Love this location. Every time I come here they are very helpful staff that are knowledgeable about wines and provide tasty suggestions. Highly recommend coming during tasting hours to try something new, you would be surprised by what you come across! Also, great beer and cigar options here as well.

Good experience overall with assistance to find what we needed. Will miss a great employee and assetto the company, Erwin, who we understand is leaving for a position with another company within two weeks. His model of knowledge and interest in customer satisfaction has set a high bar and one I hope Total Wine strives to live up to rather that of a few distracted employees.

I’m attending a virtual wine tasting and had the best experience with Kevin, a salesperson, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the very specific requirements I had for the kinds of wine I needed to purchase. He was thoughtful, listened to my preferences, and recommended smart choices taking into consideration quality and price. I will request to speak with him every time I need recommendations! Fantastic service.

I ordered and paid on line then called the store to see if I can pick up later, without listening to my whole story, the woman who answered the phone told me to call the main corporate number. I’m like really🤪? so I just went later to pick up my order through the curbside service and I could tell the person who brought my order expected a tip. I didn’t like that. I most likely would have paid him a dollar or two voluntarily but that’s my choice, not an expectation and there is a drastic difference between the two.

This is by far the largest selection of wine I have ever seen in my entire life. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they dont have it, they can likely order it for you.

Lots of stuff, good help, items well marked, easy check out. Parking and getting out of there is ridiculous however.

One of their smaller stores from my experience they did have a great beer selection including a specific beer I was looking for the day I was in. Only letdown is because its Virginia they dont have the great liquor selection they have in other places. The other downside is the shopping center is a nightmare to get in and out of.

Total Wine & More is a great store for wine, hard cider and beer. Dont make the same mistake we did coming from D.C. In Virginia, liquor must be sold from a ABC store. Total Wine DOES NOT have liquor.Once you know that, enjoy browsing aisles after aisles of wine from all around the world and craft beer. Its one of the few places that sells Earthquake Zinfandel, our favorite red wine from California. Total Wine also has a half aisle dedicated to hard cider!The prices arent horrible.

I come here often for instacart batches. I dont drink myself so I often dont know what Im doing, but the workers here are always incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. If you come in not knowing what youre looking for or what you want, dont hesitate to ask an employee because they will always hook you up!

Shop earlier rather than later. But theyve generally have vast selections available, but not liquor or controlled spirits only available at ABC locations.

Got my pick-up order wrong, as in I got someone elses order with my name on it. Im glad this location had the weird cider I wanted that my local TW didnt have in stock, but driving to a further TW store twice because they batch print orders and admittedly dont double check them? I dont have time for that.Also... They told me that, when I came back with the incorrect order, I should call the store to let them know I was there or use the email button. Email button didnt work because Id technically already retrieved my order, and every time I pushed 4 to speak to someone in-store, their system hung up.Just a disappointing experience all around. Normally, Id just go into the store after a bad pre-order experience, but this really bothered me today. I will, at the very least, avoid this location.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Fast order confirmation and delivery to my car when I arrived. Will continue to use them.

Usually the people working their are nice wounderful and very helpful. But today I got a rude cashier. He (James) was working at cashier number 4 today unfortunately I went to him to check out. I love the employees their and never had a problem. But if I see him next time I go. Ill not go to his register.

Their online website gives you the aisle and side the wine youre looking for is on. It took me less than 10 minutes to find the Merlot I wanted, which isnt carried in most stores. I often pickup wines while grocery shopping and I havent found a chain yet that carries the H3 brand. They have a rewards program that you can sign up for and FREE wine chillling station, if youre picking up something and going straight to a dinner or gathering. The chilling station takes up to 10 minutes depending on how cold you want it.

Came here for wine since it was Christmas, and glad they have a huge selection of red wines, especially cabernet sauvignon since that is what I typically gift people. They had the wine that was sold out everywhere else and thankful I ordered it for reserve. Great service.

This place has tons of selections for wines just as the name implies.. The international beers were also well stocked. Prices were all reasonable. My online order was ready as expected for pick up as well.

This is not my favorite Total Wine store but its okay in a pinch. The parking lot is difficult to maneuver and drivers get aggressive because its nerve wracking trying to exit at the traffic light close to the store. The selection here is okay, and I recommend using one of the wine apps to check average prices because they can be over priced. I was looking for a particular hard cider as well and the clerk said his contact at the cidery doesnt offer it. I went to Giant Foods in the same shopping center and found it there.

Great selection and helpful cards with notes, pairings, and staff reviews. Very kind and helpful staff to answer questions and get recommendations. Store is clean and seemingly well-stocked.The only negative is the atrocious parking lot / exit when getting on Little River Turnpike. Exit on Duke if you can. Im not faulting Total Wine for that, but if going during rush our or peak grocery shopping weekend hours, be prepared to sit in some traffic.

Total Wine has my business for life. It doesnt matter what location I go to they have stellar customer service and selection. I am a craft beer drinker and a whiskey drinker and the selection will never disappoint. I have been to several locations in different states even and always will go out of my way if I know there is a Total Wine in the vicinity I am in. Good prices too! I have even requested some beer my local store doesnt normally carry and they ordered some in! Cant say enough good things about this company!

Its an average Total Wine. They used to have a much better beer selection and have since condensed a lot of the foreign and craft brews into smaller sections with less beer stocked. If you are going for wine you will probably find good value low to mid-tier options. The cigar selection is adequate.

Total Wine & More is my go to for everything from cocktails, beer and of coarse wine! I enjoy my visit as I always end up trying something new. The staff is knowledgeable about the various wines with great foods. I love this location as its easy to park and get what I need. Overall, the savings, selection and experience is worth the visit.

They even have obscure wines from Georgia (the country, not the state).

We set up a wine consultation for our small backyard wedding reception, and it couldnt have been more helpful! Even in a time of social distancing where we couldnt actually taste anything, we managed to describe our tastes to the staff member assisting us and this led to a fantastic event, and rave reviews from our close family in attendance.

Love this location. They always have what I need and more. Requested a while back for them to have Crabbies Ginger Beer at their location because I was honestly surprised they didnt. A month later they had it in stock and continue to do so. They even get bulk packs of cans that I didnt even know cabbies sold! Needless to say I am very happy. Staff is always friendly and efficient as well.

Awesome place to buy wine, beer, and accessories. The staff is extremely helpful and each product has a brief explanation to help you during selection. The store usually has wine tastings for select products and they offer classes on select days. The rewards program they offer can help you save. The prices are very reasonable and competitive. This is one of the best wine/beer stores in the area.

Very knowledgeable staff that will help you find a wine that youll like and will fit within your budget. They are not pushy to get you to spend more than you want. They regularly have tastings. They have a large selection of beer, although a limited selection of chilled beer.

Nice organized place and some of the staff is helpful. But the cashier, Joshua, has terrible people skills. He either doesnt speak English or he is mute. He completely ignore me when ask how he is doing and when I said thank you very much. He also moved the band before I picked up my case of wine. Obviously not welcomed there. Will shop for wine somewhere else.
