If I had any questions, he handled it right away... Everything was taken care of whenever I talked to him . I believe I got a top-notch quality home. Do yourself a favor and check out these homes. My wife and I have been back and forth to Mike and his crew over the last few years doing our research on not just these homes, but all the manufactured home dealers in a 70 mile radius. We compared homes and the quality of the homes for several years, and when it came down to it, Factory Homes Direct saved us SEVERAL thousands of dollars over their competition. Not only that, but the home we bought was larger and had everything that the competitor wanted thousands of dollars more just to put into the home. Look, we really took our time on this, so do your homework on this like we did and Ill bet you end up purchasing from Mike, Jason, or one of the crew of Factory Homes Direct like we did.

Lots of nice models to choose from. Just that prices are going up every day! But thier prices on mobile homes is probably the best in the state!

I recently purchased a new home for my mother. I had an idea what she may want but no idea where to go. Some good friends recommended that I contact Mike Jr. at Factory Homes Direct, because they had recently purchased a home from him.....so I did. He made the entire experience very pleasant. He patiently walked us thru all of the many options and helped us get down to exactly what we wanted!! Setting up the finances was a breeze and the price was great!! My wife and I recently purchased a home from Factory homes Direct and we couldnt have been more pleased. Mike Sr. and His son Mike Jr. were always accommodating through the process. We made several visits to the lot to look at options and check measurements and they always took the time to deal with us one on one. They were very knowledgeable on the product and the entire process of setting the home and the process after the sale. After the home was set they continued to offer t heir expertise and assist me with any problems I incurred. I highly recommend the sales staff at Factory Homes Direct to anyone looking for the value that comes in the purchase of a manufactured home. Unlike the large dealer up the road who told us they had nothing to offer us that they thought we would like. The experience was so easy start to finish plus a gained a great acquaintance in meeting Mike Omlor.

My experience with factory homes direct and their staff has been a very pleasant one. Choosing a home can be a stressful experience but they made it go as smooth as possible. My family and I had a certain design in mind for what our house should look like and their staff helped us by going the extra mile. They looked at many building schematics that matched our dream house and showed us the options to make it happen. They helped us out alot I can say and the price for the house was almost a steak. Other houses we looked at were expensive compared to one. We definitely got the most house for our dollar I would say. I give them 5 stars for all around customer satisfaction, service, and business etiquette.

After calling and visiting several different dealers to look at various homes…I am so pleased that I decided on the Innovation built by Champion from FHD and worked with their wonderful salesman Ernie. The honest and friendly customer service I received from Ernie compelled me to write this 5star review for anyone trying to decide which manufactured home dealer to trust. Ernie kept me informed and updated every step of the way..making me feel comfortable in my decision to purchase this home and from this dealer. Everything was completed quickly and on time. Purchased a beautiful home from FHD and was completely satisfied. Mike Jr. & Mike Sr. were very helpful and answered all of our questions. They even managed to get our house delivered as quickly as possible even during the busy holidays.

From the moment we walked in the door of the office it was a bad experience. We were greeted, and I use that word loosely, more like confronted, by a young (late 20-30) male dressed in an unkempt shirt and shorts and flip-flops. He could not have been any less professional. I do not know his name because he never offered it, which means he did not introduce himself. My wife and I are looking for a 4 bedroom home. He acted offended. He did tell us that the office structure was 4 beds. He made little effort to sell the floor plan but did not hesitate to tell us that better moulding both at the floor and ceiling was an upgrade as if we would not be able to afford such luxurious upgrades. We questioned the carpentry finish work(moulding around the doorways did not match and nail holes were not filled in) as well as the corner wall seams were not finished, leaving a gap at the join. He replied that that is the quality of this line (Palm Harbor) (only minutes earlier he told us this was a mid to upper line).The little bit he did say was derogatory about the area we were looking to place the home, some was incorrect, and generally his attitude was one of disrespect.Perhaps their business is booming and they dont need another $200k, cash sale. If they do need sales then the unprofessional salesman, who clicks his pen constantly, needs to learn a professional sales technique, dress more appropriately for his position, learn general etiquette or go back to washing the exteriors.

Basically got told that we ask too many questions and was blown off by Ernie and Mike Jr. This isn’t like buying a box of cereal. It’s A FREAKING HOUSE! Of course we’re going to have questions! This is a big decision. They gave us the wrong information then blamed us when things didn’t get approved, they basically told us that they are too busy with other clients and can’t help us. If you’re a true salesperson, there’s no such thing as too busy. Don’t come here if you have questions! Heaven forbid you might ask more than the allotted amount of questions! Would NOT recommend!

Why five stars? Well, I am not only a home buyer/owner of a Factory Homes Direct Champion Home, I have had the pleasure of recommending FHD to several others who are now FHD clients. I can say without reservation that I will continue to recommend.My wife and I cant be happier with our choice... the home is built for altitude - 7750 ft, with fit and finish that bring comments from guests that say they cant believe that this is a Modular or Manufactured Home.Of course, our satisfaction with our purchase would fall far short without good customer service... again, we were treated as if we were the only client, we were treated with respect and when the paperwork went through and we were approved (with FHD help), they made sure that the delivery was promptly scheduled. The home was delivered on schedule and set up in one day with all interior work completed in less than a week! Again, couldnt be happier.Pictures attached.fall

Helped my aunt get a summer home from this company, got the single wide special and it is superb quality, very spacious inside, we are ecstatic with our purchase. The owner took his time to educate us on everything as this was our first time buying something like this and we look forward to spending many wonderful time in the new summer house every year.
