Four stars for the scented body sprays and lotions. Found a wonderful scented body spray buy 2 get 1 free. Actually theyre having a buy 3 get three free on the larger body sprays and lotions. Unfortunately it was a little too crowded considering Covid-19.

Love the people working here!! Always friendly and helpful. Picking up a candle for my son and he wanted a specific fragrance. I told them what it was and unfortunately to they didnt have that fragrance. However the customer service representative was quick to suggest an alternative fragrance that was close.

Very busy as usual with tons of sales. Bought some hand soaps and chatted with other customers. Its a very friendly environment with multiple people available and willing to help. Smells great and has plenty of testers. Sales people are helpful but not intrusive.

This Bath & Body Works in the Alexandria mall really sucks..The store is extremely small and the people that work there do not take care of there customers like the bigger store by Petsmart..I didnt buy anything from there.. This is the first time I have ever went in there and spent no money at all...

Im just obsessed with them and the ladies that work there are absolutely sweet, great customer service and know their products they sell.

The level of service was exceptional..Just love all the exotic smells that entice you to buy lol!

People were not wearing masks, to include employees. Will not be back.
