Visited for the first time in a trip from El Paso. Great selection and prices on reloading supplies. As the person who waited on me said when I commented they weren’t gouging prices” we would rather keep our customers instead of raising prices” Hats off to them! Had a muzzle brake put on my over 40 year old 30-06. Craftsmanship is great; rifle looks amazing. Also used them for a recent firearm transfer; quick and easy. I’ll be a repeat customer and recommend them to all my friends

Overpriced on weapons. I saw some of the same guns $300 cheaper at Cabelas. I used to come and shop here when I was young, but it has changed for the worse on prices. Staff however are great and willing to help anyway they can.Response to owner: $300 difference on guns but you price match? So for the ones that dont ask you take the $300 profit? Very professional of a business.

Los Ranchos gun shop is a hidden gem. Their inventory is consistently refreshed and the staff pay attention and care about getting you what you need- and don’t have any desire to push what you don’t. Their prices are good and the staff is knowledgeable, and the shop is always buzzing with customers- a good indication of a great store.

The Los Ranchos Gun Shop is often busy, so you shouldnt expect a quick transaction. They dont generally have any one particular employee assigned at the register, so there is a lot of waiting around until someone notices you standing there. That is the reason for the 4 stars. Other than that they are helpfuland attentive when asked questions and they dont treat you dumb for having a question either. I have utilized their services mostly for transfers but am pleased with their professionalism they display.

I highly recommend the Team at LRGS extremely knowledgeable. Took the time to explain the operation of weapon accessories. They even went as far as testing and demonstrating differences. I purchased my 1st gun there, certainly not the last.

One the best selections and variety of in stock firearms in Albuquerque. Awesome service. Knew what I wanted. Asked about it, filed paperwork, was done in 15 minutes. There wasn’t any biased on this or that, they didn’t try to convince me otherwise. It’s not rental cops working there. Just a great place. They can answer questions but let you buy what you want and get on with the day. Great job los ranchos.

The person who helped me took his time, answered my question, clarified some things for me and got my pre-approval through quickly. Prices were pretty outrageous thought, $100 more than Amazon for a Venom sight, and he tried to sell me a couple accessories that werent right for the piece I bought..

I’ve dealt with quite a few gun shops, yet this one stands out as the leader in Los Ranchos as well as Albuquerque. They’re knowledgeable, efficient and courteous, they’re my kind of everyday folks. They don’t try to make you look like you are uneducated when you ask basic questions, nor like others when (they clearly know more…as it’s their industry and not mine) they explain things to you; they don’t talk down to you like our current Governor, MLG, does - but, I digress. These guys are passionate about guns, and practice what they preach, and I’d never go anywhere else.

First of all as a small business owner I try my best to shop local. I tried all the big companies but they just don’t care about customer service and really finding the customers right fit. I always end up coming back to Los Ranchos whether it be for pistols, rounds, scopes, and files and lots of accessories. I just picked up the sweetest lightest hunting rifle yesterday and it’s the perfect fit!

Ive always had good experience with los ranchos. Also 2020 showed us who is willing to rip off customers just to make a quick buck, los ranchos stayed true to their values and did what they could to take care of their customers. This shop has always been high on my list of go tos but now its THE go to shop for me.
