Horrible experience with Hixson in Alexandria. Gary Johnson is not professional at all. After all the cars I have purchased with Hixson. I was told I was the worse customer ever. When only calling to get answers regarding my paperwork. On top of that my interest rate is high when my score is a 690... days later it was brought to my attention I was 10,000 up side down. This is definitely a lesson learn for me. I truly regret going here. I promise I will never come here ever again. You call to ask questions and nobody seem to have an answer because they got over me. Gary Johnson you get over on people and think it’s funny and it’s not funny at all it’s called being unprofessional.
My spouse is so pleased with his truck and the service we received from the sales and finance departments. Highly recommend.
