Omni Arms is SO fantastic - it is the only place my husband and I will be going from now on. As a female shopping for a firearm I was not intimidated, or condescended to at all. They made sure that I left with exactly what I was looking for, that fit me personally and with some tips/suggestions as well. I wasnt rushed and was able to take my time to make sure I found something that really suited me and my needs. SUPER HAPPY

I dont know how they do it, but Omni Arms almost always has exactly what Im looking for when I drop in! The folks there are knowledgeable, friendly, and know what theyre doing. Omni Arms has a wide selection of quality firearms in stock and I appreciate that they never tried to gouge anyone during the Great Ammo Shortage. Be sure to get on their email list! They will let you know when new ammo or new guns arrive and will notify you of sales.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on the firearms. I had no problems and issues on finding what I needed. Also, the pricing on the products were pretty reasonable from other places that I have looked into. I definitely would recommend this place whether you know what you’re looking for or if it is your first time making a purchase.

Omni is an amazing place & gracious FFL, where you can still walk in and get articulate, friendly, working knowledge face to face regarding your builds or just any concern about something like an ammo choice. They actually have product in stock! Things like a new extractor spring, subsonic ammo, built for sale PCC uppers and new gen Glocks. And everything including the tools and know how to help you when you simply need to talk out an engineering problem your having trouble with. They are friendly and competent. You simply cannot get the type of sophisticated knowledge and hardware from a gun website that you would get from walking in and talking to professional at omni.

I went in to buy a HellCat 9 Mill & I came out with one.. They were super knowledgeable in all my questions.. Very nice people to deal with… Great prices too, I also picked up a holster. They explained everything to me about the holster.. I will only buy from them from now on!

Firearm purchase was straight forward. Clerks were friendly and respectful. The background check took 30 minutes, even with my UPIN. But its expected due to the volume of gun buyers and the fact that I have a common name. Meanwhile, I got to check out other firearms and talked shop for a while. Pleasant experience.

Will never use as an FFL dealer again. Bigger redheaded guy with a beard is rude just stares at you. Sat for 30 minutes while the lady in the front helped other people that walked in after me. Guy who helped was not bad very helpful. All in all worst experience and they are fascist towards Hispanics.

Bought a couple firearms from them and lots off ammo lol. Today I called about selling or trading in my AR, they werent able to help me but the guy I spoke to was able to refer me to place I could go. He didnt have to do that but that is what makes great customer service.

Got my first Handgun here and it was a cool experience. i wasnt trying to spend more then 400 max and the one fella showed me a Tauras G3C. I appreciated his honesty about a gun i asked about before hand. They were able to help me out. Store was nice inside. I actually felt like i was in a gunstore and not a pawnshop. lol. anyways check them out. I dont see how people are complaining about how prices. I have been to many gun stores and this one was the only shop i saw with reasonable prices.

Last time I will ever stop by this place. One of the workers was sweeping around the store with a rifle. Then when I was about to purchase a firearm another worker kicked over a stool and was having a fit about how he was being treated in the workplace. I even question whether that person should even own a firearm. Horrible experience.

Husband stopped by and talked to Alex as well along with Lee they both were professional he said and knew their stuff. Highly recommend purchase from this local facility. The two guns that we were interested in were sold out. These guys are working hard to get in stock. Also, these guys are taking major health measures so have patience people because they are doing what they can and doing what is ordered.

I have been to many shops in town and this is my go to place. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. They are not out just to make the sale for the sake of the sale. They actually care about what is right for the customer. They do leave the choice for you to make without any pressure from the sale staff. I would definitely recommend them.

Every time we have tried giving this shop our business they disappoint us with poor customer service. This shop must have a niche in the end-all, be-all ego sector because that is the vibe they put out every time we have visited. During this time of crisis we attempted shopping their and asking simple advice and were met with insulting overtones by the salesman and manager.There are so many friendly shops in town who will take time to educate and inform as to the customers tailored needs.

NEVER GO HERE! They are unprofessional and very judgmental! My husband was looking to purchase his first gun and we needed some help deciding. We went in there with the intentions to purchase a gun and left never wanting to go back. We are young but we have a family to protect and would like to not be judged for that. I will never recommend them to any one. Horrible customer service. They acted like we had not business being in there when everyone’s gotta purchase their first gun at some point. To the workers in this store don’t judge a book by its cover.

Great shop. Great selection and service. Very friendly. Had the exact handgun I wanted. Unfortunately it was $50 more than I could get it elsewhere in town or online and they were unwilling to negotiate at all on the price. I would have loved to have made the purchase from there and kept my business local but they wouldnt even entertain any reduction in price.

Very knowledgeable, very friendly, not pushy at all. I didnt make a purchase, but I did check some prices, and these guys are definitely in line with what Im seeing in other places. Happily referred me to another store to find what I was looking for, and were still willing to spend time to answer my questions. No question was too dumb and all got clear, straight answers with no ego.

Was looking to purchase a Glock 48 this past weekend, went to several shops in town. Found one shop in town that had a wonderful sale price on the 48 but unfortunately they had a waiting list and most other stores sold out. So i was hoping when i went to Omni Arms they would have one. To my joy they did have a few, but the joy was short lived. When i asked about the price it was much more then the other shop/shops in town. I did mention the sale price that the other LOCAL SHOP had on the 48. I was kind of set back by the response i got back from the sales associate. He replied MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE JUST BOUGHT IT FROM THEM...... and would not negotiate on the price at all. I really didnt want to go on a waiting list at the other shop, so i was hoping that Omni Arms would work with me. I would suggest shopping other local shops in town. Other shops have much more reasonable pricing and without the rude remarks.
