Felt that the clothing was definitely on the high end of pricing from other dealers we’ve visited (a lot of basic men’s dealer T-shirts’ $40-$50). Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy facility. Cool SOA signed bike on the showroom floor.

Thunderbird performed the 30,000 mile service and new tire installation on my 2019 Ultra. Jack McSparren was my service advisor, and Kyle Blackmore was my technician. Both gentlemen were very professional and thorough, keeping me informed of progress, costs, and estimated time to complete. I trust the advice and service I received.

Staff was super friendly, nice area. Clean store. T-shirt prices were way too high in my opinion. Most dealers i have visited are in the $25 to $30 average range, they were in the $50 range for a t-shirt.

We had a few hiccups with our deal at first but the management team was willing to work with us to get it right. Long story short. I rode away satisfied with my bike and the deal. Big thank you to Sean Delaney, Big Tim, Eli, George in parts, and the technician in back who installed my upgrades! Rode in the annual Toys for Tots yesterday, October 24, 2021 and was having some throttle issues. Spoke with Dustin about a possibly leaving my bike at Thunderbird even though the service department was closed. Dustin directed me to Chris and he located a technician to take a look at it. Huge thanks goes to Jorge for fixing my throttle right there on the spot. Thank you Dustin, Chris and Jorge for going above and beyond to get me back on the road.

Loaded up 2 bikes to trade in on a new road glide traveled 2 hrs. Just to have them try to mark up the price on their bike to cover the trade and give me almost nothing. Beware they are marking up there bikes 4K+ From msrp. The excuse I got when asked why, “ well our bike is here ready to ride today”. To save you some money and hassle make the trip to Barnett’s! Or order directly from Harley! Can be ship to there store but they can’t try to screw you on price.

Just had them replace both tires on my bike...I supplied the tires as they dont carry Avon tires and I wanted a specific tire. These guys are always on their game reguarding customer service and focus....As is to be expected with any HD dealer it is top tier pricing but never let down on workmanship or attention to detail. I went to the showroom a few days ago and was met by a salesperson. I was interested in purchasing a bike from them. Not only was the salespersons attitude poor, when I asked for the listed price of a particular motorcycle, he said he couldnt provide it to me unless we sit down and get my personal information. Will never do business with this dealer ever agian.

They were great 👍We bought a new 2021 Trike from them today. Was a very smooth deal. My husband and I were on vacation so there getting everything put on it first thing in the morning. So we can be on our way.

Jacob is the best in sales. Thats saying something because his coworkers are outstanding. The shop is swamped all the time. Talk softly and be patient they really are doing the best they can and planning to do even better. If you like HD go no further than Thunderbird. They are top of the line. Sneaky good time. I went to look and ended up riding away. Good selection of used bikes, which can be hard to find these days. Staff is great. This is handshake territory, so if your still scared of human contact dont go.

Last week I was in the middle of a 4,000 mile trip around the southwest, and while camped at El Morro Natl. Monument I noticed one of the two bolts that affix the right front brake caliper was missing. I rode 115 miles to Albuquerques Thunderbird HD where Will and Steven immediately provided a new bolt and installed it for me. Within 15 minutes I was back on the road to El Morro, and they didnt even charge me. Top notch service, and my hat is off to Thunderbirds service department.

If you are looking a buying a Harley Davidson, look no further. Thunderbird HD of Albuquerque is very helpful and a great place to look for a bike. They gave me KBB on my trade in on an older model, and the newer bikes are so much more plush than previous models. Eli was extremely helpful in making my decision, and he is genuinely as very nice guy.

I upgraded the Boom radio on my bike to the current GTS system. Harley requires that the radio be flashed by the dealer after install. When I called Thunderbird, Will said he could fit me in if I came early in the afternoon. It was raining, so I guess they had some extra time. The Tech activated my radio and allowed me to watch.After I got home, I realized that CarPlay was not working. I called in and Will offered to fit me in again on the next business day, if I showed up at opening. I showed up as asked and the tech was able to fix the issue by deactivating the WHIM.I appreciate their help, and am happy everything is working now.

My experience at Thunderbird Harley-Davidson and the Harley Riding Academy were all around 100% great. The first time I stepped in to look at bikes, D-Rod approached me and made me feel like family. At the riding academy, my coaches were Dizzy Jake and Glen. They made me feel confident and safe. The ladies who helped me get my gear were so helpful and informative. Tim was amazing in his process of completing the purchase. I highly recommend purchasing your bike at Thunderbird, where you will be welcomed like family and never pushed to buy anything you dont want!

There is always someone near by to help and they have a huge selection. If your in the market for a used bike they have tons of them, they also have tons of new bikes. And clothes and hats and gloves haha well pretty much everything, they have parts cant forget parts. I needed a sissy bar for my trip home and they had em in stock and no waiting! It wasnt a great experience for a first time - almost - buyer. A dealership with a great reputation might have built up my anticipation for a first time Harley purchase.Also had planned on buying my five year old her first Harley in the form of the HD electric bikes. With my parents alongside my wife and I had planned for a family experience.My salesman didnt connect with us well. I didnt feel that the customer service was strong enough to build that trust from consumer to business and vice versa. I never felt like the salesman had intentions of going the extra mile for a customer and thats something I value when spending money of this magnitude.Though my experience was poor, the consequence has been more that Im no longer as excited or ambitious to become a Harley owner.

Purchased my first Harley Davidson from this dealership. Not only did Joaquin make this purchase very accessible (since I am 3 hours away) but they made it affordable! Didnt have a great experience. My husband was told they would trade straight across his KTM for a used vrod. He took it out ofConsignment and took it to them so they could see it. We get there and they let a guy test ride the vrod and he decides to buy it. Had we known we would have given them money to hold it. Oh well I guess at Thunderbird a mans word doesnt mean much!

I love going in that place looking at all the Harley that they have their clothes have a good selection clothing men women children size is also the sales representatives believe alone unless you need help which is great. I have had a very complex issue with my fuel gauge and Smokey worked very hard to fix it. Smokey and the rest of Thunderbird Harley-Davidson were very professional and helpful. They even addressed some minor things that I didnt even bring it in for or even know were wrong. From the technical to the business aspect, I havent received that level of customer service in a long time. I definitely recommend Thunderbird for all your motorcycles needs and wants.

I had an issue with being charged more than the estimate for some work I had done on my 2006 FLHTI. There were also some things that were said by one of the service reps that didn’t sit well with me. My original review was a 2 star due to that interaction.After posting, Sean at Thunderbird reached out to me and we had a terrific conversation. He understood my position, even to the point of offering me a refund for the difference in cost. He also stated that he had spoken to his service reps about the issue I experienced to prevent reoccurrence.Based on the follow up, I’m happy to edit my review to 5 stars, and frankly, it’s a well deserved rating. The work performed on my bike was done well, and I’m very pleased with the outcome.Thunderbird has earned my trust, and my business.

Received a trip inspection with a 3 hole service and the tech cut my derby cover seal in half leaking gear oil all over my bike. I fixed it myself as I was going on a trip the next AM! When I talked with Karen the service mgr she offered a few bucks off my next service? So Im responsible for cleaning/detailing my bike, replacing the oil soaked drive belt and the new gasket, seal and oil! Not to mention cleaning my new driveway!
