Very professional polite staff, we were greeted very warmly as we got there. Saw 2 other couples come and go during the short duration we were waiting, so a popular place Id say. Ramzi was amazingly informative and pointed us in the right direction to fulfill our needs!

It will be a year since my home was delivered and the company has not fixed the exterior of the home, panels are lose. My door frames have big gaps and you could see straight through to the out side. The company has ignored my requests, even corporate isnt much help. I dont recommended buying from a company who doesnt prioritize fixing their mistakes.

My Daughter purchased a home March of 2021 and she still can’t move into it because the water heater and furnace do not work. When they set up the double wide the exterior walls are not lined up it looks ugly and they do not do anything to make it good. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Purchasing, setting up and living in a Cavco Home from the Cavco Home Center in Albuquerque has been a very positive experience in spite of the stress from the covid-19 pandemic. From the time we selected the Cavco model that fit our lifestyle at the Cavco Home Center in Albuquerque, Eddie Thomas and Jamie Cody at the Home Center, Bryan and the technicians from the Cavco factory, as well as all of the Centers setup crew have done nothing but be sure the home meets our needs, is delivered, setup and works perfectly. It took some time to fix some of the items that were not quite right when it was delivered, but under their one year warranty, most everything has been worked on and fixed. (there are a few items left, but we have full confidence they will be resolved soon as well.) We love the home, and appreciate all of the Cavco folks involved in our purchase, the setup and repairs, leaving us with a beautiful comfortable Cavco home. They have all been helpful, are knowledgeable, professional and yet personable as they work through the process of making this home last for many many years.

They sell an excellent home at a reasonable price and their customer service and follow-up is very good.

Cavco in TX and AZ quoted me a better price for a thrifty1 model. NM mobile home market is overpriced as you can see if you do the online research and phone calls as I did. Even with shipping and the base price its still a better price. I even received a follow up call with shipping quotes. And no they didnt price match what I was offered. They just said I will get a higher price in the end in which I did not. The factory actually worked with me then the office did locally in Albuquerque.

The manager had me and myboyfriend pick out the single wide we wanted. Then the manager said he would call us when it was ready so I called them then I had my boyfriend call the manger told him I was bugging him dont shop they they lie and are dishonest

Me and My wife were super excited when we went and looked at home, we went though the process and got approved for the home we wanted, we were told to contact a realtor which we were given the number to and the realtor never bothered to help us find land then the sales women who was supposed to help us buy our home, never bothered to call us back and we left messages and we never heard from her again! Such a HUGE DISSATISFACTION AND DISAPPOINTMENT!

This is a wonderful business! If you are considering a manufactured home, Id strongly recommend you buy only from Cavco. I researched for months, and Cavco is the most trustworthy, best customer service and the homes are very well built - better than many site-built homes! My salesperson, Eddie Thomas, was so so helpful, attentive and always willing to answer my calls and work with me. Id give this company and Mr. Thomas 10 stars if I could!!

Salesman was your typical car salesman. Looked at onsite home and it was like an icebox. This after him touting the great insulation and construction.

Maybe racist place. They dont have 2x4 nor 2x6 walls! They include sheetrock and sheathing to make it the size. They dont know how to be polite nor patient. They need more training at this location

Great service here. They took the time to educate my grandma on what to look for in mobile homes and gave us tours that were quite helpful.
