I am giving these guys 5 stars even though it took 2 hours and much frustration to get 3 copies on their glitchy oversize printer. So why five stars? Well, for one thing, they have an oversize printer and although it was somewhat painful, I was grateful to be able to print my 3 x 5 plumbing plans. But beyond that, they credited me back for some of the charges to thank us for our patience, so it cost half what it should have. But the main reason for the 5 stars is that the two team members working there were cheery, friendly, apologetic, capable, and personable even though they were very busy and clearly overworked. Their good cheer made it almost pleasant to wait through the fits & starts of the problematic machine. Above and beyond!
Shipping a bunch of tools back home. Cherish was the only one working and was very friendly and helpful even though the store had about 6 customers waiting.
Don’t print documents here, it will cost extra and you won’t get them done properly.

I was there last week in major rush and was probably being very impatient when I found an employee and asked for help as I just ran inside to print something quickly so I would not miss my flight. Ricio (spelling?) was a lifesaver, she talked me through all the options to print a document and got it done as fast as possible. I greatly appreciate her and could not stop thinking about how I would have missed my flight if she did not help so quickly. She also had notable customer service! (being in the service industry for 12 years) Thank you so much for your help! I was so impressed and grateful.
Avery and his manager are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I am so happy with how easy, quick and efficient my experience with FedEx was today!! 12 out of 10!! Side note: I waited fruitlessly at UPS for over an hour before I gave up and went to FedEx. Needless to say, Ill NEVER ship with any other carrier in the future!!

I needed to ship a package to the UAE.They took extra time to make sure everything was packed securely and marked properly.Package made it safely and on time.Rocio made sure that everything was PERFECT! Her customer service and patience was AMAZING!

The customer service I experienced today was notable. Rocio was genuinely kind and willing to help in any way possible. She made a stressful situation into an smooth one. While I was there, I noticed her personable attitude toward other guests, even addressing some by name. Their precautions to keep everything clean and sanitary was also 5/5.

The women I dealt with in the store were very nice FUNNY AS HELL too! The woman who did my copies was also very helpful & separated all of my copies for me, I usually wouldve had to divide em myself! THANK YOU! I will definitely be returning if I ever need copies again! :) (price was fair too!)

I have frequented this fedex many times and I have enjoyed almost every experience. Dora was amazing and helped me ship my package while assisting customers on the phone. The store manager saw that her employees were busy and started helping customers as soon as she could while still putting a personal touch on each customers experience. Normally I kind of dread having to ship parcels during the holiday season, but the employees make it worth it. I will be back here again. This FedEx is worth avoiding under current management.I took a box here containing delicate/fragile, non-replaceable, content to ship. It was carefully packed but I had left the box open at the top because I didnt have thick tape at home and knew they would.At the counter, they opened the box further without asking and insisted on additional filling, despite the box being adequately packed (you could shake it without anything moving) at $3.99. I relented. They took the box back and then started forcefully jamming thick heavy paper into the box full of anti-static bubble wrap, and soft outer wrappings.I literally couldnt believe what I was seeing and immediately yelled what are you doing. They then blamed me for not explicitly indicating the content. They never apologized. I then paid well over $100 on Friday lunchtime for Monday afternoon delivery to CA.I dont know if the content was damaged or not. Absolutely shocked at the callus treatment. I really dont think Ill ever forget this incident, Nob Hill FedEx.
Unfortunate experience yesterday. I understand I walked in at what was probably a rough time as employees were probably getting ready for pickups, but I was still surprised how difficult it was to receive a package that was relocated (my choice) to this location.I was unaware that FedEx package arrival times hilariously change from minute to minute. I had decided to have a package delivered to this store instead of my residence because the arrival date changed multiple times and I was unsure if I would be there to sign for it.I stood in line for about five minutes while employees helped customers but then noticed I was left standing when employees finished. I was then helped by an employee that kept walking away to do other things while trying to verify my address, which I understand but it was completely unnecessary in my view. It should have taken two minutes to walk in and receive my package but I was not told I would have to verify my address beforehand being that I’ve picked up packages from FedEx locations with no issues. Then while already being caught off guard with having to pull up a bill to show my address, said employee didn’t seem to believe my name and address were correct. I remained patient but seeing my name and some reason my phone number strewn across the box in a giant font made it seem unreasonable to go through this.I will definitely be avoiding FedEx if I can. The employees were nice but it was not a stress-free experience.
I feel like I am walking into the Twilight Zone every time I use this location. Everything takes FOREVER and the workers act like you are doing them a disservice by asking them to do their job. I use this location only sometimes as a Hold for Pickup because it is convenient to where I work, however, it is easier for me to drive further and not wait. I wish there were more workers and more efficient ones, as well.
Best service ever. Smiling face, greeted with hellos at the door, not just with me but all that walked in behind me. Everyone was so helpful with printing, scanning and the concern that I was receiving the maximized sense of value from their services and care. Its a very busy place generally in a very busy part of the city and the employees are humans.Ive always had great service and are very efficient at getting my needs done, just dont be a lazy customer and be clear in what you need. The employees are always patient and helpful.

Im gonna give this three cause most of their employees have been cool. One time one of them actually told me that everyone was on their lunch hour, when I asked for help.I said they didnt look like it. And she asked if I really thought that someone would bother to stop and help me. I told her to run around and find someone who knew how to help me, cause I wasnt leaving without assistance.That was the only time. Everyone else has been cool.
Ive been here 3 times and have received excellent service every time. The staff are always happy and quick. They are knowledgeable. The print prices are very low. This is now my new print shop.
Went there to get some help with some wedding invitations and the two dudes named Jonathan and Chad did a great job helping my fiance and I out with getting them done. It was already late when we showed up and these guys didnt care. Customer service was on point and the invitainvit came out perfect!
Amy built two little booklets for me I had printed and brought in. She was quick and very professional. The guide for one of the bindings was a little off and she didnt charge for it. Extremely professional and a fast in and out trip for me- couldnt have asked for better. The store is clean and everything is easy to find.
Its about location. Most of these FedEx shops are the same . This one is rather large and they have lots of help so your not standing in a line waiting. They are open from 6am -Midnight which is excellent! While youre in the neighborhood, you can shop so many choices and so much to do in Nob Hill So you can be out and about on Central and not have to worry because there are always plenty of people coming and going in the area due to the University and night life.

Knowledgeable staff. I’ve used them several times to laser print Acrobat files I emailed them from my phone while standing at the counter, and they were always helpful. By contrast, their counterparts in Santa Fe had neither the know-how nor the willingness to do it.
My first order of wedding invites was not cut straight or even on every invite. BUT, I went in the next day and they compd the next set and they were perfect. If not for the first mishap Id give them 5 stars. I am very impressed with their rectification.
Great experience there. Although the printer stopped my job in the middle, they provided great help in correcting the problem. Im not sure how much Matt is getting paid there but its likely not enough. He did a great job handling not only my problem but anything else that came up.

We had a technical issue with a copier and politely asked for help and the employee came up with some crazy life hack that caused it to work. She was so nice and I felt she went out of her way for it and deserves five stars. This was 4pm on 9/26/2017

I went to this store yesterday while I was on my way to an interview. I was greeted at the door. Two employees offered to help me. My order was done quickly and for a great price! I will be returning to this location for all of my fedex business.
The print quality is good as ever but today I was not happy with my experience. I went in to get flyers made and asked how much they would cost on the colored paper. They told me they would be 13 cents a page, but failed to mention that was before the paper was printed on. I didnt want to go over $50 but ended up paying over $90 due to misquoted pricing. Employee was friendly and doing a million things at once but I wish he had taken the time to tell me cheapest route. I was informed after paying that I could have bought a whole ream for less.
Never leave a package there for pickup! It took them 15 minutes to release my package with my name and business name with address clearly printed on the label. The customer service lady insisted on seeing an I.D. with my business address!!!!Seriously FedEx deal with this review
I went into this location to have some copies printed off of a flash drive. Granted I did have a large amount, but instead of actually looking thru it they automatically tried charging me a mitigation fee of $60 an hour which I thought to be insane. I had to voice it that way as well before the manager actually heard me and stepped in to find out what was going on.Good save by the manager otherwise they would have lost my business.
Hmm, I am perplexed by the abundance of poor reviews for this location. Ive had nothing short of STELLAR service from two of the staff members at this location. Perhaps they have put in a new manager or something... The one guy has replaced copies that disappeared in the self-serve machine with a higher quality color copy at no charge and given me a discount for flyers for a local non-profit theater. The other guy helped me speed up an order when I was running terribly late.

Shipped several boxes using this location and had FedEx do the packing.They only half filled the boxes so they were crushed when they arrived at the destination. The receiving FedEx in Boston couldnt believe a real FedEx office packaged the items. They violated numerous FedEx policies including, flying uncertified batteries which is a fire hazard, shipping laptops without using the proper FedEx boxes, and charging a credit card without the card holder being present to approve the packaging. They told me the maximum declarable value is $500, which is untrue. Its only true without a receiving signature which we already requested.There were ridiculous things like individually bubble wrapped two inch metal tools, power cords and items still in their original packaging. We didnt know whether to laugh or cry. When we received the shipment we did an experiment and were able to package everything from five large boxes into one box without removing any of the bubble wrap. We were significantly overcharged for extra boxes as a result.I have called and emailed pictures to the store and been promised a call back on several occasions. I have heard nothing from them for two weeks.Oh and it took them eight hours to pack our shipment. When we shipped everything back to Albuquerque it took the Boston FedEx 90 minutes to pack the same items..
I received a package delivered by FedEx, but it was not what I wanted. I took the package to FedEx with a Return Authorization oF Merchandise label to the seller. Lori at FedEx at 2706 Central Avenue SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87106 said, the box they delivered need to be reboxed at a cost to me of $16,00. This package was in the same box they delivered. Loris request was unreasonable and bordered on extortion! Loris judgement was a twisted interpretation of packaging!
They offer a lot of services here and their work has always been good but they need more employees there is always a long wait to have anything done.

Good location with abundant working space and resources to fulfill your needs. They have xomoutetaqto rent along with courteous staff. Mosylt college kids but overall the beat Fedex Kinkos in town!

Fedex beware! I was short changed. I broke a $20 and the sales assistant counted the money back an odd way, plus he got the change from a closed register. After leaving and using my broken $20 else where, I realized I was short $5. Count your money before leaving the register. Occurred on 28 September, at about 6:30pm.
Unfortunately I had a really bad experience here. Total lack of customer service and knowledge of their own printers. Two people couldnt tell me if a printer was laser or not. Disappointed to say the least
They will shake your box and if they hear any movement at all, they will try to charge you $4 for packing material. I will never use Fedex

Non of the printers work. They are out of cards to use the printers and computers. The employees talk with each other and on their phones and ignore customers. A 2 minutes process takes 45 minutes there. Not worth your time or money.
I encountered robotic employees who wanted to charge to correct problems FedEx created, because its their policy. Hmmm. Ive got a policy too: dont patronize businesses that offer poor customer service.

Wouldnt take my shipment that I just received from fedex and was just sending back without opening it. They had to repack it even though it was received by fedex same day without opening it! . 20 years as a field service engineer never had this issue before.

Consistently bad service and poorly trained staff. Was told to plug in my iPhone to their computer to download the photos I wanted printed. Manager overhears this. Walks up to tell employee this was s security breach and violation of store policy.
Lori was the lady I worked with. She was horribly rude and extremely rude to all of her coworkers. She was slamming my package around like it was trash!
I stood in line for 40 minutes and attempted to ship a medium size box to Indiana with 3 day shipping. They told me it would cost $144.00! I went to UPS and they shipped the same box for $24 and no wait! That will be the last time I go to FedEx.
