The people at Lindsay Lexus service really take care of you. Usually I have the car picked up. This was a recall repair and service so I went in for the first time. Anyway, they made it easy to check in and be on my way with a loaner. I had brought reading materials because I expected to wait. However, they responded so fast I was back home in an hour from the time I left. The next day my concierge Nguyen called in the morning that my car was done. I was pleased with the car wash and free fill-up as well. No hassle or long waits. Everyone wore masks which was good.

Bob was wonderful! I have purchased numerous luxury vehicles over the years, and today experience was quite interesting. I am normally used to being greeted when exiting my vehicle, but that was not the case today. Upon entering the establishment, I was welcomed with stares and minimal greeting. Bob was the first and only associate to approach me for help when entering the dealership (besides being greeted by the receptionist). He was extremely informative, helpful, and knowledgeable of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I honestly believe it was a case of “judging a book by the cover” as to why no one was interested in getting a sale from me. Staff went above and beyond by helping me replace my tag. I felt a little embarrassed but it was already there. I just wished I had the technician/ mechanic’s name.My car looked new as well. I’ve just experienced the best customer service at Lindsay Lexus Service Center that surpassed all of my expectations.The “maintenance required” light came on and I was dreading getting my car serviced as I had recently relocated to the area and didn’t know what to expect. I was able to simply schedule an appointment and select a service representative on the dealership website.My service representative (Mr. Fred) was absolutely amazing! He made me feel at ease by answering all of my questions. Andrew is always very nice and helpful. When I brought my car in for service, I had the pleasure of getting help from another service rep who sat right next to Andrew. She noticed that I was waiting for Andrew, who was helping another customer, and jumped right in to assist me. She was super friendly and provided quick service. Lindsay Lexus always provides excellent customer service when I go there and yesterday was the same as always. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the loaner car I was given was a rather small Chevy and not very comfortable to drive! Other than that, I always receive 5 star customer service whenever I’m there for a car service.

We had a fantastic experience. Our sales rep Mario Melgar was super. We had been looking for a very specific new Lexus Hybrid vehicle and did not have any luck in our home state. Called kind of last minute b/c tire pressure light kept coming on the past few months and having to place air in tire and the maintenance require message alert as well. Also, I was about to go out of town locally. We couldnt really see anything in the tire. Sherry was able to get me in and place me in a loaner vehicle and I still was able to go on my local trip. Tire was taken care off as well as the maintenance. James Wood took care of me when I came to pick up my vehicle because Sherry had the day off. Roger Hernandez is my Service Representative. From the minute I stepped out of my car for servicing, until I drove away in the loaner vehicle, the customer service provided was exceptional! Roger was attentive and responded to my concerns in such a manner I left knowing my vehicle was in good hands. When I returned to pickup my vehicle, there was no wait and I had no questions relating to the invoice. Thank you Roger for a seamless visit.

Outstanding Service!!Sheree was amazing from start to finish. I just love this dealership. Sales with Claude Lute and the Service Department with Gaby and now Sheree. Top notch.Friday was a nightmare. Went to an Exxon garage to simply get the VA state inspection and the inspector broke the hood lock. I was told to go to an auto parts store to get the part and bring it back. Now keep in mind the car was making an awful noise and was unsafe to drive. They then called Lexus for the part and stated they could not fix it until Tuesday. My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair. This is the only vehicle that he can get in and out of. I was so disgusted with their actions that I used my AAA membership to have the car put on a flat bed and brought to the Lexus dealership.Sheree took control and was a woman of her word. She understood how what started out as a simple state inspection turned into an unnecessary all day affair.By 11am Saturday my car was fixed and ready for pickup.I sing this dealerships praises all the time. This is what Service should look like. I am a very satisfied customer and my next vehicle will probably be another Lexus.😊

Phenomenal experience! The customer service was amazing. Bob was very laid back and not pushy and worked within our budget to help us find an affordable ride. It was my first experience buying a Lexus and I was nervous. They put my mind at peace and put me in a ride that I wanted at an affordable cost. Please check them out and ask for Bob or Joshua.

Your service center is always pleasant to go to. Service is prompt, waiting time is reasonable considering many customers are dropping their vehicles to be serviced too. Staffs are professional in their way of taking care of me. Your customer service qualities are excellent. The staffs looked very neat with clean uniforms and the image they project to me is that they’re happy to service my car, and they are very accommodating. Fred who was the person I discussed issues with my car is very professional. He has excellent customer service qualities. Thanks for taking care of me and my car.

Chris customer service was excellent! He kept me informed the whole way. He was accessible by text and in person. I love the Lexus experience! I just wish they get their car wash crew better. You shouldnt have to leave the dealership and go to the Car Wash.

The customer service at Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria is outstanding! Every employee is friendly and immensely helpful. My customer service rep is Roger whos knowledgeable, authentic, and so sincere. I appreciate the fact when I arrived to pickup my SUV, he was on the phone with another customer, so hes colleague, (Im so sorry I did not get her name) a customer service rep ask if I was there to pick up my car.
