Stopped by after doing some shopping with my wife. Not really very crowded, but they were very slow. We waited patiently, assuming they were short-handed like so many other businesses. Then we noticed that the young man working as the cashier was not doing anything, while the other 2 employees were busting to get the orders out. He never made any attempt to help them and move the line along. He then looked at us and asked if we had a mask. My mask was in my pocket, as I had forgotten to put it on when we entered. I proceeded to put the mask on, and while I was adjusting it, he very rudely told me to pull the mask up higher over my nose than it was while I was putting it on. We left and will never return again. This kid with his bad attitude needs to be fired!

Nice location/atmosphere and great food glad to see some dairy queens still left in the northeast heights there arent as many of them nowadays so might as well take advantage

They wouldnt serve me and I was treated like an animal because I didnt have a mask. The manager was unreasonably rude. A kind customer offered to order for me and they turned him down also, they made it personal when it didnt have to be. Dont give your money to these sheep.

I was not very pleased with my visit at this location. My coworkers and I decided to to go to this Orange Julius/Dairy Queen and get a cold Orange Julius as it has been a while. So we went in and were going to order 3 of them while I went to the restroom. The machine was down so no luck there and once I came out the lady at the register who had no one in line and was doing absolutely nothing proceeds to tell me Im not to use the bathroom because I didnt order anything and mentioned something about public ordinance. I wanted a large OJ but your machine was down and also my coworkers ordered food so why would you feel the need to tell us workers we cant use the restroom when no one else is in the store?. Most of the Dairy Queen menu also was not available. I feel this lady didnt not have enough to do and needs more training in common courtesy. If your machine was working I would have enjoyed a large Orange Julius however I will not be making this location my stop for lunch or after work fast food and I wont recommend it to my coworkers either. After the visit my friend got really nauseous, he said he had the Moolate and pretzel sticks. Maybe I ended up being the lucky one. I posted pics of the discarded pretzel sticks for you to examine.

You cant beat a DQ soft serve on a hot summer evening. Take it in a cone or a cup.

They chastised my friends and me for not calling ahead and ordering before we came. I would think they wouldnt care. Money is money. Lame. I cant believe they would treat paying customers this way. Shame. Shame. Shame.

I personally like Gelato. The lady manager or owner whoever she looked to be in her late 50s or early 60s blondish brunette is really rude. I dont eat at a place unless the bathroom is clean which is the reason I dont eat at Golden corral or furrs. I walked in one day to use the bathroom before buying something after being told restrooms are for customers and given attitude by this lady I told her lady Im buying something. Went to use the bathroom and walked right out. I didnt use the restroom or buy anything because of her attitude and didnt use the restroom because it was gross.

Honestly super fast service but the staff seems so depressed no thank yous or have a nice day even when you’re friendly to them they stare you down like you’re bothering them. It’s like you get fast service because they don’t want to deal with people. Working with the public isn’t for everyone

I went to this dairy Queen today.. not realizing they do not have a full grill you cannot get a cheeseburger or any of the other favorites that you get at dairy Queen. The owner of this dairy Queen his name Michelle.. and she treated me so poorly.. when I expressed oh I didnt know you didnt have a grill she told me go on get out of here go go go.. I have never been treated so poorly... Her poor employee looks so sad and he also expressed hes treated poorly every single day... Dont give this location any business this owner doesnt deserve it... I hope she goes out of business

Fast and friendly service! I ordered a small blizzard with Reeses and Heath bar in it. There was no one in the store so I was in and out in 3 minutes. Definitely will go back! Yum, good stuff.

Ian at this DQ location went above and beyond today ensuring my mother got the cake she wanted for her birthday! I was trying to order the pecan turtle ice cream cake from out of state to be delivered locally and he made it happen. I can’t thank Ian enough for his customer service and persistence to get the right cake delivered. His actions made this a particularly special day!!

We loooovvvveeee Dairy Queen. We would go every Thursday, after my boys got out of school, before the covid-19 hit. We are so happy they are open again! Our treats are always delicious, and my boys think they have the best pretzel sticks. All of the workers have always been nice and friendly. Thank you for always making our day sweet.

A real Jekyll and Hyde experience. Ive been going there for over 20 years and the newest owners cant seem to get it together. Specifically, over the last two years, Ive found that they are sold out of my favorite item. That item is made in the store and I infer that they just dont get around to making it.This DQ is a family owned and operated business. When the parents are there there is a more positive and engaging atmosphere ... but they still cant get around to making my item. When the son is there, the mood gets cool and disinterested and bored. It says something when the high schoolers who are part time employees are more interested in customer service than one of the owners family.Im done with going out of my way to make a purchase and being told, We are sold out of that right now. We might have some in a couple of days.There are other DQs in town.

I like this DQ cuz I can get a butterscotch dipped cone cuz thats my favorite and I like that I can get a box of non dairy dilly bars ...yumAnd customer service is good

Just had a dipped cone but it was ice creamy delicious. Grandson was amazed by upside-down shakes. Fun after school stop.

Let me tell you ice cream here is so tasty and different. Besides ice cream the quesadilla i had was so good. Peanut buster parfait my favorite. I always get the cakes here for birthdays. The cakes are incredible and well priced. Customer service is decent and a very clean facility.

Being a blind individual I oftentimes forget about things because I am not given the visual cue as I walk about the city. I had completely forgotten that there even was a Dairy Queen. I stopped in to see how the menu has changed over the years, and was impressed with the expansiveness of choices. The treats were still just as delicious as they were back in the day, but they can either increase the sizes, or decrease the price just a little bit...

Doesnt feel very welcoming/safe. But when you want ice cream, youll do it, lol.

As always nice cream awesome and even have cakes. Ice cream of different flavors an have a place to sit and eat.

Good ol fashion ice cream joint. Tasty ice cream. Very professional service. Once again it says its treat only on google instead of a grill and chill location but they actually do serve grilled foods, so if you see locations that say treat only you cant take that to seriously because all locations serve grilled items. At this location it can get very busy and not much getting in the way of parents not controlling their kids from screaming and running. But Im not taking stars off because theres nothing the Dairy Queen employees can do about those types of things.

Blizzard was already dripping and they wouldnt return or refund it ended up having to yell at the shift leader Ian because he wouldnt do anything. Finally gave us a coupon for a free blizzard even tho he wouldnt replace it in the first place. I would not recommend this Dairy Queen at all! The one in the mall is so much better !!

Ive never been to a more depressing fast food restaurant in my life. No smiles from any of the staff, monotone speaking from every employee. If you dont like your job quit. Youre representing a business not just yourself. They are the ones losing out. I couldnt even get what i wanted not because its not a full service DQ but because they didnt want to. Ive ordered what i wanted plenty of times at multiple locations. If it wasnt for a prior engagement to pick up food from there i would have left before finishing placing my order. I will NEVER go back to this location again.

Very rude people that work there, I needed to use the restroom and they wanted me to buy something before I went. I had to beg them to let me use the bathroom first. I will never come here again.

This location is near my parents house and they are addicts. Anytime we go out to eat, I know well end the night at DQ.

Good service, bad ice cream. Service was fast, but vanilla ice cream was a bit sour. We had gotten a Medium Cherry Dipped in a cup and a Chocolate Dipped in a cone. The Chocolate cone was titled, and the ice cream fell off the cone about 3 minutes into eating. The cherry Dipped cup only was halfway covered with cherry syrup.

The tiramisu shake is amazing°
