Personnel were uniformly friendly and helpful. However, the emissions test was not done and we were asked to return for it. The back up camera is not working and in spite of salesman‘s promise it would be it still isn’t. We live an uncomfortable distance from the dealership but will need to come back in to have done everything we Were told everything would be ready. Still, I can recommend Mallory as a place to go for a good used car

Not really good experience with this dealer. I bought a used car one month ago. The salesman who served me seemed very polite and person who I can trust. Initially, the vehicle had problem with the power lock. When I was checking the car, I noticed that the drivers door was not locked through the key fob. The sales person assured me that it is because the spare key was in the car. When I picked up the car a couple days later, I realized that the actuator does not work. It means the car was unlocked at the dealers parking lot. I called the sales person and he promised to call back, but he has not called. Today, I noticed that one of the headlights does not work in addition to weird sound in the transmission, which wasnt during the test drive. Give two stars because the vehicle was waxed well, and some salesmen tried to do the best.

Worked with Miguel and Ronny to purchase a new F-150. They were polite, answered questions quickly, didn’t do the hard sell, were willing to match anything I got from comparable dealers, and they did this all via text and phone since I live 2.5 hours away. Their sales prices are extremely competitive, most dealers I found online weren’t even close. Once we got the numbers done, all I had to do was bring my trade, switch the plates, and then wait for finance...and wait for finance...I don’t think I’ve ever purchased a car in which finance wasn’t the hold up!As for covid safety, everyone was masked and we did elbow bumps, I wasn’t concerned at all. The showroom and outside were very clean, I didn’t wander outside of those areas so I can’t comment on service/parts/restrooms. If you’re in the market for a new Ford, I would highly recommend coming here!

On Oct 4 Kelvin Danquah a excellent young Car salesman who has only been working for half a year, helped me buy the car I was highly interested in. My 2010 Audi A5 was the perfect match for me and Mr. Danquah did his best to lower the price and finance my vehicle at a low rate. I’m am very happy pleased with the outcome and the whole process. I started finding the car on CARFAX and called up the dealer and spoke with Kelvin Danquah and ever since then he kept communicating with other me and did all thru txt and phone calls never peer pressure me never was rude never made me feel like what I was doing was mandatory I am very happy with my car and Kelvin even made sure my car was clean and ordered parts that were missing on the used 2010 Audi. Ive been trying to buy a truck for the past 4 months but the prices were crazy and still crazy so I found this beautiful f150 I decided to drive and check it out. I arrived to the dealership and there was a sales man his name is David Wright who was very helpful and very quick. I told him I dont wanna drive the car I already did at a different dealership his answer was like young man Im not gonna let you buy it with test driving it so I did, it was around 8:30pm. We went inside to negotiate the price with him and the sales manager Andrew Dade who also was very nice guy. We finished all of that now the finance manager Scott McIntosh who I think in my opinion one of the best once that Ive dealt with since Ive had 8 cars in 5 years, he explained all of the services but he didnt push me to buy any of them.

Unfortunately this dealer and the salesman Ronny Valdez have made it very hard to make a deal on a 2014 Ford Focus ST. After trying to figure out what best way to make the deal happen, Ronny Valdez keeps putting barrier after barrier on this deal. when we figure out a solution to make the deal go through, Ronny Valdez then Changes what he says, or adds stipulations to the deal that were not previously discussed. I would like to buy this car and not have to leave a bad review. However, how can I not leave a bad review when Ronny Valdez is making it extremely difficult for us to buy this car from the Malloy Ford? I like the car and would like to buy it but Ronny Valdez is making it impossible to make a deal.

This was my first visit and I cant see myself going anywhere else. Other dealerships salesmen treat me well when I buy from them, but the service departments act like theyre doing me a favor. James and his crew treated me like I was important and valued even though I didnt buy my car there. I dont want to need service, but its inevitable; and when I do, Ill happily return to Malloy. (Im switching from Ourisman because they have no loyalty toward their customers. )

The lady/ladies at the front desk in servicing are great and very attentive. I won’t be getting work done again at a dealership though because what should have been a 100 to 150 dollar job ended up being a 600 dollar job and gave me a discount of 100 for a 500 dollar job. It’s my fault for getting the work done but never again… almost 500 dollars for labor fee alone….

I had a great service experience this morning at Malloy Ford. I was greeted warmly by the team of service professionals. They were ready to take my car in immediately and explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. I really appreciated that, as I was going to run an errand or two close by. Harry Stein was my service rep. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional! He called to let me know how things were proceeding as well as some work recommended for a future visit and how I might prioritize it. I had a great experience and left there thinking how grateful I was to have an awesome service center for the maintenance of my Ford Escape. Overall good service, helpful, and provided a shuttle as a service. It was apparent that they were used to dealing with rude customers, and there was someone else kinda rude there at the time I was, and I impressed with how well they handled them politely but with backbone.From a professional perspective though, they didnt seem keen on giving a breakdown of their analysis. I didnt particularly ask too much either even though I probably should have. I recieved documentation on all work they performed at the end of course though at least.I went in to get a recall taken care of for free, but got new tires all around (the tires I had at the time were all worn out and were old) for what seemed like a fair price when comparing with other prices online.

I talked to 3 different people from finance and they were no help. I’ve called these guys for weeks and the issue is still not resolved. Never purchasing a car from these guys again. I came here with my friend who’s car just got totaled so we could get her stuff out of her car. Then afterwards I ask if I can test drive a car because I was interested. An employee asks for my drivers license and gave it to them. He then comes back and says “I’m sorry my manager said no because you were born in 2002.”. Biggest lie I have ever heard in my life. I am well over age to drive a car? I have my own?? Did not appreciate one bit. Then my friend calls the dealership to inform her insurance where her car was at. The dealership proceeds to tell her that her car wasn’t there even though we were there literally yesterday. Had a whole argument and even got nasty with my friend because they swore up and down that it wasn’t there. A whole hour on the phone wasted. They refused to go in the back and check for themselves that it was even there in their lot. We decided to come and take the plates and everything off ourselves because we don’t want to deal with any other person here. Worst Ford dealership in the area. I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to a dealership I trust with trustworthy employees.

My appointment was at 8am and service was completed by 8:30 am. Amazing. The only problem was I asked for my 2 front wipers to be replaced with a coupon 19.95 each. Yet they replaced the 2xfront and smaller back 1 which I did not request and I was charged 63.00. I called and asked to speak to a manager in the service department. Hesaid he would look into the matter and have someone call me. Im still waiting. Please contact me to resolve this issue.

This is the third Ford dealership I’ve visited in the area and by far the most professional and most transparent with cost and availability in the service department. John, my service tech, and Yolanda, my cashier, got me in and out as quickly as possible and helped me with Ford Pass credit for new tires. Location is easy to enter and exit and close to shopping if you don’t want to wait there.

I shouldn’t have gone. I purchased my brand new Ford in 2017 when the dealership was Jerry’s Ford. Included in my purchase were free oil changes and state inspections. Last year, when I went in for both, I was charged because the dealership changed to Malloy Ford. I didn’t think too much about it because it was a new owner. Fast forward to this year - 6/25/21. Originally, I was going for an oil change and inspection. I was emailed a coupon for a free inspection, so I figured I’d go back (even though they aren’t close to me anymore because I moved) I told the person that checked me in that I had a coupon for the free inspection, and casually said “I used to have free oil changes and inspections when it was Jerry’s”. His response was “you should have been grandfathered into that” I replied, “clearly, I wasn’t.” An hour later, my advisor came to tell me I also needed new tires and a few additional things. I agreed to his suggestions (even the overpriced tires) and HE mentioned that I had the free inspection. THREE hours later (making it four total) I was given my invoice. I paid and left without closely looking over the invoice because I was late for a conference call. When I got home, I saw that I was charged for one particular service 3 times, and the inspection. I called and was directed to service to ask about the charges, but it went to voicemail, I left a message, but never received a call back. Waste of time and money. I won’t go back there for anything. Ford dealerships are not hard to find, I’ll go elsewhere.

I’ve been wanting the Bronco for the past 4 years. So I was super excited to try to purchase one. When I found out they weren’t just electronic and weren’t only 100,000+, I was even more excited (I mean you only live once and I really want this car). Now I am aware the waitlist is about 2 years long, however I’m a visual person and I needed to see one before I even attempted to go through the ordering process.So I finally was able to check out a demo. I was working with one dealership that had two new Broncos come in that people didn’t want (colors were ugly), so I decided to start the process to order my own, because most people follow through with their orders and the likely hood of me just getting one off the lot was extremely rare. I figured I would lease a different Ford until my Bronco was ready (which is why I inquired at this dealership, it’s closer to my house). I logged in online, paid the little $100 for the reservation and picked what seemed to be the best dealership.I received a phone call this morning and was shocked. I’m all for realism but I was talked over, told that I wouldn’t be able to get one, and if I did go through with the deposit process the car was gonna be 15,000-20,000 more so I should consider if I COULD AFFORD TO do this.All this was said to me without knowing my plan, knowing that I wanted to lease another car until the Bronco came in, knowing my car budget, knowing what research that I’ve already had done or how long I was willing to wait. I felt like I called the let me tell you why you shouldn’t get a Bronco hotline or possibly afford a Bronco 😂😂😂😂!Long story long, if this is the customer service and limitations that I get before I walk in a dealership, you better believe that I’m not doing business there. I cannot even imagine what it would have been like in person. Word of the wise, in sales never limit a client to what your financial situation is and most important listen and ask questions before you assume.All i wanted to do was start the process to order a Bronco regardless of the price, and lease a different car until it came in. Zero stars if I had a choice! If it wasn’t possible to put down a deposit and order one then why is it still an option online.

I purchased my truck six years ago from this location (Jerrys Ford at the time) and have brought my truck for services here ever since. I had some issues at my most recent visit including an issue with previous repairs and lack of proper advising which had me questioning previous trips and actual care for my truck. I was contacted by the Service Director Allen who talked through the issues with me and was able to clear up the problem with the previous repair, and helped have that remedied. He was helpful in explaining the necessary maintenance for the truck moving forward. I do appreciate the extra effort he made but overall I do believe that the actual advisors at this location do not have the necessary knowledge to do the same.

I sold my car to Malloy Ford of Alexandria and a week later, my bank notifies me that the check that Malloy Ford wrote has bounced/been returned and charged me a fee for the BAD check. Now they have my car and money. This is a ridiculous inconvenience since I have to take off from work to go in and get this sorted out.Update: Although Stacy (Office Manager) is assisting with this issue, I would not recommend/caution doing business here due to the severe inconvenience this has caused. The issue with the check just shows the lack of attention to detail on Malloy Fords end and is highly unprofessional.

Bought a van, sight unseen, from this dealership. Obviously I wouldnt recommend this practice. However, when my employee arrived to pick it up, 1.5 weeks later, he found that the rear doors did not latch. I dont believe anyone tried to pull one over on us, they just didnt know what they were selling. Avoid this dealership unless you have time to chase them down.

Great dealership. Of all the dealers, Malloy seems to focus on their ability to provide great and timely service. Rarely have I had trouble getting a same day appointment where other dealers in the area couldn’t fit me in for weeks. They’re friendly and good. I had an issue with my older Taurus squealing in the power steering that no other dealer could isolate. I was fearful it would be a large repair but they used some lube and didn’t even charge me.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING.My car star acting funny middle of last week, the warning tones sounded different, I was getting messages I hadnt seen before, then on Friday, it didnt want to start right away, then it happened again Saturday morning when I was out running errands. FINALLY a warning light showed up. I drove immediately to Malloy, got there just before noon. JAY helped me out and was a total rock star. Unable to immediately hook up my car to diagnostics, he listened to everything I told him, we did a little research, he took his time with me, he honestly cared about my cars problems. He didnt think theyd get to until Monday, and there were no loaners, I was out of warranty, and was worried if I kept it and drove it, it could quit on me on the highway going to church on Sunday...LONG STORY SHORT (probably too late for that haha), Jay hooked me up with some Ford Customer Loyalty dollars, got someone to give me a ride home, AND they were able to get to my car that afternoon. Jay sent David (also super nice) back to get me, and my car is fixed and the Ford dollars covered it all.Jay went above and beyond for me, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the care and the service.

Excellent sales experience, Kyle is a veteran and a true professional. Knew the vehicle details, had it ready to go for a test drive when we arrived. Price was competitive. Did have usual extra dealer options but politely presented and no pressure. 3 hours total from arrival to driving away in a new truck. Highly recommend this dealership.
