This place is awesome! I went in just to browse and everyone was so nice and helpful. I’m just starting to look at new drivers and one of the guys there (they were twins working - sorry I didn’t get y’all’s name) offered to let me hit a couple just to get a feel. He wasn’t pushy at all and gave me honest answers on what I should be looking for in my next purchase. I ended up leaving with a new golf bag and some small stuff and I fully intend on buying a new driver from here when I’ve made my decision. 100% recommend this place!!!!

New golfer here. Went in on a Saturday at 10am. There were numerous workers available to help, and not one seemed eager to assist us. Finally someone came over to ask if we had any questions. We almost felt like they preferred that we already knew about the game, rather than have to explain things. Had much better luck at Bullseye Golf Center.

Brandon and Jordan took really good care of me while re-gripping my clubs! This place is professional and top knotch in my book! 5stars

No expirence yet with the golf club/etc fitting and other services but customer service is on point!Note: No other experience is the reason for 4 stars. Nothing wrong, but will update in the future if used more service

I went to golf mart this morning and Jordan helped me out big time!!!! He spent time with me hitting multiple drivers and shafts to find the best fit. Awesome service!!!! Like that I can return within 90 days and get a new club if this doesnt work for me. Even if I dont like the driver I bought they will replace it within 90 days....only downfall is that they advertise as a discount golf store but their prices on high end clubs was about equal to anywhere else....so not really discount. Go to another store where you can hit clubs with no guarantee or go to golf mart....your choice. I am going to golf mart

Brandon and the staff here are the most friendly and knowledgeable golf team I have ever experienced. Custom orders are a breeze and arrive quickly. The best care is taken in the fittings as well as the service they provide. Got me sorted with new clubs, fitted, gripped and out the door in less than 2 hours for a full new TaylorMade set of SIM irons and driver. Ordered a Tour Staff bag and it was delivered within a few days. IF you golf, THIS is the only place in ABQ you need to visit before hitting the links.

Horrible attitude by sales “men” and flat out rude people work at this store. Plenty of golf shops in Albuquerque with better prices and more knowledgeable workers. I suggest not buying a bag of tees from these folks after how they treated us

CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL EXISTS!! i walked in and was greeted right away i was helped a a gentleman named Jordan who was very knowledgeable about everything and very patient and helpful with me. i am not that great of a golfer but he spent his time and even gave me some useful tips that helped. i ultimately ended up purchasing a full set putter and driver and woods and will be coming back for sure! John the manager was awesome as well. a very welcoming place. will be coming back! GREAT STAFF!!!JORDAN AND JOHN 5 STARS!!!

Great staff. They are helpful and knowledgeable. Its the only place I go if I need anything done to my equipment.

I brought in a defective golf glove and the person at the counter said that I would have to come back tomorrow when the manager was there to get any kind of solution I told him I live far away and wasn’t going to drive back I finally convinced him to try to help me and then it took him a half hour to look up my receipt even though I have spent probably $3000 there over the last five years and it was a long process and I don’t know that I’ll ever go back there. Horrible way to treat loyal customers. I had to defend myself that it was a valid purchase.

Awesome experience! Went to buy a used driver, figured I couldnt get fitted. Wrong. Swing tests are free, even if buying used. Worked with Gitan (sorry if spelled wrong): he is the man. Worked with me for one hour, got a golf lesson on top of a great new driver, and he didnt sell me the most expensive thing. Far from it: found something cheap enough for a poor schoolteacher like me, but really great value, a very good club for my needs. Plus 90 days free return, encouraged me to come back and test again as I make changes to my swing. A+++ Go to Golf Mart, you wont get this service at the other used golf stores, trust me.

While they had a good selection of clubs, both new and used, the employees were what hurt this rating. Everything I did I felt as though I was inconveniencing them. From the practice area to the register.

The amazing staff at GOLFMART went well out of their way to help me find the right shoes and then order them for me. Daniel called me twice to update me on the order and the staff was so accommodating it made me feel like I was buying a $50,000 car not a $100 pair of shoes. Customer service in retail is quickly becoming a thing of the past, but the staff at GOLFMART still knows what it means.

Today....Was about to drop 1500 bucks on entire set of Ping g series clubs. I knew what I wanted. But instead of inquiring if i needed help people just watched me as if i were about to steal something.....going to the next golf shop to see how it goes.

I am on a short notice trip to duke city and with aging grips on my Mizzys I decided to stop into bullseye golf and was poorly treated. Upon the decision to not give them my business I went over to the golf mart. They have been hit and miss with me the couple of times I’ve been; yet the past five times I’ve been and in this emergency scenario I couldn’t ask for better service. They were quick, attentive, and went out of their way to get my clubs regripped. I will be back.

Very typical golf store the team members service doesnt equal there golf game Im sure. Same service as most pro shops at our local courses. Grupie environment and we wonder why golf as a sport is not growing. Better service at Dions or Chic Fil A. One star for selection the other for clothing.

Ive had nothing but good experiences any time Ive shopped for my golfing needs here. Theyve price matched for me to some online stores to make a sale and have even thrown some freebies my way.Ive also taken a few lessons here with nothing but results on the course. I highly recommend this store. They might be small but they have just about anything youll need here.

Apparently today wasnt Joshs day, he was rude and very unpleasant. When we asked a question he was very short and lacked interest in the customer. When we tried again he simply quipped another rude remark. Perhaps we will try another day, and hopefully Josh will be in a better mood.

I will never go back. Customer service is nonexistent. I had my irons regripped. The guy broke my shaft-most likely an accident, I never thought or inferred it was intentional. I went in two days later when I discovered it, never expected to have an issue. The guy at the counter, Jordan, was very, very disrespectful. He insinuated that I broke the shaft, he told me he had a roommate once who slammed his club into his bag and broke the shaft.It was very upsetting. I will never go back.I will go down the street on Wioming boulevard a couple of miles to Bulleseye Golf-very customer oriented, local owners. Golf Mart made me really appreciate Bullseye.I am in two golf groups-told a few of my friends who also have shared about their bad experience since Golf Mart’s new management.

Unfortunately, I am always disappointed with the friendliness of this store. Have been in numerous times and experience a staff that seems totally unaware of me. This last trip in, I spent about 20 minutes browsing through the store and was never acknowledged by an employee. A couple of times employees avoided eye contact or went out of their way to go down an aisle farther over to avoid having to talk to me. It is so sad that for such a well stocked store, the employees are so unfriendly. I personally will not go into this store after so many disappointments with staff unless I receive a gift certificate which was the case on this day. The feeling is that the staff really wished you just werent there.On a positive note the instructor is excellent and I do enjoy the indoor instruction area. So that is where I will spend gift certificates.
