Don’t come this place waste time they not care about you never come back

Parked on street walked to door 26, got door immediately, even unloaded within 3 hours. Lumpers, left my load locks in pieces, when I pulled away from the door they fell in 4 pieces to the ground. To top it all off, they dont take EFS, or COM checks, had to pay with my personal debit.All in all, not the worst Sysco Ive delivered to.

Been in line freezing for 30 minutes. Theyve checked in 2 trucksRidiculous

#1 - Park out on the street. Walk the 1/4 mile to door 26 to check in.#2 - Dont be late to the window after the hike. Watched another driver get charged $100 for being at the window 5 minutes past his appt time.#3 - No.... They will not put you in a door early. You will sit out on the street until your exact appt. time.#4 - Lumping payments are credit card or express codes. NO CASH. NO PHYSICAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. (no comdata, efs..etc)#5 - No matter 3 pallets or 33 pallets, you will not be released within the contracted 2 hour time frame. Bring food/water. Youre gonna be here a bit.#6 - No driver restrooms available. (time to blacklist this place)#7 - Yes... Management knows the window clerk is rude, vindictive, wastes drivers time on purpose, is unhelpful with information, withholds information, and they dont care. Shes still there holding the chair down.Pro Tip: If you just accepted a load to deliver here... Give it back to the broker. It isnt worth the $3/mi.Good Luck.

Impossible to do business with

I arrived here at 0600 and didn’t get out the door until 1130. All I had was only 3 pallets in my trailer. It is a tight spot facility so these place is made to GOAL ( Get Out And Look). They also don’t take Comdata checks so don’t even thinking on paying with one. It is on sight parking here but don’t clog up the facility with outrages parking truckers.Mr. Semi Mike G signing out

3 stars because the B**ch checking you out with your bills. She said my com check was invalid which It was NOT so I called the check in front of her on speaker phone so she could hear. I punched in the check number bomb $184 magically appeared when I called then the operator reads off the authorization number so I write it down. She throws a fit saying I just magically activated it.. she clearly doesnt know how com checks work and got butt hurt when I proved her wrong. Rude skank. Besides her everyone else in the warehouse is chill.

Directions Trucks. Use 602 Carmony Road NE for Semi entrace. Pack on the Street. Walk to check in about 100-150 feet. Google Maps OK. 602 Comanche ROad NE will place you on the Office side for No trucks. Average receiver. Truckers its easieir backing Jack-knifing with your TR Tandems back all the way to avoid accidents.
