Paul, Joel, Mike and all the staff at Lohmans are the reason for this review. I have been using them for 3 years now and for my taste in service, quality, and bang for the buck these are my guys. FLHXS 2014 and FLSTF 1999 are serviced, upgraded and maintained by these gents, (for all issue that I cant do, which is a lot....lol). All I can say is thank you and I will continue to to patronize this shop. That is the best compliment and review I can give.

Amazing service! We had some battery charging issue with our 2018 Fat Bob soft tail and the guys here were able to diagnose it quickly and have it ready for us the next day. It meant a lot for us as we are very far from home!

I have ridden past that sign so many times thinking to myself: man that shop must be small... I walked inside.... Ended up gawking at some 18 inch rims for 30 minutes. Then I found out they do service too. Place is HUGE. Walk inside and check it out yourself. Selection inside is definitely worth a look as it changes seemingly almost weekly.

First of all, They had it in theyre shop for over a month and a half. We paid for a new tire. It went flat over night. Then had to pay for a tube on a tubeless tire! They were supposed to do the brakes, yet, they let my husband leave without them twice. They said it was the ABS that went bad. Took it home, couldnt use it! Took it to Thunderbird, they said Lohmans messed up the master cylinder when they did the brakes. After paying Lohmans over a thousand dollars, had to spend another four to fix the brakes. Lohmans will break your stuff and not admit to it. BE CAREFUL! THEY ARE SUPPISED TO BE CERTIFIED HARLEY DAVIDSONS MECHANIC! I DONT THINK SO.

The staff were great and technicians are extremely knowledgeable. I live 3 hours away and dont hesitate to call and setup an appointment.

I wanted to share an experience I had with Lohman Inc. I own an older Harley Davidson motorcycle. 1997 Road King (Fuel Injected) I had leaking fuel lines and check valves. I went to all of our local Harley shops ( Thunder Bird, Larrys, Duke City Harley Davidson) to see if I could have the parts ordered and replaced only to be told that Harley Davidson no longer makes these parts due to the age of the bike. I was given an aftermarket parts web site and told that all I could do was to try and contact them on my own to see if anyone could find the parts. I had no luck. I was even told by numerous places the only thing I could do was change it over to a carbureted system. I was so frustrated. I finally decided to give Lohman Inc. a call. Mike in service not only found the parts, but repaired my bike for half of what I was quoted online. I cannot recommend this fine establishment highly enough. They are honest, fast, and efficient. Thanks again for all you did for me!

Called them right when they opened. Told them what I needed done to my bike. They set the tire to the side and waited for me to drive the 3 hours to the shop and got me back on the road in less then two hours. Will be going back for services

I called and they answered their phone, this is a big plus!! I had a noise in my engine on my 1999 Road King, they gave me an estimate and a time frame when it would be ready. When I went to pick up my bike I paid my bill which turned out to be less than I was quoted, another plus!! Then to top it all off they washed it. I cant say enough about this shop except that they are Awesome, thanks for the good experience in outstanding service.

I was passing through on a road trip and needed some help with the bike. The entire staff went above and beyond!!! They got my bike fixed promptly and safety was there number one concern. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for such great service.

Called to get an estimate and not very nice on the phone never took it to get work done he quoted me 190 on phone for parts and labor i told him the part is 20 online then he said is that a harley part and hung up not sure how they are when they work on your bike but that says enough for me. So heres an update just because i want to find a good honest nice mechanic and to be treated like this company would like to be treated if the shoe was on the other foot not starting trouble just wanted to have a smile while ridding my bike when it was up and running so i found the part for exactly 40 dollars and its a harley part and i am going to do it myself its an easy fix maybe 20min these people wanted to charge me 190 for everything so you do the math thanks for reading just helping the public out do your research.

Service here is awesome love the Harleys they have for sale all have a unique look DC or each individual rider must look here 1st for awesome deal on custom bikes.
