Friendly staff and keep a good inventory. They allow exchanges with no problem

We went in to get a couple of items and came out later spending a lot more than we expected. They had some great deals on just about everything. The Customer Service was excellent which made it easier to spend money.

Walked in this weekend saw the display in front and was asked by who I assume is the manager to not block the front to look at the display THEY set-up in the front but that there are more if we go further in. No greeting or welcome to the store. Which is fine. I guess.Then while looking around for supplies some employees were helpful and nice but getting to the register- that was interesting. All of the staff on the floor and only 1 person at the register. 2 employees talking to the same customer with clear sight of the register notice that the one employee is tied up with a client making a simple transaction a bit of a complicated one. After waiting several minutes and even turning around to make eye contact with another employee and the manager wondering why they are ok with a line forming was a bit beyond me. I eventually put down the items and left.Now going into another store in the same shopping center — line circled around the store only 2 employees at the register but we were greeted upon entry, employees were polite and trying to move fast. I waited 20 plus minutes to make my purchase.Customer service & efficiency changes everything. Especially a negative experience - just a thought/suggestion.

Walked in at 7pm on a Sunday. Hours say 10-9pm on google. No hours posted on store. Doors locked and employees waving us away with no explanation.

Kayla at the Kingstowne Bath and Body Works went above and beyond to help me choose scents that best fit after my first purchase was a little bit too intense of a smell! She was attentive, understanding, and had lots of good information for me throughout my exchange, especially during the pandemic and the increased level of sanitation within the store. I felt incredibly comfortable with her and the rest of the staff. Thank you, Kayla, for making my trip in so easy and for helping me with my exchange!

I used to love this location in Kingstowne. I came in today to buy 3 wick candles excited because they were advertising $10 off each 3 wick candle and when I went in the store the lady at the front was so rude to me saying: the sale ended yesterday. And I asked if they could honor the price from yesterday (I was planning to buy at least four (4) 3 wick candles and she said: no the system wont allow. This is a lie because any store manager has the ability to override any priced item in a store. I was deeply disappointed. I only bought one candle and left the store vowing never to return to this location because of the way I was treated. They lost a loyal customer to this location. Customer service was very poor. I will be writing to the Regional Sales manager saying how dissatisfied I was and that the sales people at this store should be getting better customer service training. Honoring a sales price from the day before is really not too much to ask.

Its not the largest B & B Works store Ive ever seen BUT they had a VAST supply of candles. With the $9.95 3-wick candle sale AND being in the midst of a pandemic, I had to wait in line for about 30 minutes before I could enter the store. However, it was worth it b/c I was able to walk away (purchase) with all of my favorite scents!! 🤗 #Winning

- Friendly and helpful staff- I shop here for their Fall soaps / candles and as of now they have a good selection of them- organized layout- like all of them they have lots of samples- nice area with other shops around it- Id recommend this specific one

Very friendly and clean. They are on top of cleaning every surface touched. They are also willing to help you pick out the right fragrance.

The store is full of awesome holiday gifts and their safety practices are top notch.

I was a little disappointed this time around. The employees were putting away new seasonal merchandise and I get that, but I asked about a specific lotion I wanted to buy and all I got was This was probably something seasonal I dont think we have it . Customers came in and out and the two girls working there were just focusing on shelving stuff and joking with each other. Next time I will be going back to the location in the mall, its a little further but I dont mind the distance when customer attention is so much better.

Anna comments that she is happy her colleague is leaving to ‘go to her real job’. Becca asks if I happened to read the signs ‘by any chance’. Meanwhile, I fulfilled my two item purchase and did not get my free item. Becca then had a teaching moment regarding the sale with a staff member in front of 3 customers instead of either waiting until all customers were gone or at least having Anna do her job and help the customers instead of gawking while she pulled the employee aside. Clearly, the poor behavior goes from the top down. Won’t return.

Nice setup, plenty of items and great staff. My daughter found what she was looking for. She, of course, wants to go back for more!

This place is clean and in a nice location. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the sales associate took the time to explain the products and offer to have me sample them. She explained the difference in a particular line of products I was interested in buying. I felt co.fortable and welcomed and I even like that they are well stocked. No shelf looked empty. I will definitely return to this location.

AWESOME deals on candles, which are hands-down some of the best smelling candles Ive ever encountered. Yeah, they have lots of other pretty smellies that women love to slather on themselves, either in the bathroom or bedroom, but the candles...THATS the main reason to visit. :)

I venture into BBW frequently. I am rating one particular experience in the Alexandria Store. A pop up shop while the original store was being remodeled. It was Friday March 15, 2019. I was with my sister. When we entered no one said a word. A man and lady were laughing and carrying on. Then another lady came in (obviously a friend). Now they are all laughing. Lady pulls up chair behind desk and they are loud and positively obnoxious. Now mind you, my sister and I have still not been acknowledged. I had a question and had to say excuse me 4 times just to get some help. I asked for the manager and the girl said She was the manager. The man laughed and laughed. It was a sad experience. BBW how could you let this happen.Karen K

The store is neat and well organized. I love the candles there, espeically the 3 wick candles sale that is going on. Employees immediately assist you if you look a little lost. However right before I was about to check out, one specific employee kept asking for my phone number even though I told her that I have never joined the BnB Works rewards program.

Apparently the store is under new management and it shows. Employees have become rude and belligerent. I asked for the manager and she came straight out with an attitude. All I wanted to know was when does the new seasonal changes come out, she exclaimed - WHEN IT COMES OUT!! and walked away. I was floored. corporate will be getting a phone call.
