for chocolate lovers. Theres something for everyone. Paleta is spanish for popsicle, and you havent really lived until youve tried some authentic paletas. You can top off your entire creation with fruit if you wish, or eat a plain paleta if thats your jam. Whichever way you like it, you wont regret a trip to The Paleta Bar.

OMG LOVED THIS PLACE !!!! Would love one here in Atlanta. They had a watermelon juice that was soo good and the ice cream was awesome the different creations you could come up with is great. Just a little overwhelming at first but the second time we got the ordering down pat.

One of the best parts places Ive ever been to. Not only do they have a top notch selection of paleta flavors, but they also have dark and milk chocolate dip and let you do either half or full dip. These people take paletas to a whole new level with chopped fruit and even a whole paleta cup dessert. I even saw them make a smores paleta with a blow torch. Mind blown!! A must stop. I saw theyre opening a new location at the Coronado mall.

This place is so cool..staff is friendly and fast. The shop is very small so there really isnt much room to chillax. There is a variety of palates to choose from as well as dunking options. You can get any paleta dunked in milk chocolate, dark chocolate or white chocolate...but thats not all you van get the covered in nuts or other candy choices like M&Ms 👌 I asked the staff for a suggestion and they made me a strawberry paleta with tajin and chamoy sprinkled alk over it and sliced strawberries. Man was this awesome..so good! I recommend this too...so refreshing. I recommend you give this place a try for sure. They also sell agua fresca, beef jerky and other snacks. Enjoy!

Its clean and kid friendly. The way you get to see how you get your order prepared right in front of you . Thats a bubblegum paleta dipped in chocolate (they have, white, chocolate, dark chocolate) and added sprinkles and fruity pebbles !Stop by, youll love it .

Very cool idea for paletas. Pick a flavor (ask for a sample), choose a dip, and add a topping. They also offer paleta milkshakes and sundae type paletas. Many other snack options including Dorinachos and elotes. Easily can return a dozen times and never get the same thing. The place is very small and typically packed. Count on taking your items to go.

I normally get the horchata because its the BEST in town. Today I tried the sandia and it was delish!

This was our first time ever stopping at a paleta bar or even trying one. It was fantastic, like a Dilly bar and frozen yogurt shop rolled up into one. Worth stopping for one if you get the chance!

Paleta bars are all over Albuquerque but this place is one of my favorites! You can get any flavor of one of their paletas served smores style! They take you icecream of choice smother it with marshmallow fluff then torch it, cover it in gram crackers and drizzle your choice of chocolate on top! So yum! Also love their agua frescas. If you havent been here you need to, I highly doubt youll be disappointed. Everything tastes fresh and delicious!

I went to Paleta Bar for the first time and I was very impressed with the selections of paletas. As you can see, there are too many to choose from, which is a good thing haha. The server behind the counter was very helpful in providing information about the paletas.First I had to choose whether I wanted the paletas without or with milk. Then I chose the toppings. I asked the server which are her favorites and she recommends me a few. From the way she talked about the paletas, I could tell she loved and is knowledgeable about the products. For the flavor of the month, I believe its the lavender one, which I didnt try. I chose the strawberry con lechory -- strawberry with condense milk ice cream. Then I had to choose the toppings. I asked the server to prepare the paleta like the way she liked. Basically, she dipped the paleta into the chocolate one then covered it with chopped almond....yum!! I really enjoyed that.The place was emptied when I visited because the weather was dreary with rain and wind. Im sure this place is packed on regular warm days. I can see myself coming to cool off with paletas un the near future.

The Paleta Bar is one of our must stop places when we are in Albuquerque. They have so many varieties of ways to customize your favorite paleta. My absolute favorite is the avocado paleta half dipped in dark chocolate with either piñon or pistachios on top! They also have aguas frescas and fresh made carne seca, among other delicious treats. Not sure what you want? You’re in luck! They offer samples! And now have two locations in Albuquerque! This is a local business worth supporting!

Tried this place for the first time today and it didn’t disappoint. The staff was very friendly and the choices were great. My husband and I both enjoyed our paletas. His was the mango/strawberry dipped in white chocolate and sprinkles. Mine was the hazelnut dipped in dark chocolate and cookies. Will definitely be back.

It was our first time there, the staff was friendly and it looked and smelled like it was recently cleaned. Parking was cramp and I needed more space for pickups.

This place just has that amazing feel of so good and you can tell that they really love what they do. Every one Ive had is awesome. Monthly dips and chunks.... Just go.

Its been months since my visit but Im still raving about it. I decided that was absolutely justification for writing a positive review. My friend and I visited The Paleta Bar in the middle of the summer on an evening it was very busy. I never once felt rushed. They took their time explaining every detail, as it was our first time, and were sure to customize everything to our liking. After we paid, it was apparent that they had run out of open tables. My friend and I were fine to stand, but The Paleta Bar went out of their way to open up additional seating for us. They even checked on us about 30 minutes later and brought us up water. The customer service we received was absolutely spectacular. They went out of their way to make our experience memorable. Living out of state, I dont get to visit as often as I would like, but I make sure to stop by anytime Im in town. If you havent visited The Paleta Bar yet, YOU ARE MISSING OUT!!!!!

This is a great option for dessert! You pick a flavored frozen bar, chocolate dip, and topping to have the bar dipped in. The servers are exceptionally friendly and everything was clean earning a high recommendation.

Reasonable prices and they dont try to guilt you into a tip by asking if you would like to tip, even though this is one of the few places that the service is good enough to deserve it! Seating is pretty limited due to the small space, however. Paleta was delicious. Planning on going again.

It was ok. Very expensive!! 3 paletas covered in chocolate and dunked in a topping was $20. It was very busy and the girls were talking to each other and she asked me 3 x and I answered her but she was not paying attention. Till I told her HELLO can u pay attention.
