Had an amazing meal on our last day in Berlin. Had problems checking in whilst actually there as WiFi wouldnt work but too good an opportunity to miss recommending this venue!! Good food, great service and good value for money. Thanks guys 🙂

This place is incredible, I felt like I was in the USA. I am totally impressed by the interior design of this restaurant. The music was perfectly appropriate, the food was delicious and the portions were really big. I would recommend it to anyone who has an eye for aesthetics and loves a good American dinner

Dont order the ribs. Way too much fat, not enough meat. Spent way too much time avoiding all the chewy parts. The cocktails we ordered were poorly mixed.I asked for the bathroom and they said they didnt have one, but then saw other customers disappearing into the back, where I discovered that they did, in fact, have a bathroom.The food in this country is so bad, I was really hoping to have taste of home and just some genuinely decent food, but I spent €18 just to be disappointed. Eat in literally any other country.

Great vibe and location, was here to watch the EURO2020 and the waitresses were really friendly! Prices are affordable as well.
One of the best American diners in whole Germany with awesome burgers and shakes. The inside is very authentic, gotta check it out, if you should come around.

A 50s themed American restaurant. It has a wonderful atmosphere with lots of seating arrangements, toilets, televisions for soccer and outdoor seating in the summer. The lighting is comfortable with neat framed photos and art on the walls. The staff are friendly and helpful, and when we came we got our seats immediately. All together food and drinks were served fast and were delicious. The only sad thing is that they dont serve rootbeer but for that they have milkshakes. The seats are mostly booth like and are hella comfortable. I highly recommend for the burgers and enjoyable setting!

Absolutely LOVED this place! The food was delicious & the service was amazing! The amount of food you get for the low price & 50s music are just a few of the great things about this establishment. Throw in a uniquely decorated and designed bathroom as well as authentic 1950s booths you’ve got it all! WILL ABSOLUTELY RETURN!!!

Thats a great place to get your American food fix! You can find some Super nice burgers, fresh and crispy fries, and amazing sweet milkshakes there. Waiters are friendly, and you can pay by card. Loves the place and will come again 100%.

Really good burgers! I recommend for lunch time with kids since its usually not crowded. It has a nice place outside with shadow to sit. During week they have lunch menu with cheaper meals.

Have been going here with friends for many years now. Im sticking to my summary: large sizes for ok-ish prices. Ive made good experiences with their burgers and chicken wings. This time I tried a steak, which was not quite for my taste: great BBQ aroma from outside seating, but because the steak was too flat, it wasnt medium as I like it. Will return, but not for steak
Staff were friendly, service was fast, food was horrific.We went in based on the volume of good reviews we came across. Surely it has to be good food?? It was not!!!Service was great, nice and quick, but when the food arrived we could tell why it was so fast.We both got the onion cheeseburger (ordered well done). The chips looked and tasted like they were fried 3 times over. The grease from the chips left a layer of oil on each of our plates, but we ate the majority of them anyway as we were starving. The burger came out near rare. Again we were starving so decided to try it anyway. We should have just sent it back and left. Aside from the burger being rare they left a film of grease on our lips.It was not a pleasant sight to see on your plate or to taste.The staff tried to rectify the issue by offering us something for free as she could see there was only a few bites taken out of both meals, and how rare they looked.I would avoid this place at all costs, its a shame because its quiet a big place and has good potential.

Nice big place near hotel Abba. 2 floors, upstairs smoking area, surprising this is still possible. Nacho chicken cheese was already a big meal. Good service, reasonably price. Sure I can recommend. I took no burger, but plenty of choice.

Interior design and atmosphere was ok.Nothing to complain about the service other than we got a water instead of an ordered Sprite. But they were friendly, fast and very helpful.The Burger with fries was good and medium, how a good Burger should be.But do not, I repeat DO NOT order the T-Bone steak, the quality of the meat was horrible. The steak was medium and nothing to complain there, but the quality of the meat wasnt right.2 out of 5 possible old sad cows.
Totally a diner to recommend. Ordered the ribs, Texas pasta and the burger. Tasted really great! Service from the waiters are also wonderful!
Tasty breakfast for pretty cheap. 7ish € for a good size breakfast. For an extra 2.20€ you can get free coffee refills. Not common in Berlin.
The burgers are really good with home made French fries. Service was good and attentive. The restaurant deco itself is a true American diner!

Had great expectations arriving here however when we ordered a jug of pilsner, it arrived flat and with a gone off sour taste. We highlighted this with our server and she did not believe that the beer was bad as it came from the tap.We asked for a replacement beer which was only marginally better.The food was perfect though. So if youre planning on going here, drink bottled beer and youll be fine!

Id love to rate this place even higher but everytime weve gone the service has just been soooo slow. I dont even think its the servers fault, whove always been friendly. The place always looks so understaffed. Its a large restaurant but theres often only 1 or 2 servers. Note to management, please hire more servers. It creates poor service for the customers and I feel bad for the waitresses running around to so many tables.However the positives! Its a great neighborhood spot with a big patio, large TV screens to watch sports, and a fun interior. The food is pretty good as well and decently priced.

A review for wheelchair users especially:Firstly, before I even went there, I made sure they had a 1.disabled entrance 2. a disabled toilet. They say they do, not only on their google listing, but on their website. They dont. When you enter the diner, you are greeted by miserable staff and a giant step that then leads to the said disabled toilet.They wanted me to stay on the level by the door, where there were a few booths just to avoid having to help me down Id say a 1 foot step, but then how would I get to the loo my darling? Since it is down the step? None of this design makes any sense, and as it was Valentines day, and I was already on a date with a man who turned out to not even like women, it would have been nice, if they were!Then for the rest of the world who cares, the food is horrible. Just horrible. So horrible, just go to hard rock cafe if you want a decent anything. Similar menu, but not a diner menu. The pasta was cold, and had sauce out of a jar, that wasnt even warmed up. Then the mozzarella sticks, I have pictures of the mozzarella sticking up so hard (and that was the only thing that did that evening) because they didnt bother to cook them. Its really easy to make pre-prepared food for a deep fat fryer. You just get the timing right, so that the food is cooked when it comes out, but nope, they couldnt manage it. My new super duper happy acquaintance, was not so happy with the fries he ordered (he was also hoping I would pay for everything, so in case I didnt, he got the cheapest thing on the menu ahhhhhh Valentines Day), and youd think they could get a couple of fizzy drinks right? Nope. Watered down with ice, no bottle, just out of a fountain or a giant flat bottle in the fridge.I actually was excited for this date, to go to this place that came highly recommended by a man who used to work there. But he didnt mention it was back in the 1990s!! Clearly, they have changed owners since then. It is such a great idea. The whole, Lets step back into the 1950s, but my God, this is not an example of a proper diner, let alone getting this idea remotely correct. I have been to better places in Latvia!So to summarise-- no wheelchair access in or out of the building, and technically there is a wheelchair toilet, but it is covered by a table with drunks who complain when they have to move, with the waiter saying he is sorry......TO THEM! And most importantly for everyone reading, the food is atrocious. My comments about the horrible date, well are true, but not relevant, except since he is the one who recommended it saying he used to roller skate there (should have been a clue) back in the day, I thought I just had to mention him.

I came back here after long time and half of the menu changed. Most of my favorite are gone and the rest is up to double the price. It looks like its now run by Turkish as also the menu moved to more to chicken and there are no longer pork ribs but veil ribs. But burgers looks good
I arrived with my friend at 2 pm and the restaurant was pretty empty and a part of the restaurant was closed. After ordering 2 beers and 2 hamburgers we waited half an hour and asked then for the beer that hadnt come yet. After asking a few times for our burgers they came after 1 hour and a half. Nobody cared about the costumers who where waiting for a while.Burger and chips were okay but service and waiting time a catastrophe

Great place to watch sports, specially, of course, Fußballänderspiele. Big, high quality TV screens, outdoor and at the bar. At a warm summer night probably one of the best sports bars in Berlin.

This place was awesome! Usually when you find an American diner in a foreign country, its more a novelty with mediocre food. This place has absolutely fantastic food and I was thoroughly impressed.
Amazing atmosphere and tasty food! The local was quiet and almost empty and we had it all to ourselves and it was great, the food is really good so youre looking for burgers and chips in a 60ies ambient this is the place to go!!

Slow service, and no pancakes 😞 The breakfast options are very limited for a place that calls itself an American Diner. I didnt try the hamburguers and other options of the menu. The coffee was good.

I got to Route 66 at 1715. the place is empty. we are 7. my wife, my 5 sons and myself. we asked for a place to be together. I repeat the place is empty. the waiter says that everything is booked. ok, fine. I will never come again here. simply, a piece of suit.
The bar is great!! The ambient is amazing, the food is good! The staff member at our table, the worst costumer service of my life. We arrived, and my table didnt know what to order so I ask for a beer. She brought me the beer and we wanted to order something small before order dinner, because we were watching the finals of the champions league there. She said: 1. No. You cant order in parts. You have to order now or dont. This is not the Berlin way of doing things. You are not nice, that is not nice ( phrase that she repeated 7 times).... so we order everything. 2. She brought the plates except one, we order ribs so I ask her if she could please bring us a knife. The missing plate took 35 min to arrive to our dinner table. 3. The knife never came, my husband had to stand up and bring it. 4. She brought the bill, with plates we had not order, extra coca cola and it was missing beers. So I explain to her what we had order, for what she said Ok I only take the plate out. I didnt understand the logic, but the beers were the same cost as the extra coca cola so I left it like that. 5. I made a mistake with the caculation of what I had to pay, I was paying less that what I should, so before she gave me return money I told her, sorry just give me 8 euros back instead of 18 because I made a mistake in the calculations, she turn her eyes at me as annoyed, behavior I found funny while I was trying to pay the right amount. I would give the place another chance because it was actually good despite the costumer service.
Great place, really tasty burger and fries (better than I expected). Try also the milkshake! Toilets could have been cleaner, though (it was disgusting its smell, maybe the only reasom for not being a 5 stars review).

Huge portions. Burgers are ok. This place is more quantity than quality. Soft drinks lack fizz. Sunday brunches are pretty cool. Although again, quantity over quality.
