We all know buying used cars is a gambling matter. It all sounds rather good that the dealer is speaking the “truth” about his vehicles well my situation a vehicle was purchased from him The car was a beauty no oil leaks no wear and tear for a 2011 with 94k miles. I was told it needed a tune-up so he helped me with a guys number that works on this particular car that was a friend of his. Set up a date to have the vehicle diagnose for $100 well before the “mechanic” so Claim to know what was wrong I explain the problem I had been hearing from the Engine area while he was on his computer looking up codes before then I think his computer wasnt working by the anxious face, he was given then he looked at me and said youre right its coming from the Engine area. Gave me a website to buy the part it needed ($400) and he told me when I get it to come back and he will fix it. When the part came in I called him for a week left with texts messages and voice mails... No answer! basically stole a $100 from me. Didnt give up so I went to four different mechanics to get told it was a dealership job (thats why he didnt respond to my calls) Went to the dealership that magic motors got it from and their System pulled up more major Expensive problems. Magic motors Played it as if it just needed a tune-up. $12,500 went into the drain. I felt like I dealt with a very not trueful business
No help they are not motivated dealers.
Id like to say that I have and am very satisfied with Magic Motors.Ive been buying from them for the past 20 years!
