Insane prices, they put their own down payment rate ... Like i said ...insane

The women who run the office arent very professional. After 3 weeks of waiting to here if we qualified to live here with background checks, and credit reports, etc., we still havent received an answer. We got misinformation from one of them and then the price went up and we werent notified of that increase while waiting for an answer. Wish I knew who corporate is so that I could talk to them about my experience with their staff! Very unhappy!

Its a kool place to live its great neighborhood

My aunt stays here it seems okay safe but nothing to write home about

I live there but it really isnt that safe because there is a gate you have to open for cars and the rest isnt gated so people could easily get in. And we had an incident on Tuesday and it wasnt good. And they got in easily because of the gating so I think everything but the gating and park is fine. They should add a slide at least. But other than those everything is good.

Ive been living here since i was 5, it is a wonderful place to live. the view of alburquerque is absolutely beautiful! it is child friendly and a wonderful place, you wont regret a penny !

It has a park a pool security gates nice home environments

Every night they turn off the water. People constantly speeding and running red lights. Gun shots nightly from residents. Managment is a joke and their lease to own is a complete scam(you have to pay lot rent on their property 2 years after you have purchased the home completely (remember it raises every year), in order to recieve the homes title Only been here 3 years and lot rent has raised each year.

Staff helps you but gun shots nightly and fogs everywere. The rent is hilarious and alot of crime there was 2 boys who went missing and a hostage took place here!

WE NEED A REAL MANAGER AND WE NEED BETTER SECURITY. ES QUE ESTATES WHERE!!OMG SUPPOSE TO HAVE CLOSED COMMUNITY. NOT TRUE.

You give a 30 day notice and they say you dont and they end up taking you to court and messing up your record!!!! They buy trailers for under 5000 dollars slap some carpet over old carpet and sell for way over 90.000 some have bedbugs and roaches

Great place to live. Staff very nice and helpfull.

Overall Its cool to live here but only if you like paying alot for just having your mobil home parked there.

Such a friendly neighborhood

IF it wasnt for my contract i would be long gone... The office staff Is rude, the security is litterly garbage! I got my bumper stolen from right in front of my trailer and called security and the office and they said to call the police they couldnt do anything... Then a few weeks after, they threthened to town my vehicle because it dint look ready! And unattended?! Like yes because not everyone can afford a bumper and a grill right then and there... I also tried taking my nephews to the pool on a Tuesday because they dont open on Monday, they made us wait 4 hours to get in because they decided to clean it in the middle of the day! They had all Monday to do that, this place is over priced for the lack of security pool use and even for being gated! Half the time the gate is wide open at 2am

Unable to enter thru gates without a card (no codes given to residents to open security gates). Lots are expensive and they charge extra for access to the park, swimming pool and weight room.

I give it ⭐⭐⭐ before everything was fine, since they changed managers it is too strict and every year they are increasing the parking lot a lot, it is a quiet area but I do not recommend it, they do not want you to have anything inside 🤷 👎 I am thinking of moving.
