We had an excellent experience at the Old Town store. Racheal was very attentive to what we said about our issues with our current mattress and helped us select a much better fit. We were concerned that we would have to wait weeks or months but delivery was within 48 hours. Very happy we decided to stop in.

Nigel really helped me out after the delivery team forgot to deliver the mattress cover. Mattress Firms policy of only email correspondence resulted in 3 weeks of email tag and no solution, but within 20 minutes of walking in the store the problem was solved. Oh and yeah the bed is nice too.

Biggest drawback is it’s a smaller store. So not everything I had marked from the big website was available. I’d still recommend coming in if you want some help finding something.

This store is so great! We tested a ton of mattresses and wound up with the Tulo brand... the bed is so comfortable (one of our friends who spent the night in our guest room liked it so much she bought one for herself)! Staff are excellent and very helpful in guiding customers to the perfect brand. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm Old Town with Roger. I was nervous about picking the right mattress, as I have back problems but Roger was extremely patient as I tried out numerous mattresses over the course of many hours. He continued to help refine my search by suggesting different mattresses after my feedback of previously tried ones until he found me the perfect Simon’s Beautyrest. Buying a mattress has gotten very complicated. Mr Adeniji was most helpful addressing our questions and helping us test and choose the right mattress.

Be very wary of the “90 days same as cash” option. Failure to disclose that customer are paying $60 to initiate a lease (does not count towards the mattress costs) that defaults to 12 months and double the price of the mattress. If you do pay it in 90 days, you’ll pay the advertised price + $60 lease start up. Depending on the price of the mattress, it is equivalent to paying an interest rate of 40% for a 3 months pay period. Otherwise, on time delivery and expedient set-up if you opt for delivery.

We bought our mattress and box springs and frame from Mattress Firm two years ago. Our sales person was Roger Arrand - he is great!! He is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Not at all pushy. We just realized that the box spring has some issues and Roger worked with us to help us get a warranty replacement with as little effort and expense as possible. Highly recommend.

Mattress Firm on Washington St. is an extraordinarily fine place to deal with. I walked in the store with every intention of buying a new mattress. The helpful sales person looked up my most recent mattress purchase (at a different store entirely) and said the mattress might well be still under warrenty from the manufacturer, as it turned out to be. So instead of making an easy sale for himself, he has saved me several thousand dollars. A straight-arrow, standup guy, who takes honesty and a fair deal seriously. Terrific all around. I waited to review until my mattress was delivered. I’m sitting here waiting for a mattress in the sun for 2 hours and no mattress has been delivered. Nobody made me aware that a delivery would not happen. Nobody seems to be helping.

Roger was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to my wife and I and let us try out beds for like 45 minutes guiding us through the process. After about a week we came back to place the order and he remembered both our names. He did not pressure us to the most expensive and even kicked in free delivery. Delevery was prompt, actually earlier in the day than we were quoted, and the delevery guys wore booties as to not track dirt into the house. Overall great experience and look forward to new bed.

I never write public reviews, but I have to in this case to try to get an awful situation fixed.I purchased a mattress 2 weeks ago at this location, and when it was delivered the delivery men (contracted by your company):1) Broke our storm door;2) Ripped the mattress bringing up our stairs; and3) The salesman input the wrong box spring size.Everything had to be sent back, we had to arrange a new delivery. After the second delivery, we realized a day later that the salesman had entered the wrong mattress type for our order and we now have the wrong mattress in our home, which will result in a third return and delivery.Additionally, one of the (contracted) delivery men came to our house on his own with a friend or family member and tried to convince us to let this man fix our door off the books. Hes called multiple times and its been extremely disconcerting that these men showed up at our home and are attempting to do this outside of a formal process. We cannot get the delivery company to contact us regarding payment for the door they broke.Mattress Firm isnt taking responsibility for the contractors, so were in an endless loop of trying to get compensation for the door.
