The entire experience was a nightmare. Our first home was Cavco and done right and professionally. This company lies about nearly anything. Was told Oakwood would hook up sewer and water up to 10ft from the home (lie), would ensure correct setup (lie) and made us as customers figure out the ends and outs of the permits needed. They did the walk thru prior to the house having any utilities hooked up to it. The first snow storm, furnace didn’t work, nails sticking up in the tiles, bath tub won’t drain all the way. The attitude you get when you confront with problems and not wanting to fix the problems is out righteous. RUN to any where but here.

Zane is very knowledgeable. Also good at guiding you toward a floor plan and price that meets your needs.

Marie is currently helping me get into my own home as well as assist with everything needed through the process. So far has been a great experience and Marie has been a great help.

It took my in-laws 30 days instead of the 3 days they said it would take to get the whole project done. No communication with contractors and terrible customer service. They left 2 elderly people without a home for 30 days. Luckily they had their son to take care of them. Really put a damper on the excitement of getting a brand new home at their age. Also they paid cash and ordered it two months in advance. You would think they could have gotten their act together. Very sad in deed.

Very bad customer service matter in fact we felt discriminated being Hispanic the lady we talked to was not helpful at all made our experience very unpleasant. We will not be going back they lost business with us found two homes somewhere else where they treated us with respect.

I dont recommend, although the service team is great, management is no bueno.

Homes here are much more than trailers! I was impressed with the quality, size and options on homes Id enjoy living in. Go see, worth knowing whats avail besides renting.

Got a breeze one and saved $16,000 to drive to Albuquerque instead going to Española Clayton Homes .. Marie was very nice and compassionate on what we wanted ... we love or new home and we got 01/03/2018 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
