Well what can I say this place in Alexandria the personality of the person who was helping out very professional !! Recomended a lot of product helpful I give this 5 star bcz he killed the services

Cosmo Pro is a clean and easy to get through

Low stock and the associates are partially helpful, but not really.

The customer service is phenomenal and there are an assortment of beauty care items for any hair texture. I am a frequent shopper of this location and I would definitely recommend any future professional or licensed cosmetologist to visit this CosmoProf in Alexandria, Virginia.

I love the staff here. They’re always willing to go above and beyond to help me find the exact product I need. I really appreciate them having wonderful attitudes towards their guest.

I was told by another cosmoprof in the area that this location was open so I was excited! As me and another women walked up to the door a lady came out and said that they were taking their lunchbreak and during that time they lock the doors and do not allow customers in the store. I wish i didnt drive all the way for that!!

2nd time I pay $40 for a tweezer and it’s not working, it doesn’t grab the heir at all. Don’t buy tweezers from this store.

Need a license to shop here. What is the point of restricting sales when you can buy the same product right around the corner?

I would give them 0 star if I can. The service really really bad. I be there many time but never happy with .And the last time iI had order the color book. after twee week I still don’t have it . The employees there not really want to help . Never coming back

Had an awful experience here. I was grocery shopping at Giant and saw this store thinking that it was like Sally Beauty or those kind of stores. Got inside picked up my staff to color my hair . The lady at the register asked me for my number or if I had an account with them I said no I don’t have an account but here it is my number thinking that she was creating an account with my number. Paid and left because I was shopping with my kids and you all know how shopping with kids are.Then when I got home I noticed that I got the wrong developer and when back yesterday to exchange it. When I was ready to do the exchange the lady at the register asked me again if I had an account I said no but the other lady took my number so I’m not sure if she created an account for me. She asked me my number again and said are you Julie or some other name I forgot and I said no . She said I was using somebody’s else account and that I was not suppose to shop there if I don’t have a license . I was shocked 😳 yo find out someone has been using my number and also that if I wasn’t suppose to shop there why did they sell staff to me in the first place.She said she would not return my money even though I told her take everything that I bought here and give me my money back she said no. I’m calling the corporate office Monday and certainly file a complain because I should get my money back and also they should see why someone else is issuing my number . Very disappointed

Worst experience... terrible customer service they need to shut this location down. Unknowable of the product & pricing not properly labeled. Just felt unwelcome & negative. Never coming here again.
